The service was impeccable! 3 other mechanics incorrectly diagnosed the problem with my truck. I finally took it to Legacy Ford and it turned out that, among other things, my transmission was failing and had to be rebuilt. Red Sims and Legacy Ford set expectations and then exceeded them!
