At first, had to wait almost two years because Ford Company had issue with obtaining replacements for the defective air bags. However, once they arrived for my 2011 Ford Fusion, Gerald (the service manager), and the receptionist at Legacy Ford did a fantastic job of taking care of the issue. Gerald kept in touch, had his people execute the fix quickly, made sure I had a rental car at no cost through Enterprise, and ensured that any passenger going forward was safe. Thank you Legacy Ford for a job well done!
