We had an extremely difficult time cancelling an extended warranty and receiving a refund. We turned in the cancellation paperwork mid March. At the beginning of June we had still not received a refund or any communication regarding the cancellation. My husband left three voice mails during a period of two weeks in June with no response. When he finally spoke to someone this week, they said that they never received his voice mails. Then they said they couldn't find the odometer reading so the refund couldn't be processed. After several phone calls, my husband finally just decided to hand-deliver documentation with the odometer reading. . When my husband went to deliver the paperwork today and pick up the check, the woman who handles the extended warranty literally walked downstairs, handed him an envelope, and walked back upstairs. She did not acknowledge him, speak to him, or apologize for any inconvenience that we experienced because of Legacy Ford's paperwork mismanagement. The customer service we experienced was horrible. This interaction would not be tolerated in any other service industry. I absolutely cannot recommend this dealership and it is disappointing that good customer service is only extended when they want to make a sale, but doesn't continue once they have your money.
