The service department is just okay, they need to be better organized, efficient, and increase their level of communication. I had to constantly call and ask for updates for nearly three weeks while my vehicle was being fixed. The last straw is when I showed up to pickup my vehicle and it still wasn t ready... This was after calling the day prior, leaving a message, not receiving a return phone call, AND 3 days after it should have been ready. I won t be returning to this dealer for service.
