I had a fantastic experience purchasing a truck at Legacy. Daniel "Snuggles" Ruggles made the sales process easy and Financing made the purchasing process painless. I was very pleased with the entire experience in general and with the professionalism of Legacy in particular.
I have noticed a large number of complaints regarding the Service Department in the reviews below. I don't have any experience with the Service Department since I just purchased my vehicle. Hopefully those issues have been, or are being, resolved as it would be a shame to have the buying experience at Legacy offset by a terrible vehicle servicing experience.

I'm so happy with my new car thank you Noe and Robert for your excellent service we are so pleased on how we were taken care of. Thank you again to you and Legacy Ford
I'm rating on the service I just had. This is twice I had to leave my truck longer than expected do to the wrong part being order. The staff is very friendly , there is that
The while team at Legacy Ford has been awesome. Leo in sales is amazing and it felt like i was at a high end luxury dealership nit a Ford dealership.
The service manager took care of me as if i bought the car there. And the aftermarket rep Paul has earned so much business from for the dealership because of his customer service that i wont go anywhere else!
I've had one of my vehicles serviced there several times. Once it had to be towed in, and I was a bit surprised that it was up to me to arrange the tow truck. With one exception, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, me being kept informed of the diagnosis and cost. I mentioned the exception to the service manger and it was corrected on my next visit. The service writers and service manager have email addresses on the dealer website, but I've never received any reply(s) to messages sent there.
I have purchased two vehicles from Noe Lozano. He worked to get me some great deals always goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Awesome sales guy.
Another Happy Purchase! Andrew H. and the whole staff always make it a great experience! Very happy with my Bronco. I am on about my 11th purchase from Legacy. The only place me and my family purchase our vehicles. Have inlaws that make the trip from North Carolina to purchase at Legacy. Always a pleasure and Thank You again!
Emailed about vehicle and received responses from salesman(Brandon) and even a Vehicle Acquisition Specialist (Monique) that vehicle was available with the common "when can you come in?" responses on a Fri evening I called and spoke to salesman first thing next morning Sat and since i'm a couple hours away wanted to make arrangements to prepay or leave a deposit before making the trip Never received call back so I called again and was told i'm working on the deal i'll call you right back....this went on for the better part of the day.....still haven't heard from either so I called a spoke to a manager who told me the vehicle was sold the night before.....the manager was told the situation and seemed as uninterested as I've ever heard a manager can be.
Glad I didn't make the trip. If this is the way Legacy Ford does business I think i'll go elsewhere but I can assure you they don't care if I do...
Recently visited legacy Ford and The salesman by the name Tony Mendoza was outstanding not only did he help get my dream vehicle but he made it a walk in the park! What a amazing Salesman legacy Ford is truly lucky to have such amazing team members. Tony was so helpful and very knowledgeable with any questions I had I will be recommending him to friends and family!
I have purchased numerous vehicles from Legacy Ford. The sales team that I worked with were phenomenal....But Service on the other hand, not so much.
I took my 2015 F250 in because while I was driving it the DEF 500 mile warning came on. This was nothing new, it's happened numerous times due to how often I drive the truck. When I get the warning, I go and add DEF the same day if possible, or the next day at the latest. This particular time, 10 - 20 miles after the initial warning the truck dropped down to a 30 mile warning. We immediately acted on this and filled it with DEF. It only held 3 additional gallons, which tells me that it wasn't close to empty. Unfortunately the truck didn't recognize that it had DEF and it went into the mode that only allowed us to go 55 miles per hour. I knew that we had to get it in to Legacy immediately, after all, they are the HOME OF THE LIFETIME WARRANTY, plus we had an extended warranty.
I first took it to Quick Lane since they opened one close to me and I was told that I needed to go to Service. No big deal, I call the Service Department and am told to bring it in. My wife and I take it and drop it with Shelby. She says we should have it the next day. Keep in mind that this was on Monday. She also tells me that there is a $260 diagnostic fee as well as a charge for labor. She said it would be around $380 total. When I asked about our warranty, she said it may not be covered because we "let" the DEF empty out before refilling, which locked it in "Safe Mode". And unless the sensors were bad, we would have to cover it. I didn't understand it all, but I need my truck, so I was basically put at their mercy.
The next day I call to see if it was ready, it wasn't. I was told I would get notifications via text if I opted in, which I did. Wednesday comes, no message no update. Thursday morning I call at 7:30am, and I'm told that the tech isn't in until after 8 or 8:30am, but Shelby said she would get with him and give me a call. I get to noon on that Thursday and still haven't heard anything. At that point, I'm not happy so i reach out to the General Manager. He assures me that he will get answers, which he did. He even had them put me into a loaner F250, which I was grateful for. When I picked up the truck, Shelby mentions that she was told that I would be getting some sort of discount, if I did have to pay, because at this point they still couldn't tell me what the issue was or whether or not it would be covered under warranty.
I don't hear back from Legacy until the following Tuesday around 5:30pm and it was by automated email. So I call Shelby to find out what the issue was. She essentially reverts back to I let it go into safe mode so I was responsible, which isn't the case, but that's what their computer told them. So i ask her the price and she tells me $490....First of all, I was quoted $110 less than that. Secondly, where was the "discount" I was supposed to be getting?? So I immediately bring it up and Shelby says, "Oh yeah, I'll get them to change that." She takes the $380 down to $360 for my discount...5%. I guess it's something.
At any rate, I tell her that I cant bring their truck back until the next day, which I ended up not being able to do because of work, but I called and left a message stating so. My wife talks to Shelby today and she is rude to my wife because I was supposed to drop the truck the day before and they had already set someone else up to use it. If she had checked her messages, she would have known it wasnt going to be there and honestly, can they be that mad??? They kept my truck 7 days longer than they were supposed to.
Silver lining...They put me in a newer F250 that I really liked, so I will be buying a new one. You already know where it WON'T be from.
Legacy Ford has sold me 4 vehicles to date . All were solid vehicles with great warranties. The sales people are very nice and even when I got a used vehicle they made sure it was super clean before I took it home . On my last visit to make use of the on-site rental agency I was distracted by the in store cafe . Double cheeseburger with bacon please , basket of fries and a coke . Really ! Yes , really . Bring the family and get them fed as you get your next new vehicle at Legacy Ford !!!
They are always friendly and helpful when I visit Legacy Ford. I don t know much about cars, but they always throughly explain any answers for what questions I may have. Always a pleasure to work with and am glad I bought my Ford Escape from them. If you need a new vehicle, be sure to check them out.
This place exemplifies the traits you do not want in a car dealership or a car buying experience. My situation was that I'm currently stationed in Florida and was looking to buy a vehicle before returning to Hawaii, because its cheaper here on the mainland. I was dealing with Ashley Hoover, she had issues getting me the details of the car as she sent me the wrong Carfax twice. Once we finally confirmed which vehicle I was referencing she said everything is good to go, so that my dad could go look at it the following day. Well, come to find out they sold the car the day before and didn't tell me, the last step was my dad going to look at this car and it would have been a done deal.
Having realized their mistake LegacyFord assigned their best sales person (Devin Wylie) to help us find something, and restore our trust. We were promised a vehicle that we would love, at a no-cost basis (meaning the dealership would make no profit) as a form of apology. Well, that fell through as well and I have not heard back since.
Since then I have recently acquired a vehicle, but I would definitely stay away from this place as incompetence and insincerity are a prerequisite for employment.
This was a recall on the brakes for my F150. Was taken care of very quickly . Truck was as clean under hood and outside as when brought in. Some shops do not care. As always I am very pleased with Legacy Ford service.
Red Sims at Legacy Ford in Rosenberg was outstanding! He communicated the scope of work and timeline as I dropped our vehicle off. I received a prompt call on the diagnosis of the problem and the costs. Pickup was also easy and efficient. Thanks again, Red and Legacy!
Andrew was AMAZING. such friendly service, got me the deal I was looking for and really worked his hardest to make my experience the best. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
Went to the quick lane, Elijah got me in quick, called me as soon as it was done, and didn t try selling me stuff that I seriously don t even need like most of the guys will do for their commission sake. He even greeted me when I got out of my car. Anytime I go to the quick lane I always see Elijah. Best customer service and very honest and straight forward about your vehicle. I recommend Elijah if you go to this location!!!
Another bad experience at yet another Ford dealer. Drove all the way from near IAH in the rain as I waited for my salesman to respond. Never did. Never got a response until I sent an unhappy one. I am giving this one higher than normal due to the fact that the manager contacted me quickly to apologize for my salesmans poor performance. Not a horrible place but not going back here again!
Had my brand new Ford Explorer repaired in the Collision Center. Eric Munson, the Collision Director was a delight. Very professional, wonderful personality, great at communication and keeping you up to date on the progress of your vehicle. Liked him immediately just by talking to him on the phone before meeting him in person.
Rest of the staff was very polite and attentive. Never had to wait over 5 minutes before someone asked me how they could help me.
Will definitely use them again if needed, but hope I don't need them!!!
Joe Payne is a great person to work with. He talks and figures out what you are looking for in a vehicle. Unlike some other sales person I witness. A couple walked and the first thing he asks how much are you willing to spend and how much of a down payment you on hand. To me as a first time new car buyer, I felt shocked because at the end of the day it's all about the customer and Joe catered to us and some. Highly recommend Joe Payne
I dropped my vehicle off at the scheduled time, they made it painless, also they also took my truck to get some recalls done, very courteous and arranged for a driver to take me home. Outstanding job. Very happy with time NOT wasted.
I had aired the tires to 36-37 psi a few days before the Service. After the service the on-board system showed the same. The inspection report showed all at 35 psi which leaves me to wonder what else was not checked.
Legacy Ford is the way to go ! Abraham worked diligently with my husband and I. The best car buying experience I've ever had! Abraham was friendly from the get go, welcoming, went out of his way to make us happy, and my husband and I are happy to have done business with Legacy Ford !!
The service and experience Legacy offers is the best in the industry. This was our first purchase with Legacy, but our 10th car purchase in 10 years. I wish I would have shopped here sooner! My wife and I were looking for a large 3 row SUV for our growing family. Giovanny was incredibly helpful! He allowed us to see multiple Expeditions with multiple test drives and never pressured us even when we told him we would be leaving to test drive competitors. After realizing the Expedition was the vehicle for us, I gave Giovanny a call and he got to work on the numbers. A little back and forward and then we moved quickly through financing. Was even shocked they could beat our low outside rate! Lance in finance was a blast work with. It s safe to say Legacy has gained a lifetime customer. We truly can t wait to work with this team again.
Never been here before but my car was overdue for a service. Drove in staff was very friendly. Told what I needed they got my car done within an hour. I had the oil changed, tires rotated all fluids topped off he even adjusted the air pressure and changed the air filter what was very dirty. All for under $100.00 and you can watch from the waiting room everything they do what I really liked. He did th he vehicle inspection with a flashlight and really looked. Great place I will make a point of stopping again.
My issue was simple. I bought a 2020 f250 in Nov. and recently it started hyper flashing the blinker on the dash only... the lights were fine, no light was out. Thomas, got me in and was able to get it looked at quickly and even found the reason behind the issue. It was a burned out tail light, not a blinker! Now i know and can check that!! Thanks
Well let me say that (RED) at Legacy Ford made a great difference when i brought my F250 in for service .not Every thing went well somethings were Missed or just over looked and the Time it took for my truck to be fixed took Much longer than it should have because of lack of communication between service guys but thought all That happened (RED)keeped me informed .
The staff at Legacy Ford did an excellent job to ensure that we were pleased with their customer service, vehicle descriptions, pricing and our overall satisfaction in our interactions with the dealership staff. Lamont and Thomas went above what we expected to ensure that we were happy with both the vehicle and the sale. Everyone we encountered was professional and made every effort to provide us with a positive experience.
TJ Dane was beyond AMAZING! Answered all our questions, put his all into the sale of our new Explorer! He is what all salesman need to be! Very happy! Will for sure recommend him! Thx again
I called about getting my SYNC updated. I was told to come in. When I got there I filled out paperwork and they took my truck. About 45 minutes later my Sync was updated. Thanks so much. Brian
Great costumer service and they do alot to help out their costumers and even the community. And do wonderful things for their employees and their families.
I had the pleasure to shoot the Google Virtual Tour for Legacy Ford, and photography the business and new vehicles. Management and Sales reps are wonderful. The showroom has a beautiful restored Old Ford. This dealership will help you in finding the right car and price for you and your family.
I can never get ahold of anyone. My car got totalled back in Feb. 2018 it is already July 2018. Ford has yet to close out my account brought my credit down 200 points just awful. Steer clear everyone! Have a great day.
Let me start out by saying that when I went to Legacy Ford I had no intentions on buying a new car when my dropped my Focus off for recalls. My boyfriend and I have been discussing back and forth about cars for awhile then decided to talk to a salesman about payments. Our conditions were we could not go upside down on my Focus and it had to be a heck of a deal. Brandon definitely gave us a heck of a deal on a 2021 Ford Explorer. This is my second vehicle I bought from Legacy Ford and I will continue to buy from Legacy. At no point during our visit with Brandon did I feel pressure to but a car. We came in to drop my Focus off for recalls one day. Brandon came up to us in the rain and let us look inside an Explorer we were looking at. When I wanted to know about payments he told us to come back when my Focus was out of service so they get it appraised and give me idea. We did exactly that. With no intention on buying a car yesterday we still walked out with a new car as we joking said Ford sends you recalls to get you in the door. I hope Brandon gets the recognition he deserves. I know he is determined to get my boyfriend into a new vehicle as well after yesterday. Thank you Brandon for being our salesman. Our financial guys deserves a shout out too. I believe his name was Lance. He looks a lot like Tom Hanks. He was great as well and helpful with all the paperwork we signed.
Loved it!!! I normally hate goin to dealerships, but Mr. Curtis and his team made my experience very exciting...Thank you Mr. Curtis and the team of Ford Legacy!!!
Thomas, Quay, EVERYONE at Legacy Ford was super accommodating and nice. They did my oil change and tire rotation despite it being closing time-just to make me happy! How's that for great service?!
I had a recall repair that needed to be done. Legacy was able to order the part and it arrived the next day. The repair was completed in one day. Fast, thorough and efficient! Thank you Legacy!
Legacy Ford is the best Ford dealership in the Greater Houston Area! They have most friendly and helpful staff I have ever encountered. Joe especially makes your buying and all around experiences easy and stress free. I cannot say that about other dealerships I have purchased vehicles from. If you re in the Houston or Rosenberg area give Joe a call, you won t regret it!
They wouldn't let me look at cars, just wanted to talk about numbers and telling me I can't afford it. And my parents got treated the same way. Poor poor service.
I was looking for a good vehicle at a reasonable price that I could depend on since my 10 year old car was flooded and totaled. I sure went to the right place. Robert and Noe in the Pre-Owned Vehicle Department were so helpful and made my purchase easy while offering me a quality price for a quality vehicle. They made sure it was running in great condition and it was sparkling clean inside and out. Kuddos to Robert and Noe - you made my life so much easier after losing my car. And I even got lunch!
Legacy Ford is friendly, reliable and they provide professional services. They service all makes and models which was a plus for me as I have a GMC. I highly recommend them.
Legacy Ford is an amazing dealership to purchase a car from. They made sure I was very happy with the entire buying experience. I wasn t there all day trying to negotiate my deal. My salesman Lamont was very knowledgeable and patient with me during the entire process. If you want to be treated with respect and get a good deal give Legacy an opportunity to earn your business. They have earned me as a customer for life.
Dissatisfied. I will not do business here again. They did not fix a legitimate problem and replaced a part that was probably good. When I called the service manager Gerald, he blamed it on aftermarket led bulbs which had nothing to do with the problem. He offered no solutions and did not call the Ford hotline for help. I have since moved this issue upline to Ford Customer Service to try and get a solution. I bought my F150 at Legacy and have had all my service done there, but no more. I will go to another dealership. They don't seem to know what they are doing or care about customer satisfaction. The service writer Valentine even got my vehicle confused with another customer.
After response from owner was posted, I still have not had a phone call or inquiry from them. The owner said that they would look into the ASAP. What does that mean? As soon as possible. 4 days later no response. Terrible customer service.
Jessie and parts always helpful they've been fair to me although service I've had trouble with trying to tell me what noise from my engine was normal because it was under warranty just so happened I had another vehicle with the same engine same here that didn't make the noise and I'm also a veteran technician so I know the difference knew exactly what the problem was and made them fix it reluctantly they did told me if they didn't find any damage when the timing cover was removed I would pay for it in full which I agreed because I knew they would find damage if they couldn't I would show it to them
Thomas did a wonderful job explaining all of the features of my new Ranger and making sure everything was handled correctly. I love the new truck and had an excellent experience doing business with Legacy Ford.
Smooth process and exceptional staff. Joe and Dylan were awesome. Definitely would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.
Avoid the service center. I scheduled an appointment two weeks back to get recalls done on my 2016 Ford truck. My appointment was at 9 but someone calls me at 8:20 telling me they cant take my car in today since they are full. I am not sure if this dealership understands what "appointment" means. The guy even had the courage to tell me that atleast they called before I got there for my appointment so I should thank them. Looks like service center is poorly managed. I also mentioned that it's okay let's schedule it for Monday or Tuesday but the response was the earliest they can do is three weeks from now. I drove further to help local dealership but looks like they have a long way to go when it comes to providing good service. I still cant believe they canceled my appointment and had no intention to fix the situation at all. There are some major recalls on my truck and Ford as a brand has no urgency to fix it.
Just recently purchase my fifth car a 2016 Ford Mustang the service is outstanding, I referred my son and his future wife and they purchased a 2016 Ford Escape.
Would recommend them to all my friends and family they are top notch and fair price!

Bad general mgr. Sorry, somehow this got confused with the Quicklane Mgr. For clarification the quicklane and its employees are great and good at what they do. My 1 star review is for Legacy for Sales.
Everyone one at Legacy Ford that we worked with was polite and very helpful. My only complaint was that it went a little longer than it should have but I would recommend it to everyone who wants a Ford.
Legacy has been a mixed bag for me over the years (over half a decade of using their services with multiple Ford vehicles). The quick lane and later the Katy quick lane have been fair and fast (Katy especially). The service department does tend to have trouble calling you back. You usually have to call them for updates and they don t do a great job handing off if one of them is on vacation. They need a better service management process so all of their customer facing people can work as one unit. I also have recently come away feeling like about half of my money spent on repairs was just them troubleshooting and making me pay the cost, but that s just a feeling. Their body shop is better than the service department both in follow up and just getting the job done. The shuttle service is great and a major reason to use them since they will pick you back up. Regarding sales, I tried to buy a car from them once, but it never happened because the sales guy was still not there 30 minutes after the appointment time (I was just waiting in the lobby). Another dealer called me with a good offer, so I headed out. When you only have Saturday to buy a car, 30 minutes is a bit too much time to just be waiting to start the process. It signals that the rest of the process would also be slow. With all of the above said, I think the people at Legacy are good people who need a few improvements to be better, mainly in terms of scheduling and follow up. If someone from Legacy reads all this, I advise that this is most likely an issue with your overall processes and not any one individual.
My wife and I have purchased 3 cars/trucks from Legacy since 2013. My two daughters and son in law have purchased their cars from them as well. EACH time we were treated fairly. There was never any pressure to purchase a vehicle. There was no going back and forth babbling with the sales manager in an attempt to screw you. This last time, they made an offer for my trade in that was $1000 lower than what I wanted. When I questioned their offer, they immediately granted me the extra $1000. Before Legacy, we had dealings with Honda, Nissan, and Chevrolet. We always had bad experiences with those dealers. Legacy has very nice people who treat you right. Even the guys in the parts department are helpful. Now with all the good, I have to give a little criticism. First, getting there can be a mess with the freeway construction. I suggest you check your maps for traffic and wrecks. Second, the girl who was showing us the ins and outs on my truck wasn't a ball of fire. I consider myself techy minded, so she didn't have to explain too much. However, she look like she had very little desire to explain the workings of my new truck. Fortunately, I have experience using Sync 3. She never even smiled. When my wife bought her 2017 Fusion at Legacy in 2017, the guy gave her a good education on her car. Maybe she was having a bad day. Overall, we've been very pleased with Legacy. If you're looking for a new Ford, this is the place to go.
Just an update. Today (October 1, 2020), I picked up my truck from the body shop after a food vendor truck clipped my left side. I talked to David and he gave me a cash bid for the work (driver wanted to do the cash route). My truck was in the shop for 3 days and they did a fantastic job. You can't even tell my truck was touched. Not only that, before I got my truck they did a detail cleaning. You couldn't ask for much more. The people in the front (David and Tammy) are super nice people and very helpful. It's nice to see people happy with their work. Legacy Ford will always be our go to dealership.
Took my car here for a airbag recall told me it would take all day long. I got a call about 4 hours later seemed pretty fast. But when my car was done as I was about to leave the A/C wasn t working when it was working perfectly fine before I dropped it off. Someone can t do their job right or just lazy. Service rep. Was very helpful though I don t blame him.
I ve never loved a car dealership as much as I love this place. I will never go anywhere else for a car!!! I ve never owned a Ford before, but now I would not go anywhere else!!! I m a Legacy Ford customer for life!!! Every single person that I spoke with was great! They treated me, and more importantly, my daughter, like family. We got a fantastic deal and I m beyond happy. There were no high pressure sales tactics and they truly listened to what I wanted.
They are honest, trustworthy people. If you need a new (or used) car - go to Legacy Ford!!!!!
Recently came in to Legacy Ford looking for a truck and was paired up with Sales Rep Tony Mendoza. Tony was just fantastic! He was very attentive and worked above and beyond to get me into my dream ride and at a great price to boot. I highly recommend Tony and Legacy for your car/truck buying needs; they won t disappoint!
Our sales person, Jacob, was very patient with us as our experience became a lengthy process. We had outside financing and specific terms through them so it was a little more difficult to find a vehicle that fit our needs, our budget, and the terms of our credit union. He responded quickly to all of my questions and didn't just write me off like he could have, after over 3 weeks of looking. We were very pleased, when we picked the vehicle up, to see it was ready and waiting for us, clean and with a full tank of gas. We are a Ford family and we will definitely be buying from Legacy Ford again.
Made an appointment to have my mustang s airbags fixed because of the recall. Waited 40 minutes to be told that they did not have any rentals at that location. I told them I would come back at 1:00(I left at 9:55 from dealership). I called at 1:00 still no rental cars available.
Well it took longer than expected because they didn t have the parts and then we had to bring it back because they didn t put it back together quite right but other than that it was a stellar experience.
