Unfortunately they did a very bad job for me!

Unfortunately they did a very bad job for me!
I bought an F350 in August 2020 and within a week water was pouring all over the front of the glass
After talking for several months with them to review it (to make exactly 3 months) with customer service
They finally got the truck
They changed the folder because it already had mold of so much water, I also told them at once change the oil and well
The day they call me to pick it up, I pick it up and everything seemed fine
I arrive at my house and I get a burning smell
And then I start to check and the filter was wrong! It spilled oil! It stained everything from below
And then I start to review more thoroughly and then I find other details such as loose seats (incorrectly installed and the belts too)
I really don't understand how this can happen
This! We trust that they will do a good job and nothing
Well I understand that there are times when there are new people who do not know well yet and this time it was my turn! But I think there must be someone checking that everything is fine
