Let s just say, we ve bought a lot of vehicles over the years. This Ford dealership provided the best, friendliest customer service that I have EVER experienced at a dealership. Keep in mind, was our first time here and they treated us like family. Thanks to Carlos Mora for making this experience so unique!

I just bought my car from Legacy (first time using their sales reps) because i had been taking my Taurus in for service for over three years and the service dept is phenomenal. What an awesome experience. I wasn t disappointed with the other side. Love TJ, Venessa, Stephen and Joe. Great team. Never once did i hear that dreaded sentence what can we do to get you in this car today . I told them what i wanted, what my monthly spending limit was and they delivered. I m a Legacy Ford lifer now.
I d be giving them more than 5 stars but that s all Google allows. So 10/10, 5 stars, excellent out of excellent. Doesn t matter. This dealership is the best. Ryan Jimenez was the man that took care of me. As soon as I got there, he greeted me, asked what my budget was, what vehicle I had in mind and got down to business. No pushiness or shady sales tactics. This man sat down with me and we both discussed a game plan for the truck I wanted. He was quick, efficient and very patient with me (I m a very picky buyer and I ask a ton of question to which Ryan had no problem answering). Ryan Jimenez, along with his boss, Tony Storie, did everything they could to make sure I left there with everything I wanted and more. Lane Wough is the Finance manager, who helped with the paper work, he explained everything to the T. He explained everything with no hidden tricks. Funny guy, made me feel like family. The finance department made the purchase of our used vehicle quick and easy. I was able to drive off the lot with my new truck within 3 hours of my arrival. They even gave me a full tank of gas. They were honest, straight shooters, and were very helpful in us finding the right vehicle for my family. Service has been great as well. I have purchased a few vehicles at different dealerships over the years. At Legacy Ford they made it my best experience yet. Joe was extremely helpful and took the time to make sure we had squared away what was going to be my best option. The communication was outstanding and any salesman who is willing to take the time to help like Joe has, will create a great experience for you. It was well worth the drive to have that experience and also have the lifetime powertrain warranty. I needed certain things on the vehicle for a certain purpose and not other options and Joe helped find the exact vehicle that was going to best suit my needs. We will be back in the future.

My salesperson was nice enough and pretty knowledgeable. Makenzi I believe her name was. Anyways, the truck I purchased was 2014 Ford F150 and about a month or so after purchasing I had to replace expensive components so that the air conditioner worked. After a little research I found that if the advanced inspection I paid for was actually done they would have found this problem. Also, they made me sign a document when purchasing saying it had no warranty and claimed I could not get an extended warranty, which I found odd. But seeing as the air conditioning went out so soon I guess it makes sense. No hard feelings, I just took it to a different dealership and the fixed it after 500 bucks worth of service. After my experience Id say that maybe buying a new truck there would be better then buying used. Good luck.

I would not recommend the sales staff if you are attempting to purchase a car online. My daughter had been working with the sales rep for three days, had financing approved, the dealer had verified the taxes since out of state and secured transport of the vehicle. While attempting to make her down payment by phone she was advised another customer had came in to purchase the vehicle and she would not be able to get it. She had already been told that the vehicle had been placed out back of the lot and would be held for her. Based on conversations with members of the sale staff the other person interested in the vehicle had not even secured financing. Honesty and integrity is lacking at this dealership.

I visited Legacy after talking to a couple of other dealerships across the Houston area, one who gave me such a horrible deal that no one else could get me a deal through Ford Credit. Legacy took the extra time to secure a deal that worked for me, and got me into a new F150. Brandon Aldridge was the salesman that helped me out and was easy to talk to, not pushy, and didn't try to use any dirty sales tactics.
If your in the market definitely check these guys out and ask for Brandon. As a bonus they also offer a lifetime power train warranty and free replacement keys in case you loose one. Nobody else offers that.

Called for a recall maintenance and service based on mileage. Very polite receptionist who set me up for an appointment when I asked for a specific date and time. Legacy Ford is very thorough.

Upon arrival and because of the changed environment, Legacy Ford's policy of sanitizing of my truck was great; i was able to get my truck serviced. I was provided an Uber ride home. I was contacted when my truck was completed and offered an Uber ride back to Legacy Ford. I was Very happy with the work performed on my truck and services provided.

My experience with Legacy Ford has been great. I found a vehicle online and contacted the internet sales manager, Vanessa Wright. She immediately contacted me and sent me a video of the vehicle.
I called made an appointment to come in and after that it was ice cream and cake.
The communication, resources, and helpfulness that I received from Vanessa and my Finance Manager Lance Waugh was easy, and satisfying. There was no pressure and he was very detailed in everything explained to me concerning my purchase. Yes, I love this dealership it's like family.

Came in after dealing with other dealerships all week. Met the salesperson named Venessa and she did everything she said she was going to do. No lies and straight to the point. Even her manager did everything he could to make the deal.
