I've had one of my vehicles serviced there several times. Once it had to be towed in, and I was a bit surprised that it was up to me to arrange the tow truck.
With one exception, the repairs were completed in a timely manner, me being kept informed of the diagnosis and cost.
I mentioned the exception to the service manger and it was corrected on my next visit.
The service writers and service manager have email addresses on the dealer website, but I've never received any reply(s) to messages sent there.
