They work extremely hard to make the deal that's right for you and give the best prices in this area.
I have been there 5 times and was a waste of time , leaving your contact information with 2 different sales people , will not call or get back to you leave a email , will not answer . There should be a better way of doing business with people other than having to beg someone to work out a deal.
Sarah and manager Bernie answered all my questions and there were no surprises. We worked together to make a deal on the Outback Touring model we wanted with the great options desired at the price that worked good for us. Kevin, our finance representative, explained my 20 questions with in-depth details. Thanks to the team for a great experience. PS Haley in Service got me in and out in record time and even set up one of my display monitors.

I Purchased A Car from These Wonderful People in 2013...Great Staff Members and Great Service.
Too bad you can't give a zero star review. They wasted $1,700 in unnecessary parts. Would have been 5k if I had bought their parts. PCM, ABS module, Traction control module, PDC. They also asked me to order a wire connector which they didn't even install they just left it in my cab in the package. They had my truck "diagnosing" it for over a year. I wouldnt waste my time making this up. The problem was eventually corrected by a fresh set of coil packs and an O2 sensor. What kind of moron replaces all of the easy access computer components before checking the hardware. They were very rude and I had to go there in person for someone to actually tell me what was going on. Everytime I called they said they didn't know what was going on and that they would find out and return the call but I only received one return call in a year from the manager to tell me that they just weren't sure if they could figure it out. I wouldn't call them for as much as a part number.
Very pleased with work they did. Got me back on the road in approx. 2 hours.
Plan on your vehicle being there at least four days, and do not expect friendly fast or helpful service from anyone. Next time I m going to drive to Athens or Decatur to their Chrysler dealership to see if it s any better because I ve been to McLarty multiple times, and both times; no updates- you have to call, then they charge you too much for something that took way more days than anyone else would.
Wonderful place and service, treatedme anx family with kindness and respect. Even bought us lunch. I wish I could of bought 10 vehicles here...
My wife and I just moved to the area from S Florida in July. I was looking to find a pre owned truck and trade in my Scion. In August I went to Landers Mclarty Dodge because they had a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately we were unable to come to an agreeable payment and had to pass. Julie Gallow did everything she could to try and make it work.. so I put it off for awhile. At the end of September Julie followed up with a call to see if I found anything yet. I had not and told her that they had a truck I was interested in. Unfortunately it was already sold. There was also a Jeep that they had that I was interested in and to check into that. All this was done via text. She had me fill out a credit app on line and would let me know. She came back with some numbers that were agreeable and set up a time to see the Jeep. I told I first wanted to see the Jeep before I made a,decision, she said "no problem". I saw the Jeep, took it on a test ride and said it was what I was looking for. We got set up with Don Alexandria in Finance and the experience sky rocketed. Don was able to take a good deal and make it spectacular.. By the time he was finished we walked out with a lower payment that was originally quoted and was able to to have a 2 year extended warranty and 4 services added as well! WOW! Julie and Don are definitely assets to the company and know how to take care of the customer. Thanks again for everything, we LOVE our Jeep Wrangler!
I don't have any experience with buying a car from them, but I just recently had a terrible experience with their service department. A fuel line broke on my Jeep Wrangler and I had it towed to United Transport Repair Shop with an estimate of $235. After the dealership sent that shop the wrong part twice, we had it towed there. They gave us an estimate of $650! That's outrageous! We called them back and had it knocked down to $500, but that's still $265 more than what it should've been. The next time we have a problem we're getting it towed out of town to avoid their sleezy tactics.
Took my 98 Jeep in because it was allegedly running hot.. I got with cody he got it in found out it had a air pocket in the radiator they corrected it without trying to sell me something i didnt need. They actually took time to make sure it wasn't something else.. Im a happy camper
It was such a horrible run around with them. Lack of communication and worst car buying experience. Will never work with them again.
Spoke with Toby Myers with service questions, very professional and courteous.
I love this car lot from Top in on....... sale Laritha the best She love help everyone that come in ... always say hello how or you may I help you
I call in to get a quote to change both fuel filters changed on a 16 ram 3500 diesel lady tells me 159.95 so I scheduled the appointment go in today to get them changed they change them I go to the counter to pay and the hand me a bill for $348 i asked why so high from the quote they gave me and they have no answer i mean i pay $225 at the dodge dealer at home to get them changed i wont ever got back and we have a fleet of 8 they were servicing till today
They are crooks and unreliable all around. Do not buy any of their cars as they will pull a fast one on you and leave you up to dry. Stay far far away from this place. YOUVE BEEN WARNED.
Was in for recall repairs. Nothing special about the services performed.
It's a car dealer, so pressure buying is the norm, however, the people are very nice and work with you in order to help you out. They explain all your options and walk you through your decision.
I was really impressed with the customer service and the effort that Marc White(Service Advisor) gave in making sure my vehicle was fixed and working perfectly. I really feel he deserves an award for how excellent he is at his job and just as amazing person. He made sure that I was informed and satisfied. He also called me days later to assure that everything was still running properly. I really appreciated the follow up. I have been looking for a customer survey and I am going to call to request one again because he deserves 10 out of 10 for his hard work and dedication. My recent experience was the best I have ever had from any service department. People like Marc White definitely make it worth while to trust that your service needs will be met.
Barney, Willie, Brent an Mr. Williams have gone beyond expectations in our purchase.
We have purchased eight vehicles with five being in the last 6 months and everything is smooth an easy!!!!
Thanks
Steve
Dan Smitty Smith was awesome. He was very patient and did not pressure me. He took the time to help me decide what I was looking for and was very helpful. Great experience. Thank you.
Good follow up after service to make sure everything was good.
Good customer service. Nice facility and friendly employees.
Change in review: On picking the Grand Cherokee up last night Karen and I had a long discussion with the General Manager and some of the Service Managers. It seems were not given documents showing the what the Service Package covered and what it didn't when we purchased the SUV. It was their best package and covers all but items such as filters, tires, etc. Having the Hemi does require additional maintenance but we love the engine. All were friendly and really wanted us to understand. At the end a $200 credit was given to future service. Based on our experience I would like to change the rating.
During the purchase of this $40,000+ vehicle the salesman and finance person sold us Maintenance Package which added approximately $10.00 per month to the payment. He told us it covered the required maintenance on the car for up to 26 oil change miles. I carried the car down to get the oil change and tire rotation this morning and was told the total cost to me would be approximately $1030.00 all for normal maintenance. There I was totally mislead by the Maintenance Package and for a two year car a maintenance charge of $1030.00 seems to be a total ridiculous price. So I went for a $18.00 oil change and tire rotation and wound up with a bill of $1030.00. It seems every time I go in for service, I am told something different about the Service Package. Being retired and on a fixed income this cannot continue therefore we will look for a different SUV brand. Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram are typical car dealers who's intent is to sell cars and maintenance at all costs. We will not offer any further recommendations for this dealership.
IWe initially had some issues with this visit. However the service manager called back and we had to make two more visits but we got all problems fixed and they detailed the Jeep. I'm glad that the service department cares enough to tackle these issues when they see that they are not up to par
Ya got to love this place for Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler. Any Frank Williams Dealership is just supper. If you need a new or used car go see someone at this dealership, they are the best.
Our salesman, Willie White at Landers McLarty Jeep, did a great job. We wanted a Jeep Grand Cherokee with some specific features. Unfortunately they didn't have one on the lot in the color I wanted but Mr. White went the extra mile and was able to find one in another state. Unfortunately that deal fell through, but Mr. White didn't stop there. He recommended that we order the car with the features we wanted. It would take a little longer but he could get us just what we wanted in the car. We were surprised when he gave us a call earlier than expected and said our car had been delivered. Mr. White was great to work with and we've been very please with the car. Thank you for all your efforts. You came through on all of your promises and we really love the car. Terri J.
The owner, Frank Williams and his top notch salesman, Willie White will go above and beyond to get you a deal you will love. Friendly and prompt service combined with attention to detail with a get it done attitude make Landers McClarty my 5 star dealership.
I bought a New 2013 Jeep Compass in April, they worked to get me the best deal. I have taken my car there for regular service and oil changes with no problems. My service is always completed timely. Very Friendly and hardworking!
It was quick and easy as always. Ray and Ashley are the best combo in the game...I would highly recommend these guys and gals to help you with your next car purchase.
Drove over from Georgiabto buy my sons jeep. Really good buying experience. Service and price made the drive worth it.

I towed my car to this dealership to get a key I bought from them to be program the lady in the service department is charging me a environmental fee ! A 69 dollar reprogram charge turned out to be 84.00 dollars. Now thats ridiculous if they make money that bad I don't know what to say.
Purchased our daughter's first Jeep here. Rob was a tremendous help I finding the perfect car and options for our young driver. Wonderful experience
We had purchased a 2008 Jeep Cherokee (Not From This Dealership) but purchased a warranty with the jeep if we ran across any problems. The dealership told us to take it to our nearest Jeep dealership and they would inspect and contact the warranty company if we had any issues.
Well on a Thursday we called and made an appointment for the following Tuesday (Five days ahead of time.) We took it in at 9:00 AM that Tuesday, as scheduled, for an inspection. We knew a belt needed changed but if they could check it and confirm the warranty would cover it.
We called back later in the day before they closed and they said they hadn't gotten to it. The following day, Wednesday, we called again before they closed and they said they still hadn't gotten to it. A whole day and a half later they still haven't even checked on the jeep. My husband used to work at a Ford dealership. He was a mechanic and promoted to an Advisor. He knew they either were so behind that they shouldn't have taken the appointment in the beginning, or they honestly didn't know what was wrong.
Thursday they finally looked at it and figured out what was wrong..
They contacted the warranty company and found out that they would cover most of the fixes ($2,000 worth!)
We were definitely thrilled that they finally figured out what was going on and the warranty company would fix more of it.
Friday they put the order in for the parts and got them the next day, Saturday.
Monday we called back, they still hadn't finished. Tuesday they called us saying it should be done by the end of the day (they could tell we were getting a little ticked!).
We called Tuesday evening (They never called us back) to see if it was finished.. it wasn't.
My husband, being a mechanic, knows the issues and knows it should've taken maybe 3-4 hours to complete all the projects. He could've fixed them himself, but the warranty company wouldn't have covered this, so $2,000 worth of fixes, we figured we let them do it.
Granted, this has now been a week.
Wednesday, call us, say it should be done.
End of the day. No call. "No sorry it's not finished."
Thursday my husband calls them and gets frustrated. It's been over a week. They took an appointment knowing somewhat what was wrong, and it's still not finished.
Finally at the end of the day (Thursday) they finished. Well tough luck my husband works 2nd shift and we couldn't go pick it up.
Finally Friday, a week an 3 days later, we can pick it up.
Another JOKE? They wanted us to pay all these additional fees.
Sorry buddy. You shouldn't have taken our appointment if you were that busy to get to us. We aren't paying a $35 "Shop Fee" so you can spray some brake fluid on.
My husband worked in a shop, he knows these tricks they do.
There wouldn't have been anything else in this "Shop Fee" that they would've used.
They ALSO told my husband that they half-assed putting a sensor on! Who tells the customer that!? Let alone someone who has experience in their very position! That is completely unprofessional and ridiculous!
End of Story. Not going back to them!
Took my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to Derek Smith and the crew at Landers. Had a ticking noise in the engine. They not only took care of that but mounted and balanced some new tires did an alignment leveling kit the whole nine yards. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and did it in a timely manner. Thanks again guys.
We decided to check out getting a bigger car. We already had a good car, but thought a crossover would be a good idea. After looking and thinking, we tried to get approved with them. They came back with almost 14% interest rate, both vehicles we have are 5% and 4%. We told them were not going to do that. We left, and spoke to them via, phone and told them we didn't want it that day. I called by bank the next day and asked if we could get a loan from them (where both our other cars are financed at). I had them send it the write up of costs. My banker called back and told me that the vehicle was only worth $18,500 and they were trying to sell it to me at $26,000 and not to continue because it was a very bad deal. Now, that $26K, didn't include the negative balance of my trade in, which was going to be total at $29K. That is almost $11k negative balance. I do not recommend going to buy a car from them. They will rip you off big time! My advice is go to your bank, get the loan and go somewhere else!
ALSO, I checked my credit report to see what was going on because I was alerted. They ran my credit 3 times, 2 on the day I was there and one the day after with the SAME lender! I have never had this happen, after years of buying new cars, I have NEVER at another dealership, have my credit ran more than once! So, my credit score dropped 80 points for this. I am quite upset to say the least. I have heard they were not the place to go to, but I didn't expect this!
Drove up from Miami,Fl visiting family. On Thursday the 24th of December 2015 called in to make an app. Explaining I had an engine light and rep on the phone explained they were full for 2 weeks and that the next appointment avail was on January 11th 2016. The rating is self explanatory. No interest from this service dept. Case closed.
11/20/2019 (Update). By the way, never got contacted by anyone. Ever!
Oil change and tire rotation. My service tech was good. I cant remember her name. I would have gave the service a 5, but I have locking lug nuts on my rims. I left my lug key for them to take my rims off with. When all was done, my key was no where to be found. After some looking they found it in someone's tool box. No 5 star today. They knew that was mine !
Affordable, Quick, and Professional. I absolutely LOVE my new Jeep! I always deal with Willie and he never fails to amaze me. Also, a HUGE thanks to Ray Horne and Frank Williams.
Had my first visit at this location for two recalls. Very efficient, very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with my service and my service rep. Even washed my Ram!
I had to have my car serviced for a recall. They have a drop off option if you need to leave your car outside of their operating hours. They also have a very comfortable waiting area that's available during regular hours. The staff were all very kind and asked multiple times if they could do anything more to assist. I appreciated the fast service and the courtesy of their crew. The only thing I could have asked for was an update at some point during the day to let me know how the progress was going and when I could expect my vehicle to be ready. This would have helped tremendously since they had my car and I had to make other transportation arrangements in order to get back to them to pick it up.
Went back in their word several times. Ended up not holding the car for me like they originally said, would not detail it like they originally said, would not fix rust like they originally said. Listen to the bad reviews, not the good ones their friends and family made up.
I wouldn't even give Landers a single star if it were not that I had to make a selection for this to post. Worst experience of my life with car dealership repairs. I took my Jeep to Landers with the check engine light on. They supposedly put in a control module and "fixed some wiring' and told me to come pick it up. I get it home and almost immediately notice some sort of fluid seeping from the bottom of my car. I was returning to the shop to have them take a look at it when it started smoking and it broke down on the side of the road. Someone had forgotten to connect a hose and coolant flooded the floorboard of passenger side. It was an inch think and my motor overheated. I had NEVER had even a small problem with my car overheating before taking it to Landers. So, the end result is that I need a new motor and heater coil replaced. If you want to have your car repaired do NOT take it to Landers!!!! They will cause more problems while 'fixing' the problem you took it in for. These people are very dishonest. They do NOT care about their customers!
My '17 Ram 1500 lost power steering and the team was able to get a new rack and pinion assembly overnight from Atlanta and repair my truck while in Huntsville on a business trip. Additionally, they gave me a Dodge Challenger while my truck was being repaired. Thank you to the entire service team for making the warranty repair as painless as possible.
The Service department is amazing. Always take great care of all my needs when my car is been serviced.
My experience with LMDCJR has been a tough one with ups and a lot more downs;nevertheless I am able to see a light at the end of the tunnel.
Aretha and Rob were so awesome, we bought 2 cars instead of 1. She is super friendly and nice and I will be back to get my son a car soon! No pressure! Great service!
Really nice people.. Could have done a much better job at cleaning the car that we purchased.
Overall, pleasant buying experience.
Much thanks to Bernie, Ernie, and especially John in finance.
Slowest service department ever! Took almost 3 hours for an oil change, and another 25 minutes to get my truck after they said it was ready! If I hadn't already purchased a service contract I would never come back. Very disappointed.
The service was excellent and everything was great. The young Lady working the express Lane Saturday morning of March 15, 2014, had a great attitude and was very professional about her job. She was doing two to three jobs but she was doing it.
I just bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) through them and I found them helpful and respectful.
they weren't pushy of aggressive and if I ever find the need for another car I will be coming back
Thanks Julie I'm loving the car
Took my car in 3 days ago to have a starter put on and it's still not fixed.
Strange experience. I drove in to have an oil change. It was my first time being here. No one approached or asked me if they could help. Instead, just strange and confused looks from the staff...a guy finally snapped out of it and asked what I needed... very weird. I'll go somewhere else next time.
Beautiful show room, plenty of Jeep's to choose from
We visited Landers for service and it was wonderful. Everyone is friendly and so helpful. We know nothing about cars and these guys do!!!! They will educate you on your vehicle in a way that does not make you feel silly.
Buying the car with Geoffrey was a GREAT experience, The sales staff was great. The horrible rating is for the service department... When I needed to bring it in to have it serviced for the 63k miles it all went down hill. I took it in at 9:00 Friday morning to have the A/C looked at, oil change and all the other maintenance. They called saying it would be over $1,600 and I bit the bullet and just let them do it. It ended up being around $1,450 total. Well come to find out, they didn't change the oil and they had it until almost 5:00pm Saturday. On Sunday my check engine light comes on so I took it to AutoZone to have them read the code. I called Landers first thing Monday morning and explained the situation and the guy was rude and told me that the code didn't mean anything and I needed to bring it in and let them hook it up to their computers and look over it and I told him I just shelled out so much money and don't want to do that again and I would find somewhere else to take it. The Warranty for life sounds good in theory but I could have saved so much money by taking it elsewhere or doing the stuff myself.
Willie White went above and beyond to get us a deal.He got us a 2019 Ram Truck when others have turned us down. They wanted to push a used truck on us and others which wasn't the type we wanted. We about gave up when Willie called us back and got us the deal we wanted for the truck and price we wanted! He is fair and honest and won't stop trying. We have bought from him in the past and would recommend him to anyone for a fair deal. Thanks again Willie and for helping us on your day off!
Buying a new car was so easy at Landers McLarty! The staff was very informative and laid back. I didn't feel pressured at all. Thank you!
One of the best experience's at Landers/McLardy. Quick service, good price.
I bought a new charger from this place. I had a nice friendly salesman by the name of Steven whom was fairly new here but he did a good job. The manager Frankie helped us get to the price we were budgeting to pay so I did appreciate him as well. Overall had a good experience. The only negative was the time it took to complete the transaction was a lengthy process.
I have always received excellent service when working with Kenny and Hannah.
Morgan , Henry and Travis were all very pleasant and knowledgeable. A pleasure to deal with.
Good service, friendly staff. Our service writer was very courteous and suggested a good deal for the work we were having done.
A CHRYSLER PACIFICA VAN OWNER DREAM CAME TRUE!!!! Thank you Deonte, Julie & the General Manager for all of your expertise, diligence, & proficiency in assisting me to obtain my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Van.
THE FLEET IS YET TO COME!!!
They APPLIED FOR A LOAN WITH WELLS FARGO FOR MYSELF AND MY COSIGNER which we did not consent to or know anything about. I walked in, pre-approved with a cosigner for my loan from Redstone FCU. They ARE SUPPOSED TO operate as an "on the spot finance" dealer through RFCU to make things easier with the paperwork, but it was the opposite. They ran a credit check on myself and my cosigner, both pre-approved through the bank they are supposed to be working with. We only found out about the attempted loan application through a totally different bank via letters from Wells Fargo letting us know a month after I had the vehicle and made 2 payments on my correct loan through RFCU. This place was a joke, but at least I have a jeep now. I would love to have given some other competent establishment my money.
I had a great experience with Landers McLarty DCJR. Josh Craig and Joe Ashburn were great help, treating me with respect as we discussed different options that best fit my expectations. Helpful and quick customer service.
I have never had a better car dealership experience than I had here! When I say they truly care about their customers, they do. I went in because my car got totaled and I needed a new one within my budget. Mr. Deonte Sutton and Mrs. Shannon Rascoe made the process sooooo easy! They got me the car I wanted at the price I needed and even threw in some popcorn and pizza that my dad had joked about the day before!!! Mrs. Shannon even helped me set up the car with all my personal settings and checked up on me later on to make sure I was still liking the car. I am forever grateful for them and would recommend their services a thousand times over!!
Not happy at all called three times and checked on a vehicle said it was in stock was sold three to four days before I called talked to one of the managers said he would call me back and have not received any response
The staff was nice and friendly, the only thing I wish was better was the time. I had an appointment at 10:30 am one day and it wasn t ready until 11:45 am the next day. Other than that I enjoyed the staff, and the service.
The sales person was nice however it took forever for someone to go over financing paperwork with us. we drove almost 2 hrs to check out the van so to be kept waiting to do paperwork was frustrating. the guy was sitting in his office looking to be doing nothing so we don't know why we weren't waited on. also be sure you have the vehicle you want to buy checked by a mechanic before you buy or make the sale conditional on having it checked out. We asked why the van shook when we breaked and were told it was the ABS. We trusted them. It's actually the rotors. So now we are needing to repair them yourself. The van we bought had just been brought to the dealer and they obviously didn't have it checked out thoroughly enough before listing it for sale. I also noted that the tires weren't very good and they said they were. Well it's been a yr and the tires are shot. No tread left and they have dry rot. I have been told by Goodyear that they are 5 yrs old. That means these are the original tires!! The vehicle had 45000 miles on it so those tires should have been changed before selling .
I was not happy, and very disappointed because one of their staff stole my Keychain it is an original micky mouse and it has been with me for almost 15 years. I only notice when I got back home and when I called they hang up on me. I will never going back and never trusted them again. I am just saying this because Trust and Dignity is very important to me. No matter how big or small the item and if you stole it, still count and it's called Thief's..... Note: this accident happened last week!
I had a problem with my 2015 Jeep Rubicon, when they finished it was better than when it was new. special Thanks to Derek Smith and Jeff at col.Frank Thomas RSW
Excellent service! Knowledgeable staff and good prices. I had a bad PCM and my 02 Dodge Ram would not start. I tried to have it fixed at a local auto repair shop first and they weren t able to do the job so I went to Landers and they had my truck running in no time. Thanks again!
We have been a customer for over 10 years. We always buy from here and usually have repairs done here. They had my truck for over a month and one thing after another kept happening. I did get irritated by it will be ready this day or that day. Mr Horne did do right by us with a rental and Zack kept us well informed on everything that kept going wrong. But when I was told by Dereck my truck would be ready and then I went by there and was told they didn't have a bay to put it in well that didn't sit well, you had my truck for 3 weeks at that point so you only have one bay here or you've had other peoples vehicles longer than mine. In the end I guess they did do a few things I didn't ask for so I may buy here but still maybe on using the service department.
The service department is awesome. Issue with my wheel and Derek did not hesitate to get it towed in to fix my jeep. Repeat customer for life!
I only had an oil change done, so I can't speak about sales. Everything went great and I didn't wait long at all. They have one of the best facilities I have been to. Big tvs everywhere. And they serve starbucks coffee in the waiting room. They have a big area for people waiting for service. Everyone seemed nice and polite.
THIS REVIEW IS TOTALLY ABOUT THIER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
I had my 2011 Dodge Challenger towed there because it wouldnt start. I was very dissapointed about that issue. However, since Im familiar with the service department due to my reguarly maintance such as oil changes, and/or tire rotations I knew that my experience would be great. So wrong was I when I brought my car in a caucasian female (not Nicole) was very rude and un knowledgeable about the service department proper protocal and service issues that customers such as myself would encounter. She even got as angry as to verbally make a comment stating that she was refusing to assist me. She was very blunt and didnt even want to find out the status of the warranty on my vechicle, Luckily Nicole was there to assist me, she made the necessary calls to my warranty provider as well as kept me informed about the status of my vechicle. I was seriously thinking about contacting the Landers Corporate office in Arkansas about the poor customer service I recieved from that other young lady. Its just sad that one person has to run the entire service department alone when it comes to customer retention and customer service. There are many Dodge service centers here in the surrounding area and customers have choices to utilize the others versus Landers Mclarty. If it had not been for Nicole my business would be forever terminated with this service department. Funny thing is that I was sharing this same exact story with my co-workers that bought thier cars from Landers and they both agreed that Nicole keeps the customers when it comes to thier service dept. One of my friend even stated that she only takes her car for service when she's sure that Nicole will be there. Its sad that one person must hold the compnay's goodwill all alone. So if youre taking your vehical there for service SEE NICOLE....!!!!
Aretha ewing is a wonderful sales lady helped us so much when my mom bought her car
Wanted them to look at my truck and they said I would have to drop it off all day the next day and acted like my business wasn t important to them. I had a 25 second video of the sound my truck was making and the guy wouldn t even take 25 seconds of his time to listen to the sound to give an opinion. Just wanted me to drop it off all day for an hour worth of work. Made me feel like I was unimportant and that they had better things to do. This was just the service department, I don t know about the rest of the establishment.
We went yesterday to look at trading our vehicle and met David Carmack. He helped us find a Jeep we loved and worked diligently to get our payment in our range and answer our questions. Super friendly, accommodating, and made sure he walked us thru how to operate the radio, phone, etc. He even set my phone up up on the Bluetooth so I could call thru it! He never acted impatient, wasn't pushy, and acted eager to help. Just the greatest service. And Mr. O in finance was super friendly and great to worth with. We will tell all our friends to come here for their next vehicle and be back ourselves when it comes time to trade. Too notch dealer! Ask for David Carmack!
I went in for a replacement rim and got Johnny as my representative. He went above and beyond to help me out. I recommend everyone to use this Jeep location and to ask for Johnny if any help is needed with parts!
Michael and Chris were very helpful and friendly. Thanks!
David Carmack was a very professional and patient salesman that talked to me instead of pressing me.
The end result was a successful sale. I highly recommend his services.
I recently made a trip to Landers McLarty DCJ to look at the Jeep offerings. I soon encountered Smitty and the rest was history. Smitty was great to work with and showed me several vehicles before finding the perfect one. Luckily i went in on a day where several rebates and offers helped make the cost more affordable. That day, I was in a rush and had to leave soon after all paperwork was complete. Later in the week, I returned for Smitty to clean the vehicle and how me some of the features. I would definitely recommend looking Smitty up if your'e in the market for a new Jeep. Overall, great experience and I love my new Jeep!
Sorry people to deal with left bolts loose on my car and left my wife and kids stranded on side of the road then the service manager called me a liar told me he knew more and I am a master tech work on cars daily and because it has warranty on it that it had to go back to them and then the service manager came out to my personal car as I was leaving to confront me on this review
