Notorious for withholding employee salaries. Pending salaries upwards of 40k still not paid to past employees. Extremely unethical practice.

After taking almost double the time, project is not even 50% done. They don't even know how much more time it will take. Pathetic people!!! Totally unplanned execution ...They delay things like anything...

Excellent advice during the planning process. Well managed and efficient project work. Top quality. Personal service! These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile in a friendly relaxed way. Not only is the service expert, the price is fair and they take the time to explain and educate you through the design. The team is very knowledgeable, honest and will take every aspect of design into consideration. Excellent place for an internship as the learning curve is enormous, all in a very positive environment. Highly recommended.

I've interned with the team from July of 2020 and have had an all around uplifting experience working with them. Despite the work at home circumstances, the team has been very welcoming, creating bonds and always keeping the interns in the loop of the design process and keeping us engaged with its different aspects. Thank you Sai and Leena for the great experience, I really value the many lessons I've learned here, both work oriented and otherwise.

Never pay their employees, exploits students who go there for internship.

Had an amazing time as intern, continuing to have an amazing time as a junior architect with the firm. Some of the nicest and most understanding people I've ever met. Sai's talks have actually got me, someone who hated architecture to the core, give it a second chance. Extremely grateful for all the opportunities and learnings I've managed to take in.

Started interning with this firm since July 2020 and it has been an amazing experience. The best part is that even if you are an intern they will make sure you are involved in the entire process. Got to learn a lot despite of the work from home barrier.

Professional and fun loving team! Loved it here when I did my internship back in 2018. Sai was a great mentor to me in terms of design. Also motivated me a lot with my architectural sketching. I personally love their works. With Leena in the team, she makes sure each and every nook of your interior is well designed according to your requirements. Also, if you are looking for internship here, you get to taste Leena's yummy cakes!

I have worked under Sandarbh as an intern and as my experience say I have had a wonderful learning and working time with the firm. This is one of the firm in Bangalore which offers an overall development. From architectural designing to practical exposure. From soft to hard skill development and an amazing place for social networking.
I have had brilliant time working with the Principal Architect Sai Ram and have learnt a lot from this firm.
Highly recommended for those who are looking for design and practical development in the field of architecture.

Doesn't pay his employees and interns. Keeps giving excuses.

Our interaction with Sai and team has been very professional and productive throughout. They very patiently heard our requirements, came up with ideas and improvised as well. Overall the interaction and experience has been great.

Did my college internship in this office in 2018 and man was it an amazing experience. Everyone working in the office were extremely cheerful, driven and helpful people. The principle architect is a wonderful mentor and till date gives me little nuggets of advise every now and then. The work environment will push you forward sometimes by force others by gentle nudges. It opened up my eyes to design and architectural practice and I never felt like I was working!

I interned with Sandarbh in 2020. I had little to no exposure and knowledge on how offices work before coming here. Fortunately, Sai has been a mentor and a friend to all of us, Never have I seen anyone with such patience to teach and help an intern. Would 100% recommend for internships, I am lucky to have had the chance to work with these people, thanks Sai and team Sandarbh!

Would like to Thank Sandarbh Design Studio and the entire team for creating such a beautiful space for my daughter. She is really enjoying the place and it has increased the utility of the place 10 folds. I would also like to mention that the whole team was very professional from the carpenters to the painters to the interns. Everyone working there is working with their heart and puts in there whole and soul to every detail.

Exploits interns by not paying them, similar with employees

Working at this office was a really formative experience for me, especially starting out as a new architect (some years ago now). I joined at a time when the team was small and tight-knit, and this gave very rare opportunities to get wholly hands-on and involved with the work on multiple projects right from design to implementation. The work culture was intense and the learning curve steep - this definitely may not be everyone's cup of tea - but Sai and Leena really took me under their wings as mentors. They encouraged us to take initiative and ownership over our projects, with the satisfaction of work well done (especially with the custom work they do, really fantastic to learn from!), and were always extremely enthusiastic about sharing their own experiences as well as promoting a space for self-reflection, debate and fun in the office. I got to really engage with the nuts and bolts of the trade in a way few offices allow their interns, and was pushed to meet and deal with challenging situations, learning invaluable lessons in holding boundaries and managing time and resources. Though this was naturally stressful at times, throughout, I had their support and guidance to take me through it, and this is something I will always remember. I am so grateful for the learning and growth I experienced through them at that time, and, over the years [and regardless of our many, much-debated differences in outlook ;) !], continue to value these friendships dearly and consider myself very much a friend to Sandarbh!

An amazing place to work, learn and grow exponentially. A studio which feels more like a family than a corporate workspace.
A must recommend for all those who wish to intern with architectural studio.

Probably the best place to be doing an internship. Lots of exposure and amazing people! Everyday is a learning adventure.
