Snappy Tomato Pizza Review

Go here, do not go to the one in park hills. Their food is consistently good and the staff is friendly.

Good value for the money. They keep the pizza coming out in a reasonable time. Desert pizza is way good.

Bad review not for the food:

As a former employee of this store, id highly recommend not working here. I had a horrible experience which lead to me having to contact corporate. Ive even notified all of my friends and family to stay clear of this place. Its nothing but trouble! Its the reason why so many people end up quiting this job sooner rather than later, the manager(s).

This site is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to visit this restaurant. everytime I want to go to a proper meal, this restaurant comes right away to my mind. splendid and all sorts of food and a rich menu.well mannered staff, and nice mood. Also important, the price is reasonable. I recommend this restaurant with no doubt.

if you're looking for a good pizza buffet this is the place to go they always keep it packed and if you want something special will make it and put it on the bar for you.

Ew pizza late and COLD! On top of that they got the order wrong. Wasn t a good experience rather spend more money on a better place with better pizza.

Arrived to 5 types of pizza, however 1 slice of 3 of the types. No lettuce on salad bar. It was resolved in 20 minutes.. the remainder of time there, there were 3 types, bbq chicken, pepperoni, and cheese. Not a good experience. Note it was 645p and Buffett ends at 8. If we go back we will get photos a well. Sad, this used to be the go to for quick eating out.

I like to go with friends to this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The the food there is flavorable and the stuff is welcoming and cooperative. always when we visit this place we have a delightful time. highly recommended.

I haven't had Snappy Tomato since they were in Louisville. Now I live in northern Kentucky and I forgot how delicious they were.
My only real gripe is that I could not leave a tip to the driver after they delivered. You have to include it during the online order. I like to tip on the receipt. And I usually dont carry cash.

This place is superb and roomy, the menu was yummy and the prices were very fair. quickly, effective service and very welcoming staff members. Recommended.

We tried another place across the street, they had a 2 hour wait...
Snappy's was there, no waiting, decent pizza buffet. Salad was great. My only suggestion to them would be to offer more dessert options, but all in all, very good. Clean restrooms. Good service.

Stopped off for a quick bite before a party. Staff were fantastic and the buffet was excellent value for money.

Awesome pizza, cool and nice workers! Driveway could use a better entrance and perhaps more lighting, tricky to navigate in dark if your not local. Crust was amazing too.

They have a pizza buffet. Selection wasn't great, but upon leaving learned you could request. The pizzas were ok. They also had a salad bar(lettuce with different toppings being offered), spaghetti with sauce, an alfredo pasta, & breadsticks. All of this were ok, but the price was real reasonable. For 2 adults & a 9 yr old it was around $23(incl drinks). Can't beat the price if you are hungry. I forgot they also had cinnamon pizza for a desert. It was definitely worth the stop. The staff was friendly, but not very informative unless you asked. Buffet doesn't start til 5.

With a pizza and salad buffet and ample seating this is quick fix pizza. It's not the best pizza but it's not the worst either. The wings were sad but they were cheap. It's hard to complain about but nothing to rave about either.

Ordered a medium pizza with 3 tippings and extra cheese opened it up after I got it in car and went back in there and said this was supposed to have extra cheese the guy said it does i said there is no way this is extra cheese he said yes because the toppings are underneath. I said well there are HARDLY ANY TOPPINGS TO BEGIN WITH AND UF THIS IS EXYRA CHEESE I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! He said thats how it is, I was shocked didn't offer to remake it or nothing!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!

Buffet is a bit expensive compared to the price of getting a pizza--but you get variety instead. Usually have one t.v. tuned to sports and another to cartoons. Upkeep of the food on the buffet can be poor at times. Dessert pizza is awesome and always quick to disappear.

Quick, hot, and fresh pizza and a clean dining area

My daughter asked that we go there for her 7th birthday and it was a fantastic experience. The staff made the exact pizza she wanted as part of the buffet, they didn't charge us for her meal, and they played a happy birthday song throughout the restaurant for her. She was thrilled, my family was thrilled, and I want to thank them for putting forth the extra effort to make my daughter's birthday special!

It's been remodeled and keeps improving. Very nice and at the buffet everyone eats what they like.

We don't know each other, but i was there the day that the manager kicked Taylor Phillips out for resting his head on the table while his friend was eating. Really shocked me. I even said something to his friend. Did you just get kicked out of here? His friend was in shock too. It was a very humid and hot day. No need to kick someone out for this. What ever hapoened to kindness? Snappy gets 3 stars because I like the food. Would have been 5 stars if management wasn't so rude.

This Snappy's has the best buffet. Love the BBQ Chicken Pizza.

Lunch buffet is always a welcome attraction but the buffet is relatively small and has few options. All but one of the pizzas on the buffet were there throughout my meal which seemed to indicate little interest in those particular ingredients. Not much in the way of pasta options, but the salad area was good. Not quite what I was hoping for that day.

Food was good about the only pizza I will eat. Got sick of eating pizza. Coke machine was acting up girl says it fine, but the owner fixed it.

Snappy Tomato Pizza is a really good pizza place only thing I did not like I brought my team down there around 8 830 and they denied us to have a seat in there Lounge area I am a youth baseball coach and most of the time we have games late and we tried to feed our kids before we go home but to be refused our business was really bad

There was no cheese on my pasta and the wrong meat.

Under new ownership and you can tell. They have been remodeling and making some much needed elimprovmwnts ever since taking over. The food is better, service is better. Great little lunch buffet with a salad bar that is better than you would expect for a pizza place.

Our pizzas were amazing and toppings distributed perfectly (which is important to have the perfect bite everytime). The young lady who checked us out was great!!!

Love the buffet walk in tell him what kind of pizza you want and they will cook it for you within 7 minutes. I tell him buffalo chicken no veggies and those guys kill it every time also get a stamp card you'll get a free buffet don't waste money

Pizza was overcooked, bone dry of any sauce whatsoever and had to be torn at the teeth like it was unleavened communion bread. It was basically cheese bread with a few sparse toppings scattered about. The outer edge pieces were almost all just uncovered crust. SEE ATTACHED PIC OF DRY AF PIZZA. No one liked it because it was HORRIBLE and an entire half an hour late for delivery. It arrived at 10pm, they close at 10pm and the next day I called the guy on the phone said "You should have called last night." OMFG are you special ed? Said their oven is having temp control issues. Offered 50% off next order. Ok, I guess I'm paying for your oven problems then. GTFO. Absolutely never ordering from this location ever again.

Didn't have good experience ordered my pizza and as i was leaving the store i slid on a loose tile and hit my leg and knee my leg is bruised and they told me there was nothing they could do for me.

The manager was very rude and told me that I had to leave the store because I put my head down on the table to close my eyes while I was waiting for my friend finish eating. I could not believe how rude that manager was to me as a paying customer. If you want to be treated like garbage go here.
