I had a good experience purchasing a new truck at this location. The Salesman, Finance Manager, and Sales Manager were all helpful. I typically hate the car buying process but walked away from this one feeling that I received a very fair deal, was treated ethically and was not pushed into things that I did not want. I will definitely return when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

From the time I brought it in, the fantastic customer service I received from Derrick from the Service department was phenomenal. He was professional and has really taken care if me and my car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.

we have bought several vehicles from this dealership with little to no problems. but back in late 2015 we bought a 15 200 from them and the process took all day. and the paperwork changed from one nite to the next and after demanding my jeep back I was informed that it was at auction in Nashville but I had not signed any paperwork yet the deal had not gone through and it took them 3 days to get it back and me demanding my jeep back that a Mr.Lopez got involved and got us a better rate and lower payment. if it had not been for him we would not have bought the vehicle

Terrible service department. Told them about an issue with my truck at least 3 different times when it was in for an oil change. They didn't bother to look at it. Finally they said I had to make a separate appointment, then another when the parts arrived (which they never did). Truck is now out of warranty and still broken. Good going. I don't have time to dick around waiting for hours while they don't do anything that I need (3hrs one time for an oil change and software flash!!). I've bought 2 trucks through them but won't buy anything else. I'm done.

Staff was friendly but did not do what I asked them. Asked for oil change with multi-point inspection; I needed to know rotor and brake pad conditions, I specifically mentioned this. After work complete I asked for inspection report and he gentleman stated "oh, we forgot about that". When I got into my vehicle, noticed they did not change my oil change mileage sticker on the windshield.

Two months ago, oil change/tire rotation on my daughter's Jeep. Got Jeep home and discovered lug nuts on one wheel were only finger tight. Very dangerous condition, we alerted the service department and we never heard back, very disappointed....placed my daughter at great risk.

Friendly folks but a lack of attention to detail and safety. Probably a management/training deficiency, perhaps a problem with moral. Will likely start taking my car to Winchester, TN for services in the future.....what a shame.

Overall great experience with the service department. My touch screen radio went bad under warranty and they fixed it with no issues. They even hand washed my car and did a courtesy inspection free of charge. Hannah was my service provider and she was very helpful.

This is my second time at Landers and what an experience it was!! Bubba was my sales consultant and he gave me exactly what I wanted. I went in looking for a fast, luxury car and ended up with a Dodge Charger. I never felt pressured into getting into something I couldn't afford or anything that didn't fit my criteria. We made an appointment to return to look at two final cars. He had called me the day before to see if had any questions prior to coming back in. During the buying process, he gave me great advice and made us feel like family. I ended up with a great deal! Thank you to everyone that helped me get my new car!

Scheduled the day before for a test drive to come in the following morning. Upon arrival, The salesperson I was supposed to me had an injury and I had to text to see of whom else I could meet. I got there at the time we scheduled and they was already selling the car that was supposed to be reserved for me to test drive which was very Misleading. Although the environment was fine, I was very disappointed in how things were handled. I wish I wouldn t have wasted my time and went with my first mind getting a car elsewhere.

Do not EVER TRUST THIS BUSINESS TO REPLACE ANYTHING ON YOUR VEHICLE!!! They will tell you that they replaced parts and if you check you will find the same old part on your vehicle. This is sad. It used to be that you could take your vehicle to you dealership that you bought it from to have it serviced and trust that it would be done right not the case anymore!!!!

Only because I can't give 0 stars. Worst service department ever. I only came back since a dealership has to perform recall work. Immediately following the recall work, many electrical systems on my vehicle do not function properly. I guess it is better than my last experience with them where they kept my vehicle for a week, didn't work on it, then said it wasn't there. I had to have a wrecker service come and move Landers' cars out of the way (because they refused to move them) and tow my vehicle to Athens, AL.

I scheduled a service with a lady on the phone and she told me that 1-hour of diagnostic would be free, and anything over that allotted time I d be called to be informed.
Ryan in the service department told me he d call me to update me as soon as the vehicle would be ready since their service is closed on Sunday s and I dropped it off Friday morning for a pickup on Saturday.
I called twice and left a message for a return call late on Saturday and never received a call back. I had a friend take me up there since they don t offer loaner vehicles at all.... and Ryan was in the service area having a personal phone call telling someone to stop calling him. They told me how much I owed and I asked was that after the free diagnostic hour since my car is still under warranty and they told me they don t do free diagnostics as of October 1st.
It wasn t my fault they misinformed me upon scheduling. The service manager and Ryan both had major attitudes about the situation and finally gave me half off - that s not good enough being that I was told one hour is free and they only spend 30 minutes on the car but kept it for almost 48 hours and didn t even call me to tell me it was ready.
Since this is how they treat members of Rocket City Wranglers, I ll be informing my group of this situation and will never give this location business again. Do yourself a favor and go to the Athens location from now on.

The Huntsville location has the WORST customer service out of any Jeep location I ve been to and they are not willing to work with you on anything.

The sale went so smoothly-upfront and honest the entire process. So it was an easy decision to go back today and drive off the lot in my 2016 Dodge Charger. i would like to thank Frank Williams, Ms. Belinda, Jodie Klie, Barney Lopez, Kristina Certain and Will Payne for all of their hard work, dedication to their customers and most of all their patience with me-They all showed what true customer satisfaction is about!

Sales department was par, no problems. Service department really needs an overhaul. Don't expect customer service here in the vehicle service department. Took vehicle in for recall work, arrived 30 mins before opening. 1.5 hours later they finally found someone who could shuttle me to work... and a non working coffee pot. Also had them check turn signal issue. No issue was found, pulled onto the highway and first signal to turn my ECU warned signal bulb was burned out. NOT going to wait another 2 hours to change a 30 second bulb.

Once I got served, the gentlemen was really nice and I waited. For an oil change and tire rotation, it was 2.5 hours. The Jeep wave program claims VIP service, but I am not sure that I d call 2.5 hours for oil and rotation as VIP. Again, the staff was nice, but no sense of urgency and or did it seem to matter at all that I made an appointment.

Had a less than pleasant experience with my purchase. The dealership installed an after-market towing package when the factory package is what was agreed upon. The dealer ended up making things right, but now I'm using their service department, which is abysmal. Customer service is absolutely terrible. I dropped my Jeep off on Thursday afternoon for a 7:30 am appointment on Friday. No one ever called to give me a status update. Called a couple of times on Friday and got the run around. On Saturday, I called several times and was told someone would call me back. It took 4 separate calls and asking for the manager to finally find out the status of my Jeep. I've had 2 great personal experiences with this place! We went to trade-in our vehicle to get me back in a Wrangler again and Ashly Salazar helped coordinate to find me exactly what I wanted back in early March - a GREAT deal on a 2018 JK!

Today I took my Jeep in to get tires put on that I'd purchased elsewhere and Derek Smith made sure we got my original tires back, that my new tires were mounted & balanced perfectly for a standard fee, and that I received an oil change for no charge as part of the Jeep Wave program.

Everyone on staff is friendly and has always made us feel comfortable here. I absolutely recommend going through this dealership for anything you need: trade-in, purchase, service, etc.!

I made a phone call on a Wednesday night and talked to TIm Wilson. I asked about trade-ins and Employee Discount. He gave me all the information I needed that got me to the store. When I arrived Tim met me at the door and showed me to Damon Bellmon. Damon took his time with me and showed me all the models I wanted to see and when I got in my 200 I new what I was getting. We went over the numbers of what they would give for my trade in and what my payments would be. So I went home to talk it out with the wife and made a call the next afternoon to tell him we were on our way. When we arrived back at the store I was greeted by Damon. He had my 200 washed, gassed, and sitting up front looking sharp. We started the paper work. With Damon having another customer buying a car Mario Hall gave Damon a hand with the paper work done so I didn't have to wait. During the short wait they made sure if I need something to drink I had it. There was also a very friendly receptionist but I don't recall her name. The individual that went over all my paperwork and I signed the Contract with I don't remember his name either but he was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Soon as all the paperwork was done I got my keys and me and my wife drove off the lot in our new 2014 Chrysler 200. My experience with Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Dealer was OUTSTANDING. Everything you could ask for in a dealer they have. I will be buying my next car from them.

I came in with my 2015 ram 1500 ecodiesel. I had alot of issues go iij ng on with the ecodiesel and they worked on it multiple times with no avail. When they finally got it fixed, it got hit while they were testing it out. They called me and I formed me about the accident. I showed up and saw the damage and was not happy. I then asked about trade in value. They gave me full trade in value for the truck even though the ecodiesel had been having issues and worked with me on the price of a new truck to replace the ecodiesel and for the payment I wanted. Frank William's hooked me up with a very good deal.

As far as making a major purchase here, I feel like these guys are wonderful. I've bought 3 vehicles from here now, and they've always worked hard to meet me halfway and get me the best deal they can. As far as the maintenance shop side goes, I haven't had any bad work done, but there typically seems to be some reason they can't finish what I need to have done within the original time frame given.

David was very detailed in showing my husband all of the features included and set up some features for him. The people at the service area are nice and very helpful. My biggest concern is the mechanics. They have broken the air filter housing on one of my vans. They don't check or refill the fluids or check anything. This last time, they didn't put a new air filter in my car and left it all open. I never received a ride back to the shop after waiting over an hour. I had to walk back to the shop because of it.

I took my 2013 Dodge Journey in on 10-8-2014 because when the car is in drive but stopped you could hear a loud squeaking sound. When I arrived a lady named Heather took my name and number and asked for the reason I was there, I explained and she agreed that she also heard the noise. I arrived at 8:50am for a 9am appointment. After waiting until 10:50am a gentleman comes to me and says my car is finished and the person who checked my car did not hear the noise, also stated that the guy drove my car all over and still no sound. He advised for me to just bring it back if it made the noise again. I was leaving upset because I live in Hollywood Alabama. I got in my car and started it, put it in drive and the noise was still present at that time. I see Heather in the lot and I ask her where I need to leave a review. She knew I was not satisfied and asked what happened and I explained. She took my car back to the garage to be looked at again. In the mean time I go back to the waiting room where Jennifer Smith was working and as the Customer Relations Manager I expressed my upsetting experience. I told her what the guy said that returned my car and explained how when I got back in my car the noise was still present. I also advised Jennifer that whoever was checking my car used a significant amount of my gas while checking for the sound. She advised me that she would take care of it. She introduced me to Ryan and Matt two managers. I walked out front where my car was running with Matt in the driver seat and the car running and the noise was present then. They took my car back to the garage again and explained that the water pump needed replaced and that it wouldn't be ready until 10-9 or 10-10 but that they would give me a rental car even though they normally don't do that but because I live so far away they would help me. My overall experience has been horrible.

I called Landers at 10 am to check on any progress made with my Journey. A gentleman named Damon told me that the gasket for the water pump they had to replace on my car was not in stock but was ordered and would be there any minute. He also told me that if any problems occurred he would call me and let me know. I then wait all afternoon and no call from them. I call Landers back at 3:14 pm and Ryan (Manager that helped me yesterday) answered and told me that the gasket still had not arrived as of yet and unless it did arrive in the next 20 minutes or so my car wouldn't be ready until tomorrow, 10-10. He also expressed that he didn't understand why I had not received a phone call from them letting me know the status of my car. Ryan told me that he would check with his parts dept and see where things stood and that he would call me back in just a few. Almost 30 minutes later I received a phone call saying the gasket did arrive but arrived late and that my car was in the process of being worked on and that I wouldn't be able to pick it up until tomorrow for sure. This whole experience has just been unsatisfying to me because it seems as if the three managers I have dealt with have tried their best to help me with the situation and to keep me satisfied, if only some of their coworkers from other departments shared their work ethic it would be a much happier experience. Not impressed by some that are employed there.

And what I really don't understand about the whole situation is why was the first guy going to just let me leave? Why did it take getting 3 managers involved to discover that my water pump needed replaced?!?!

After repairs they were to have created another price then we agreed upon.I had to escalate this issue to the area manager before we were able to get the original pricing. Bubba is the best! Go see him! I can't say enough good things about LMDCJR sales staff - and especially Bubba. I showed up after work on a rainy day when all sales staff were already tied up. Each salesperson who had a moment between appointments helped me until Bubba was available. I'm one of those who might not know what I want...but I know what I don't want. He worked with me until after closing time. Bubba was not only able to suggest the car that fit my "process of elimination" want, but got it to fit within my "don't want to spend more than this" want. He made a very difficult customer very happy. He also connected my phone to the car before I left then called to follow up on my happiness a couple of days later. I will recommend Bubba and LMDCJR to anyone thinking about another vehicle.

We came in the afternoon for an oil change and then drove over for a look at new Fiat's. We were delightfully greeted by David Carmack. We give David a 5 star for all his help in our purchase of a 2018 Fiat 500X, and a great trade in price for our 2013 Fiat 500. When I thought we would not be able to trade, he went over and beyond working as a team with the sales manager to give us a price that was in our price range. David was courteous, and helped us learn how to use all the new features inside the car. The whole experience of buying with David made us feel very comfortable. Everyone involved in our buying experience was very professional and caring. We sure are enjoying our new Fiat.

I would say this is the worst place to buy a car. Had a warrant issue with a new Jeep for two months. Every time we tried to take the Jeep to get fixed, they claimed they couldn t. Then when we tried the last time they said the fix for the Jeep was over and couldn t get it fixed anymore. The worst customer service I have seen yet.

And then they refused to deal with me to correct this situation !!!!! I am out 200.00 for travel and a hotel. DON'T MAKE THIS MISTAKE

My Service advisor was unprofessional and lied to me about the cost of a part. It started with him calling me after I dropped the vehicle off. He stated he was just doing a courtesy call to check on the prior service. I had to advise him my vehicle is still in the shop. He then called back and told me I need an air filter, a common practice at most service departments. I asked how much since I haven t had one and I didn t feel like going to buy one and he advised it would be $40. When I picked up the vehicle the actual charge was $58 and he marked that I requested that, which I didn t as it was he that recommended it. Then the cashier sat in his chair for 5 mins as I waited at the desk while he did nothing.

Great place to get a car. I called the car dealer looking for some people that I had did business with when I brought my last car. I could not find them but Reggie Turner convinced me to come down to the car lot after a couple of phone calls. When I arrived I was greeted by THE ELIMINATOR (Freddy Miles), Jeff Burt, and Heather Hamick. I wasn't going to do it at first because I told them that my past car was one of the best cars that I ever had and that the people that helped me was so good to me for the price and payments. All of these guys stated that they will treat me the same way. Heather Hamick helped me pick out a few car and at first I was looking to get approved for a used car but found out that I had a better deal getting a new car. So we proceeded with trying to get a new car and I was approved. We worked out some numbers and Heather with getting the documents that I needed and Nathan Dill (so serious man) finished with secured documents and he got me a great rate too. I drove off the lot in my new car and a big smile on my face. Reggie, Jeff, Freddy, Heather, and Nathan gave outstanding service. Yall keep it up there will be a lot of people coming your way. My experience with the service department was not so good today. I presented a coupon for an A/C check and diagnosis for $19.95. This coupon was found on Lander Mclarty website. I was basically told that the $20 was a visual check and I would have to pay 80 something dollars for a real A/C check. My husband and I was not too happy about the false advertisement and how the service guys did not know what the coupon truly covered. So they told me what they thought because a real A/C check would cost much more. Very disappointed in the service department especially since they are our primary dealership.

Make this your first stop when car shopping! I had a great experience car shopping here. Their prices are always below market value! A quick search of their vehicles on carguru will show you that. The sales associates I met were all very friendly, most notably Julie Gallows , and the manager's son I spoke with was also very kind. Everyone was very relaxed and not pushy at all. Their inventory is really big and varied. They have just about any type of car you'd want.

I had a very painless car buying experience at this dealership. I am generally anti-new car, but with the pricing I got it just made sense. Very low pressure sales, and not a lot of back and forth. They quoted a price, I countered, and within 5 minutes of my counter we had an agreement on my terms. I ended up with a brand new car 2k above the no-haggle price quoted for a used model (45k miles) of the same vehicle at a competing dealership.
