The sales person was nice however it took forever for someone to go over financing paperwork with us. we drove almost 2 hrs to check out the van so to be kept waiting to do paperwork was frustrating. the guy was sitting in his office looking to be doing nothing so we don't know why we weren't waited on. also be sure you have the vehicle you want to buy checked by a mechanic before you buy or make the sale conditional on having it checked out. We asked why the van shook when we breaked and were told it was the ABS. We trusted them. It's actually the rotors. So now we are needing to repair them yourself. The van we bought had just been brought to the dealer and they obviously didn't have it checked out thoroughly enough before listing it for sale. I also noted that the tires weren't very good and they said they were. Well it's been a yr and the tires are shot. No tread left and they have dry rot. I have been told by Goodyear that they are 5 yrs old. That means these are the original tires!! The vehicle had 45000 miles on it so those tires should have been changed before selling .
