Just popped in for an oil change. An hour and a half later I saw my car on the ready line. Had to ask if mine was ready. The guy said, what's your name again? I told him and he said oh yeah. Good to go. It used to be quick and easy. Getting less that way with each visit.

I took my 2016 Dodge Charger in today for a oil change and tire rotation. After sitting in there 2 hours an employee came in and told me my car was finished. I then approached the counter to pay for my tire rotation. The representative stated that my tire rotation was not done due to them not finding my rim key. As a business, how hard could it be to walk into the waiting area and ask a simple question like *Do you have a rim key???? Then, what was really unprofessional is the fact that they have the keys at this location. I could have just given them mine or I could have purchased one. Either way would have only taken a few minutes to do. I asked for the manager who sent me to another employee. That employee sent me back to the manager who refused to give me the information for the supervisor over him. At this point I just can't believe how unapologetic the employees were. This experience should receive 0 stars. I believe the managers name was Edward and I will never return to this location!

I was really impressed with the customer service and professionalism of salesman Martin "Bubba" Cook with our new used vehicle purchase on 3/30/2019. Bubba's friendly and laid back, no pressure sales attitude was strong reason in buying from Landers McLarty. We initially started looking at a Used Honda Accord for our teenage son, test drove that car and was feeling pretty good toward making an offer. My son saw another vehicle on display and we started to look at that vehicle (Ford Fusion). Bubba was very patience with us changing plans, getting both cars opened, printing carfax reports and test driving with us. Bubba was respectful and engaging with my wife, my son and I.
I really appreciated that he gave us no pressure sales space to get the car that matched our budget and listened without trying to push a certain car. During the business side of the deal , He was upfront with the dealers offer and us counter-offering (several times), the preowned sales manager (Rob Dunn) worked us a great deal based on our budget $$ - Landers McLarty sales team was motivated to sell and we were motivated to buy. In 3hrs I was driving away in a super nice car (Ford Fusion) at the price point we wanted to pay. Please check-out Bubba Cook and tell him you read Ace's Merriweather's customer survey and you want him to be your sales person.

I leased a 2019 Ram Bighorn in Nov. 2018. from Landers Mclarty since November there has already been 3 recalls on the truck. Have had truck back to them 3 different times for appx. 9 different issues, some of the trips back to Landers Mclarty were for the same issues. Still having problems with the transmission slipping, touch screen going out for 30-45 min. at a time, when this happens the radio doesn't work, air conditioner doesn't work, front power windows don't work, front power locks don't work . also had very loud road noise from passenger rear door, they did several different things before it was fixed including new weatherstrip, adjusting top and bottom of door and replacing the door its self (all this on a new truck). Gas door would just pop open by itself (they said when they fixed the touch screen the first time it also fixed the gas door problem,( gas door was supposedly tied in to the touch screens electrical service) the gas door is NOT electrical, it is manual, door still opens on its own sometimes. when i got the truck home tried to hook up a small trailer, could not get it plugged in because someone had broken the male pins from a trailer plug off in the female connector on the truck, again suppose to be a new truck. also had very loud noise from under the hood just thought that was normal put up with it until march 2019 carried truck back to them, i was told that Chrysler failed to put coolant in reservoir for the cooling fan from the factory, again supposed to be a new truck. also went with the V6 engine for the gas millage , the Hemi i had in 2016 got appx. 19 mpg city and appx 21 hwy. the V6 is getting sometimes as low as 14.9 city and 16.7 hwy.(they said the millage was bad because of the fan running on high, which was supposed to be fixed when the coolant was filled) I went through all the necessary paper work to get a arbitration hearing, was told none of the issues i had was a safety issue and the truck had always gotten me to my destination and back home so they denied my clam for lemon law. was told by the sales manager to bring the truck back to do an early by back on lease and lease another truck, told him the issues i was having, told him i had only had the truck for 7 or 8 mo. ended up being only 6 mo. made the trip to Huntsville worked with them for 3-4 hours then was told i could NOT lease another truck because of the negative equity, the negative equity was because i was having to turn the truck in because of all the problems i was having. spoke to the general manager last week he said he would see what he could do.went back to Landers Mclarty last week sat in the dealership for over 3 hours until i finely got to see him only to be told there was NOTHING he could do in a meeting that lasted appx. 8 min. again after i sat there for over 3 hours. i leased a truck from them in 2016, everything was fine, i was expecting the same thing this time but this has only been a nightmare.I am a very unhappy customer that has no confidence in the truck i have and no confidence in Landers Mclarty . i feel they are not taking responsibly for the vehicle i leased.

My Jeep has been in there for a month and from the first day it was there, they tell me Monday or Tuesday and my only problem with my Jeep was the transmission and it took 3 1/2 weeks to get the part then I talked to the manager and he said the parts was there and should be ready Tuesday the 3rd now its the 4th and it's not done an I was informed that it'll be later this week and mind you it's been in there a month with everything covered under warranty 10/10 don't recommend

Starting my review. 10/23/2015 8:00 am I just left a message with the coordinator for 2014 dodge ram recalls. (I have 3)
I will continue review when my phone call is returned and provide information for services to be provided and vehicle replacement options during the repair of my vehicle.

(Update) spoke with coordinator 10/23/2015 11:00 am found out I have (4) open recalls, scheduled an appointment to have them all repaired Nov. 9th. said they will give me ride home and repair during the evening hours.

After delivery the RAM was serviced over night addressing 4 recalls. all of them were successfully repaired. I picked up the RAM the next day. so let me upgrade my rating. Good job folks.

Great deals and great service. The sales people are friendly and helpful. They basically let you browse at your pace but are there to answer questions when you have them. Good selection of the cars I was looking at. Also had a pretty good selection of used.

Smitty, Smitty, Smitty!!! I am beyond pleased with my Jeep buying experienced. Smitty was patient and diligent with helping me find what suited my family and price range the best. His co-worker Chris was also very accommodating and hard working. Together they catered to our requests and researched SEVERAL different available Jeep options so that we could walk out knowing we made the best decision for us and our family. They also took our trade-in without any hassle or owing anything on the loan. Outstanding Customer Service!!! I visited Smitty often over a 3 week time span and he showed me everything I asked to see plus options that he thought I might be interested in. As it turned out, I left with something I originally did not think was an option, was practically brand-new, and something I am EXTREMLY proud of!! I will be back to see Smitty and Chris just because they were so wonderful to work with. Superior Job Guys!!! Thanks for all your effort and hard work!

Excellent experience all around. The service department is highly efficient with drop off, service and pickup. Marc was a huge help in diagnosing our Jeep s acceleration issue. He advised us on the type of repair to make and didn t try to give us anything we didn t need. He and the rest of the service team were very professional and dedicated to ensuring I left happy.

Update (5/15/19): This dealership did not disappoint. I had to have a recalled part replaced on our Pacifica and I was treated with true customer service from point to point. Derek and Hannah made the process so smooth and made me fell like I was the only customer in that day. This team's efficiency is top notch. Also, Dave the shuttle driver was excellent. A very kind and courteous person who got me to and from the dealership with minimum time missed from work. If you need work done on your vehicle, this is the dealership to trust.

I was really interested in a truck that Landers McLarty DCJR had for sale. It was a 2004 Ram 2500. I spoke with a sales person Shannon and she told me the truck was having some maintenance performed and that she would send me more pictures of the truck as soon as it was done and get me accurate pricing to which I said ok. After waiting a week with no reply I called and asked to speak to a sales manager and he told me that the truck has been sold after I called. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I was given. Not only that but I was also called by a customer service rep and asked when I could come and test drive the truck that was already sold out from under me. If this is the quality of service I would have to look forward to then I consider myself fortunate to say the least to not have had to deal with your dealership. Thank you.

Poor customer service lack of communication. Going on week number 3 that they have had my car.. after lack of communication on week one I was put into a gas guzzling jeep that is costing me way more money then I would spend with my 200c limited. Smh. Took the jeep back was told there were no more rentals.. the next day the jeep broke down and I was stranded for over an hour waiting just to be put in another jeep..But I'm sure they expect full payment for my car when ever it gets finished.

I recommend the Service Department at this Dealership for Full-size Dodge/Ram Vans. My 2000 Pleasure-Way RV is built on a Dodge Ram 3500 platform. For several months I had experienced a problem with the starter battery discharging every few days. I replaced the battery twice and had the charging system checked thoroughly, but nothing seemed to help. I put an ammeter in the battery circuit and discovered a parasitic 300ma draw that defied my home-mechanic ability to diagnose. The RV Manufacturer recommended that I take the vehicle to a local Dodge dealer, preferably one whose Service Department worked on heavy-duty Dodge-Ram vehicles. I chose Landers McLarty Dodge.

My service advisor, Ryan Anderson understood the problem and shepherded my RV through the diagnosis and repair process. He also recommended some well-needed maintenance Items. It took several days to diagnose the electrical fault -- a bad wire to the vanity light in the cab. Ryan kept me informed all the way.

My RV is now repaired and I couldn't be happier. Thanks, guys!

My car wouldn't start. I had battery checked and it was OK. Towed car into LM. I told them was likely starter, solenoid, or switch. They kept the car over a week and could not diagnose the problem. Next time it wouldn't start, I had it towed back to LM and they replaced battery and cable terminals (which made them almost too short), citing corrosion. The cost was over $400 and they would not refund the $11 core charge for the battery. Drove it home, next morning, wouldn't start. Towed it back to LM. They allowed me to get a rebuilt starter and they would install. They told me old starter was bad and new one was "dead out of the box". Service manager (Kevin) was reluctant to come out to discuss it with us, but when he finally did, he and a junior tech showed me how they tested the starters. They were doing it incorrectly. Both were good. I took the car back home. Kevin told me it would be "more convenient for me" if I took the car to someone in my area (Scottsboro). I did. They fixed the car in half an hour at a cost of $40.

Got a great deal on a 2018 Jeep Compass after trade-in, and Smitty helped us out a ton in order to get exactly what we wanted. Having purchased a few cars and trucks over my time from different dealerships wherever my career has taken me, Robert Sawyer and the sales team at Landers has been a pleasure to work with. They will not waste your time trying to sell you something you are not looking for, they have a great ability to locate what you are looking for, and always treat you with respect. Although the Service department has some challenges the sales team is spot on! If you need a new vehicle, I highly recommend you contact Robert Sawyer and let the team at Landers handle the purchase. So I was in the search for a good
RAM service center for my truck I just bought. I called to try to work out getting my truck in to have this recall fixed, no problem. After someone finally picking up the phone in the service are ( it took 3 minutes) I had the chance to speak with a very rude woman. I explained clearly what I needed and asked about the transportation when I dropped off my vehicle to work. Found out you get dropped off but no courtesy ride back, ok fair enough even though other dealerships do that I can understand. I asked about Saturdays and was told that recalls don't get worked on those days. She was very short and very unfriendly and didn't explain much at all. At the end I was told the only time they had was in Sept 11th so I better make an appointment for then. I told her I wouldn't and would not be back. She was a very rude woman and I don't believe she realized that they and she provide a service to paying customers and to get customers and keep them they might want to be a bit nicer. So now a take my truck to Athens because they were very nice and explained the reason everyone was busy and still set up a time very soon for me to get in and have the recall done. So in a nut shell I found a very nice Ram service center and it won't be Landers Mclarty dodge. Maybe they Landers dodge needs to take notes from Landers Nissan.

We decided to finally make the jump to buy a van for a camper conversion. Shannon Kay Rascoe approached us while we looked at vans. She was very open and enthusiastic and helped us pick the best vehicle for our needs. Social distancing was enforced and masks were worn. Buying a vehicle is a process that takes several hours. The buying process was pleasant with a friendly sales associate like Shannon Rascoe. If we decide to buy an additional vehicle I would definitely request her again!

My husband and I are very pleased with our purchase at Landers McLarty Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram. My husband has been searching for the right deal on a truck for the past three months. We have driven as far as Murfreesboro TN to price a GMC Sierra - Denali. He had his mind set on getting a Chevy. However, once we met Cameron R at LM Dodge, my husband was so impressed with his customer service that we left with the deal of a lifetime on a Dodge Ram Hemi 5.7 engine full of amenities.

The dealership had the exact truck that I've been looking to find for months. Easy, no pressure, sales staff. From sales associate, through sales manager, to finance manager were all a pleasure to deal with. They provided me with a good price for their truck, and for my trade, right up front. No hours of haggling needed. They even worked to get me a fantastic rate from my preferred lender. This is my family's second truck purchase from this dealership. Treating your customers like family is the reason they will be my first stop from now on. Even though I live five hours away, it's worth the drive.

I highly recommend this dealership! I chose to walk in this dealership because of their warming and welcoming customer service. They take care of you like family!!! I was always told to not purchase a car by myself because I am a young woman. But I am so fortunate that I can trust everyone at this Frank Williams dealership to give me the best deal and nicest vehicle.

My saleswoman Shannon Kay knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted!!! She asked me what I was looking for and what all did I want in it. I let her know some general things and she went right out and exceeded my expectations. She s by far one of the friendliest ladies I ve met!!! This is the 3rd car we have bought from Landers Mclarty so far. They are really nice and have your best interest in mind. Shaft Muhammad was our salesman and he is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and will fight to get you the best price possible. I highly recommended him.

Unfortunately I bought oil changes from Landers McLarty when I leased my truck. This time they kept my truck despite me not owing them any money and then amazingly my air suspension is now not working correctly. The leadership of Landers McLarty is terrible. One of the guys that was actually helpful got fired for not selling enough services (even if they werent needed). They owe me money for selling me something I did not need. I only leased my truck for 38 months and they sold me 6 additional oil changes (on top of the 4 that came with the truck that I did not know about and the oil change timing is every 10,000 miles). I would suggest that no one buy a service plan from Landers McLarty.

The customer service from Nicole and Rob was far beyond excellent. Nicole was very friendly and professional. Rob Dunn went above and beyond to help us purchase the vehicle that we wanted at a price that fit our budget. He made sure we walked away happy and graciously made sure to meet all of our requests. As a customer, I cannot express enough how stressful it is to make such a large purchase but they made it easy and stress-free. So later I inquired about trading in my car to see how much I would get for my trade towards the Jeep. The salesperson was rude and said I was wasting his time. Hatefully!

I have purchased a lot of vehicles in my time and have to say that purchasing a vehicle at Landers has changed the way I grade car buying. Their service was outstanding, from the Salesman Hank, to the financial department, to the General Business Manager they all made the experience painless. One thing that is very important to me is my time and this team far exceeded my expectation.

Brought my Ram in because of an ongoing light issue and the person told me all three of my trailers were wired wrong and told me its not the truck. Never offered to set up a time for a tech to look at it. They can sell you a 50k truck but obviously dont care when there's a problem. I changed my review due to Matt the service manager returning my call immediately to apologize for the issue and to offer and work me right in for service. Some people have a bad day but I can appreciate their management acting and trying to take care of the customer. He even said the sign reads Service and it should not be just a place which is true.

This Facebook deal there having is a scam. I've been looking for a truck for a few months so I know what trucks were price at $26,000 and lower. I get on there sight now and there all marked up $4,000 or more from what they were listed at yesterday. So now when you get up there it makes you feel like your getting a good deal. I was looking at one for 17000 and now it for 21000. thought I might get a great deal but its just a SCAM!!!!

They posterized what car buying experience should be. Blew away the other Subaru dealers in the state! Treated kids and family with respect during closing - Incredible customer service and worked with best interest of dealer AND buyer in mind. Go see Kevin Sawyer!
Got over 4k off MSRP ($2k under invoice price) 1.9% financing and 0 down on a NEW 2019 Subaru in February!
It s worth the drive if you are not in Huntsville! We will be back again.

Got no answer from Service Department after holding for approximately 16.5 minutes. Operator kept transferring me back there after I told her I was not getting an answer. No one called me when my car was finished is the reason I had to keep calling to no avail. Know you people are busy, but my time is valuable as well.

The techs are absolutely GARBAGE and the managers do not care about their work ethic or production, you will have to take your vehicle back and back again for the same problem...DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT take your vehicle here, even if you think, it s just a simple fix, they can handle it...NO, NO they cannot, go to Champion or the Dodge Jeep Place in Fayetteville, TN.

When we bought our car, we were told it required synthetic oil (it doesn't) and based on that misinformation we purchased an oil change plan through the dealership. I regret this decision because I dread going to this dealership. In addition to our regular oil changes, for which they don't take appointments, I have had to bring my vehicle in twice for recall appointments. While the service staff are generally friendly, there seems to be no coordination between them whatsoever. I will be directed to pull my vehicle in and then not acknowledged, even after stepping out of the car or up to a desk. On my most recent visit today, I had called to confirm I would have a rental for the service, but was still not surprised to find there wasn't one when I arrived this morning (with my toddler and infant in tow). While waiting for them to arrange for a rental from another dealership, I listened to one of the service people ask about getting a waiting patron's car washed multiple times without response. Having also had service done at Woody Anderson Ford right around the corner, I know that it is possible for a dealership to provide excellent service, but this place doesn't have it.
