My wife and I visited Lake norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge on two occasions and finally made a purchase a second time. Shane was great and not pushy at all. I felt like he wasn't forceful trying to sell me a car. He was there to answer my questions and help me buy the car that we wanted. All n all a good experience with great perks.
