Randy Lorelike is a good man. I met him a couple weeks ago in the showroom when I was getting me PT Cruiser serviced. We spoke about the the issues I was having with my car and nothing more. I asked him for his card (just in case) because my PT Cruiser had rolled 100,000 miles and I was getting worried with problems I was having. Well, I ended back in the service dept. with my PT Cruiser and it wasn't good. After hanging out a couple hours waiting to see what my car decided to do, I thought of the nice man I spoke with couple weeks before and decided to ask if he was there and he was! Explained my situation and told him I just wanted to start over and get a new vehicle. He and the team at Lake Norman worked hard to help me and stay within my needs. I did purchase a 2013 Dodge Avenger SE and am very happy with my decision!
