Lake Norman Chrysler had a Vehicle that we wanted at a Great price, the only problem was when we needed help with Extended Warranty I had to call several times to get a phone call back but when Brandon (Director of Service Dept) found out he called back and resolved everything and that is another reason I give Five Stars.
