Dealership sales and service seemed to be well run organizations. I purchased a Jeep JL from and traded a vehicle to them. The price they sold me the JL was in line what was available looking online across the south and they paid me about $1500 less then what I would have expected to receive if I had gone to the effort to sell my trade myself. This was worth them handling it and savings on NC sales tax you receive on a trade. There was typical dealership profit drivers from finance department, but I would not expect less and is typical for a new car dealership. The service department has been professional to deal with for long term maintenance under the Jeep Wave program and recalls. I would definitely buy from them again if I was looking for a Chrysler product.

Terrible sales people. Never return calls. Not helpful at all. Wouldn't go here ever again. When I called to complain to a manager he hung up on me. I hate all the lying sales people here.

Excellent customer service! I could not be happier with our overall experience while purchasing a jeep. We worked with Mark initially, then worked with Erik and Ken on the purchase. Tim in finance was super nice and helpful as well. We did not come in contact with one pushy person... and for me that makes a car-buying experience EXCELLENT!!! Well I still have never received a return phone call, but I have to report that I received a check from Lake Norman Jeep addressing the trade discrepancy difference. It was unexpected but they did make that part right, and I'm here to give them credit for that. Thanks to them for doing that. They also sent corrected paperwork so that could get straightened out. Overall, not the experience I wanted to have, but in the end I will give them credit for fixing their mistakes.

Original review: After ordering a jeep, they ordered the wrong options, completed the paperwork so incorrectly that the state treasurer couldn't use it, changed the dollars in the deal and when confronted said they would change the dollars back to what was agreed upon, then didn't.
I left messages numerous times. Spoke to Ken twice, who said he'd fix it and call back. He never did. Received an email saying to call Craig if I wasn't satisfied, left messages for him, never heard back.
Left numerous messages for Stephanie on trying to get the correct paperwork, she never returned my calls.
This is the kind of shady, sloppy car dealership practice that you thought went away years ago, but it hasn't at Lake Norman Jeep. I would never let my daughter or any friends or family buy or do business here.

By far the best buying experience I've had. Always had to buy from shady scam dealers but the wife saw what she wanted and it was at Lake Norman so we went just to see. Dealt with Mark and he was great. No pressure, I wasn't expecting much but he got it done. One we came to terms and I said yes, it was such a breeze. In and out process, everyone supper polite. Detailer could've done a little better but still happy with everything. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Spoke to the internet sales guys to make sure the vehicle I was coming in for was there. Got back to me quickly on a holiday weekend and so I made the 5 hour trip right after.
The car was there, though not ready for sale, as it still needed an oil change and detail.
Purchase process was easy and fast, got a fair trade in offer. The team was a little pushy trying to get me to get a loan, as I was paying cash, but once I raised my daily limit, I made the swipe and that was that.
Finance wasn't pushy about protections and warranties, but I got one anyways as it's bumper to bumper, covering a lot of small mechanical issues that could arrise.
Bought out of state and after a little issue with my residency, my plates arrived in the mail without further issue.
The sales floor itself is clean and organized, the waiting area is comfortable with a resident cat who may make an appearance. Lots of vehicles on the lot, but I didn't look too much as I was there for a Ford (shhh).
Overall I'd recommend Lake Norman to anyone in the market.

Unreal discrimination with offers. Advertised price on website changes when you sit down to negotiate. Ours went up about $4k over advertised. When asked why, we did not qualify for that price. They couldn't tell me who did qualify. I told them how they wasted my day and they suck due to B.S. fine print ads. I ended up buying my Jeep from Autonation in Johnson City, TN for thousands less.

We recently purchased a commercial vehicle for our service department from LKN Chrysler Jeep Dodge
and were impressed with the vehicle, the sales, finance and delivery of the vehicle. We have purchased from other dealers in the area and LKN got it right the first time!!! Once we selected the vehicle and the features we needed it took about an hour to get things taken care of on a commercial purchase. They even offered a loaner vehicle while the new van was being lettered and outfitted.

Purchased a 2007, Mazda 3 from Salesman, Brian Cramer. This was the first time I ever dealt with a Chrysler/Jeep dealership. Normally I hate going to a dealership due to being stalked and pressured. In this case Brian introduced himself and after a brief conversation let me walk the lot freely and would answer any questions afterwards. Brian answered every question accurately and honestly and every request for information was delivered beyond my expectations.

During a visit the following day my salesman, Brian, was occupied with another customer so another salesman temporarily stepped in and gave me 100% dedication as if he was the primary salesman.

Bottom line: The atmosphere was very casual and professional without high pressure tactics. I would have no problem recommending or purchasing from LNCJD.

My husband and I recently bought a 2015 Chrysler 200. Our salesman was Tony Williams. This was, by far, the most pleasant experience we have ever had with a car salesman and a dealership. Tony was a delight! He was upfront, honest, pleasant and we actually enjoyed the entire transaction. They gave us a much better deal than we had found at Carmax, the exact car but a better price and more on our trade-in. Very satisfied customers.

Sunday morning, we walked into Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge car dealer in Cornelius with the intention of browsing the different vehicles offered for my parents. Well, after two hours later, we walked out knowing we purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee with all the bells and whistles including motorized seats for driver and passenger. Finally, my parents can enjoy the comforts of life including heated seats, and steering wheel. Since they will share the vehicle, they can now push a button that defaults to their seat adjustment preference. The vehicle also includes all the safety features one can imagine even the task of parallel parking for you.
All of this was possible due to Russell! He possesses a positive non pressuring attitude with an overwhelming amount of knowledge and patience determining what is best for the customer. He listens to the needs and wants from the customer and finds the best affordable vehicle. His personal experience and knowledge of vehicles adds to the awesome experience! For one who claims to hate car salesman, I would not hesitate to recommend this place or person. Thank you for an awesome experience!

I never thought I would say the car buying experience would be enjoyable, but that is what I experienced at Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. First, Yehu, the salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough while detailing the Dodge Ram 1500 I was looking at. He was not pushy at all and was extremely efficient when I told him I was pressed for time. Tracy, the sales manager, really did a nice job of working with me to get what I wanted for my car as well as the sales price out the door for the truck. The check out process was quick and easy and the truck looked phenomenal when I drove it off the lot. I can't say enough about this dealership and I will be buying all my cars/trucks their in the future.

This place is HORRIBLE! They don t communicate effectively & they rush you into a car! Mark was my salesman and I wouldn t recommend doing ANY BUSINESS with him. I came in & gave a short list of things I wanted and didn t want in a car. He pretended that he heard me, and brought out a car with everything I said I didn t want! They don t take responsibility on any screw ups that are their fault! The service department is horrible too! I came in with my brand new car with an issue with the door, and everytime I left they would not fix it. I had to go to another dealership just so I can be taken seriously!

Due to my work schedule we had a unique sales process mostly handled online and over the phone. Russel was my salesman and handled this very well. Come the day to pickup my car it was clean and ready and all I had to do was paperwork! All in all I spent 30 minutes at the dealership and drove away in a brand new car!

I bought a truck here in late 2017 and have always had it serviced here. The staff has always gone over and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. On a recent visit, there was a situation where the mechanic didn t do a very good job. I sent pictures after closing that afternoon and early the next morning I received a call from service management. They completely agreed that the work quality was unacceptable. They apologized and scheduled an appointment to make it right .
Companies are made up of people, and people make mistakes. It is how those mistakes are addressed that separates a good company from a bad one.
I am very happy with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone.

After spending time over the week coming in to look at and test drive a truck, we set an appointment to come in and talk finances that weekend. Early, at 10, we even arrived early. Only to find out that another group was test driving the same truck. Not to worry though, we had already been through that and are ready to sign some papers after going over the few things we had a problem with beforehand. Nothing major, only alignment and small things. We later found out after spending an hour already filling out some papers and running credit scores, that the group that came in before us were going to be offered the vehicle first. Even though they hadn t had an appointment, hadn t talked finances and came in out of the blue to test drive it. Of course they took them up on the offer and purchased it right under our nose. The best the sales team could do was a sad sorry and a worthless explanation. We will never consider this dealership again, and recommend others to do the same. For a place that holds customer service so high in their morals, the sales team and sales management handled this terribly.

Great service. They don't keep you waiting around. They are fast and efficient and call you at each step of service.

Ken Jennings and the staff are awesome!! Ken emailed me after I submitted a few questions on the website on a different vehicle a few weeks ago. I almost bought a vehicle from another dealership but walked away last weekend. Ken just happened to email me a few days ago and I told him about my experience. We talked numbers and told him where I needed to be. After exchanging some texts- he told me he would get me where I needed it if I would come to the dealership and talk face to face with him. It was WELL worth the 60 mile drive from our house. He got me squarely on the numbers I needed- just like he said he would. That s rare for car salesman. It really was a pleasure doing business with Ken and Lake Norman CDJR. Anyone that asks about the new car- they will definitely know how great our car buying experience was. I would drive down the 60 miles to do business again and without a doubt will tell many folks about our fantastic experience. My husband and I recently purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lake Norman Chrysler and ultimately we were very pleased with our experience. We worked with Kent Davis who really took the time to listen to our wants in a vehicle, even in the freezing cold and rain! After test driving one option, Kent took us to see a Jeep that had just come to the dealership and it had everything we were looking for in a used car. Low mileage, excellent condition, and all of our must have features. The price was right so we decided to purchase. After we had looked at the Jeep, it sustained some minor body damage which was very upsetting but Kent and the rest of his team went above and beyond to repair the damage beyond our expectations and then even delivered the Jeep when it was done! Throughout the process, Kent kept us informed at every step and made sure my husband and I were happy. This was my first experience buying a car through a dealership and they made the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. They really take the time to make sure things things are done right the first time, so well worth any wait! We LOVE our Jeep and are thankful to have found a honest dealership and sales person to work with at Lake Norman Chrysler! Highly recommend!

Drove 40 minutes to look at a car on the website and they couldn't find it

Have now been waiting over 37+ days for them to mail my tag. Have left multiple messages with the title clerk & the manager. Absolutely no returned calls. Terrible service, highly dissatisfied with this dealership.

I was a first time car buyer. I had been to another well known dealership in Charlotte did not feel that they were trying to help me as opposed to taking advantage of my first time experience. Lake Norman Chrysler did. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, their sales team made sure to service my needs. Randy Lorelike showed me the vehicles that they had in inventory that fit my interest and when I decided that what I wanted wasnt in stock, he made sure that he and his sales team could get it for me. The pricing was very fair. I commend Lake Norman Chrysler for not price gouging their vehicles. I was expecting that because my vehicle happened to be a special edition. When I finally purchased the vehicle, the service options and warranty were great. Lake Norman Chrysler has took it upon themselves to ensure that your vehicle is taken care of over the course of your ownership and less cost to you. Ms. Christina in the finance department was nothing short of awesome. She too understood my first time buyer woes and was great about walking me through the process. Both she and Randy are very personable. All in All I am extremely pleased with the service I received from Lake Norman Chrysler. I came to the dealership to purchase a car seen online. It was a cash purchase. I informed the salesman that I would be back to purchase the car in few days. I was waiting on my job's bonus to post to my account. The salesman called me the day before my intended purchase day to make sure that I was coming back. I assured him that would be coming the next day with cash. I called the dealership the next morning to make sure that everything would be ready for that evening. I wanted to essentially handle over the cash, sign and drive. I was informed that the salesman sold the car the night before. Highly upset is an understatement! I will not do business with this dealership going forward. I will say that Classic Chrysler Dodge and Ram Pineville took care of me yesterday. In and out with a better car. Cash deal.

Jeff Cranahan in sales was awesome. We did the deal via email before I ever drove over to look at the vehicle (an hour drive so I wanted to make sure it was worth it). He worked with me to find the price we all could live with and that fell within my target budget. The actual purchase was quick and as painless as these things can be. I would have no qualms in recommending him or the dealership, and that s saying a good bit for me because I simply loathe the car buying process most times.

This was my first experience purchasing a used vehicle from a large, "1st class" dealership. Mark was my contact for the vehicle I had chosen. I must admit, I was rather leery about having to deal with a slick, fast talking car salesman. Mark shattered that illusion in just a couple of minutes. Prices on cars change as the sale goes on... Online prices are never what the car "really" cost. Sales people are slimy. I could never get anything in writing. Katie quotes you a price, but remember you have to qualify for that price, so if you do not qualify for the discount, you never know what your paying. The games these people play go from Kwame Jackson, the highest up down to the initial contact sales person. It's a pitiful attempt at customer service. Please don't waste your time. I can't wait for technology to come about, where we don't go into dealerships.

I recently purchased a new 2012 Jeep Compass Limited from Lake Norman Chrysler Jeep Dodge. My sales person was Brian Cramer. Brian was exceptional! I searched all Jeep Dealer websites in North and South Carolina before visiting dealers and found the best deal for my money at Lake Norman Chrysler. When I contacted the dealership they were beyond helpful and best of all I was only contacted by one sales person rather than the typical onslaught of calls and emails I receive once I show interest in a car at a dealership. Brian was very helpful and upfront with everything, helped me to get the best deal that I could, and I felt very fairly treated. I had just walked away from a deal at another dealership the day before because of the typical shenanigans that one gets at a dealership. The previous dealer (Gerry Wood in Salisbury) had promised me one price only to change it several times. They also seemed very misinformed and lacked communication skills and customer service. My experience at Lake Norman with Brian and the rest of the dealership was exactly opposite. I walked away excited about my new car and confident in the price I paid and the quality of my car. I highly recommend this dealership and Brian Cramer to anyone in the market for a new or used car!!!

We developed a problem on I-77 and easily found lake Norman Chrysler just of the exit ramp. They immediately came out to help us. We needed to leave the car with them t I've evero get fixed. They have the cleanest, most comfortable waiting area that I've ever been in. They have fixed the car and we pick it up tomorrow. Nice people.

My jeep was there for two separate weeks for the same problems which was supposed to fixed under factory warranty. Robin Robbinet the Service Department Manager can't even return a phone call to you to try to get the issue resolved. He doesn't know what customer service stands for. I won't be buying a car from them or be brining my Jeep back there for service. Very poor customer service, the service techs are very inexperienced also and not very good at trouble shooting the problem, do yourself a favor and don't buy a car or get your serviced there

These guys rescued my wife and I from a horrible car buying experience at another dealership. The other guys (Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram) wasted over 14 hours of our time with run arounds, bogus pricing, lazy sales staff, et cetera. Lake Norman to the rescue.

I exchanged a few emails with Mark Mosayebi over there and he was able to get me into exactly the vehicle I wanted with no pressure, no upselling and transparent fair pricing. Once we headed in, him and the finance team were able to get us through all the paperwork and on our way in our new Cherokee Trailhawk in under 45 minutes. It was by far the smoothest car buying experience I've ever had. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I just got first Dodge Charger RT Plus from here ... my sales person was Mark Mosayebi .Mark should get employee of the year .. it was heavy rain heavy traffic and i wanted to get car same day as it was special occassion. They had the car at other location which was 30-40 min drive. He went there at evening 7 oclock and he handed delivery of the car same day at 8 pm.thank you so much MARK for giving us delivery on special occassion. Shout out to Ray, the front-end manager at this dealership, who went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle and I were taken care of. Even when I needed a service they do not normally provide. They really made me feel a lot better about bringing my vehicle to them for any future maintenance.

Bad service. Appointment 10.30 they put the vehicle in the shop after lunch, also instead of fixing it they broke my van's back door. Very un-pleasant experience.

The staff was very kind and patient and actually took the time to sit and explain to me what was wrong with the vehicle. They helped figure out what options would work for me.

Terrible experience dealing with the so cold professionals at this establishment. I purchased a vehicle and traded in my old vehicle, they never took care of the necessary paperwork with the DMV. When I called them to get their assistance, they instructed me to go to the DMV myself and fix it. I don't recommend going there, I would've been better off buying from a private party!

I recently bought a jeep and traded in my car, they said they would take care of the dmv and getting the titled of my old car done. Worst mistake of my life it took forever to get the title taken care of and now I'm dealing with the fines from the DMV because they didn't turn in my plate. When you email or call no one answers and when you show up they act like it's an inconvenience to them! If I had known this I would have never bought my car from here! Do your research!

Best car shopping experience I've ever been through, and it's not close. Mark Mosayebi was an absolute pleasure to work with.

I wanted to make a decision the same day, but the dealership was more than an hour out of my way. Mark and I talked on the phone and he offered to have the 3 cars that fit my criteria ready for me when we showed up, and he'd give me his best price, no games.

All of this sounded too good to be true, but Mark seemed like a genuine guy, so I drove up and found it all to be completely true and more. After learning more about my preferences, Mark drove me to the off-site lot to see a car right off the delivery that he thought would be better. Further, I didn't deal with dealer tactics we've all grown tired of regarding pricing - the first price Mark gave me, was indeed an excellent price.

Just purchased a 2006 Dodge Durango for my son from Lake Norman Chrysler. Willie Brown did an outstanding job of keeping the purchasing process quick and free from any hassle. Christina in finance was amazing and easy to work with. We will NOT buy a car from this dealership. Their prices are misleading in regard to their fees. In all the years we have bought cars - over 30 new and used cars - we have NEVER paid almost $1000 in dealership fees beyond taxes and tag. They quoted us almost $1000 to clean the car, as well as their dealership fee. We have NEVER paid for a cleaning fee before, nor have we EVER paid more than $250 for the dealership fees (we have bought Fords, Dodges, Chryslers, BMWs, Mercedes, Fiats, Minis, Mazdas, to name a few of the brands from the above-mentioned dealerships of these brands)!!!!!! They are completely unwilling, also, to budge off the price. They ended up quoting us $1000 more than what is listed on the website. Such an unethical dealership!!!

Had an ok experience with them. I had purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from them Sept of 2018 and specifically told the sales team that I wanted one with a tow package. They assured me that all Grand Cherokees come pre-wired for towing capabilities. So we bought the Jeep and about 2 weeks after we bout the vehicle the fuel pump went out on it! I am in the service industry and I understand that things can happen in manufacturing. Then, after we got the vehicle back, the service tech did not put something back together correctly and there was a fuel leak and the check engine light came on. Meanwhile we still only had about 1k miles on it. At this point, we were worried for our safety so we took the vehicle back yet again for them to fix their mistake. For all of the trouble and having to take off of work, I asked them if we could get them to throw in the receiver hitch since it did not come with one. I then found out that the vehicle that we were sold was not pre-wired for trailer wiring and Jeep did not make a harness for it yet and it was expected to be released sometime in December. So the Manager Nathan told me that he would be able to help us out with the trailer wiring and receiver when it becomes available for our troubles. I went in and was ran around by the sales team and the service department and nobody wanted to take responsibility for the issues that we had and I am very disappointed in the way that we were being treated. We spend 45k dollars for the vehicle and they couldn t throw in a $265 dollar receiver and a $325 dollar wiring harness that I was told that was already on the car! They just wanted to sell me all of the equipment for about $50 dollars less than retail. So long story short, we were LIED TO and had to have the vehicle repaired TWICE in the first month of us owning it!!! We will not be doing business with them again and everyone that I know with Mopar products will be shopping elsewhere. Luckily the vehicle has not giving us any issues anymore and we are very happy with Jeep as a brand. Just not Lake Norman CDJR.

Been dealing with Tim Lewis is sales for about a month tracking the arrival date on a 2020 Dodge 3500. Staying in constant contact via email and phone calls. I had to go out of town for medical reasons. I explained to Tim what I was doing. I asked about starting paperwork on truck or pay a deposit on it just in case it came in while I was gone. He informed me not to worry the truck would be here when I got back. When he informed me while I was gone that truck had arrived I immediately set an appointment to pick up truck as soon as I arrived back in town. Had an appointment set. The evening before my appointment Tim sent me a message and informed me the truck I had an appointment set to come purchase had been sold. I Wont be dealing with Lake Norman Dodge on the purchase of a 2020 Dodge. Or any other purchases in the future.

I really like my used suburban and the sales staff was very helpful prior to purchasing the car. The next day I noticed there was a noise in the steering column when turning and trying to get this fixed has been a negative experience. Turns out there is no registered warranty even though I was told we did have the certified 30 day warranty. Also I was told that all recalls had to be addressed prior to them selling the vehicle, turns out this is not the case either. I would not take this dealership at there word.

I had bout a Jeep Grand Cherokee several months ago and enjoyed he experience so much I started (and ended) my search again with LN C/J/D. If/when I look for another vehicle in the future the first place I will be visiting without question.

My wife and I were shopping for an SUV primarily with secondary consideration for a crew cab truck. Our focus was on diesel based vehicles and the Grand Cherokee and the RAM 1500 in the Chrysler line-up were excellent options. Willie Brown was super helpful from the beginning. From his first call with me where he noted down my key criterion to patiently showing me each trim within the vehicles along with detailed options, he was pragmatic all along the way in his explanations of where a feature offered utility vs. "a nice to have". He also gave extremely practical advice around different financing options. We ended up going with the Grand Cherokee Summit with ecoDiesel and throughout the process Willie was extremely accommodating. After the purchase he sat with me to go over the entire setup of personalized features. By the time I left the dealership, the car felt so familiar to me and I felt more excited as opposed to being overwhelmed by new features. This I believe is a great feeling to experience in car buying. This being my 3rd car, I felt this was by far the best experience I have had and Willie is a great guy to work with.

Qwame and Willie worked with us to make the car of our choice meet the financing options of our choice. Qwame has an amazingly polite attitude and non of the childish intimidation tactics that some car dealership managers try to play with the "I will write a number on a piece of paper" type stuff. He is genuine, made efforts to understand our side of it and really worked with us to make a good deal happen. I got a great deal that was better than what TrueCar or any other dealer in the area was offering. Having serviced my other Jeep at this dealership for close to 6+ years and now with my new vehicle bought from them, I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership. They are an amazingly friendly bunch who are honest with their customers and try to work out a great deal for them. If there is any special recognition for employees in their organization, then I hope Willie gets it for sure for outstanding customer service.
