My service advisor, Jenna Malone is the most exemplary staff member I have ever encountered at Kuni Lexus. She is helpful, friendly, and professional and makes me feel like a valued customer.
I'm not so sure about the technician who worked on my car though. Zachary Barber left my car running while he worked on it. I can tell by the fact that my MPG went down from where it was when I brought it in - and also the fact that a loud country station was playing on the radio when I got my car back. I'm sure he left the car on to play the radio while he worked on my door handle recall. Also, the battery (on my hybrid) was at one bar - which indicates a long idling period with no actual driving. This didn't do any long term damage to the car but it shows a lack of respect for me and my car.
I did not bring this to anyone's attention because there's nothing that can be done about it after the fact.
All in all, having Jenna Malone as my service advisor outweighs everything else. And I greatly appreciate all the safety precautions the dealership put in place for the pandemic.
