My wife Kathy and I took our new Lexus RX350 with only 5000 miles on it to Kuni with an over heating problem. After further inspection, a small rock had gone through the grill and hit one of the cooling tubes in the radiator causing a pinhole leak of coolant. Michael Slattery was our service adviser and did an amazing job orchestrating our repairs at Kuni. Kelly Kennedy, the service manager and Mike Cuzzo the General Manager were involved with our repair because it required a new engine. With only 5000 miles on the car, they made sure every part was replaced with factory Lexus parts. Thank you Mike, Kelly, and Michael for making our car like brand new again. Thank you to the entire staff at Kuni for amazing customer service experience. We are customers for life.
