I have been employed with Knightvest since 2015. I feel blessed beyond measure everyday to be part of such an incredible company. I have always been respected and valued by My Regionals, Team Members and Peers.

Love the area but since March 19, 2020, I've been dealing with a raccoon in the walls of my unit!. Since then I've tried to get this taken care of through onsite management and KnightVest Management. I've called wildlife removal to take care of this unhealthy, unsafe raccoon problem but KnightVest will not answer or return calls. Onsite management will not allow outside wildlife control to take care of this issue. Its now April 15 and still dealing with this issue!

The worst living experience came from a property under this management company. Zero respect for customers and creating a space that is acceptable, affordable, reliable, and efficient to live in. If they make a mistake, prepare to be the one to pay to make up for it. Thy unapologetically have a system full of holes that continued to make me pay extra for things that "they have no control over". Stay away from any apartment complex managed by this sorry excuse for a property management company.

I work for this company for a few years now. I love the support they give their employees. I love that we have such a supportive support center. Working with my regional and asset manager gives me confidence in the decisions we make as a team for the community I manage for KV. I do my due diligence hand in my findings @ come up with a solution to get my to Property ahead in my market. I recommend KV for new employees. Their 401K is amazing as well. I love my property Terra @ Park Row.

I was doing the math and I ve moved 9 times in ten years. I just couldn t find a place that I liked from top to bottom. I moved into Madison at Bellmar about two years ago. I was happy when I moved in. Two years later I resigned by lease for a third year. Every year they subtly improve the property. The property management team, which was great when I moved in has since developed into an excellent team. Issues are always handled in a prompt and timely fashion. The maintenance team is excellent as well. Thank you from a very happy resident.

Greatest company I have ever worked for. I have been an employee with Knightvest for over four years and have loved every minute of it. This is a company that truly makes each person feel cared for. I have never had so much pride in working for a company as I do with Knightvest. If you are looking for a fantastic company to work for and never look back, you have found it!
Their properties are kept to the highest standards. Each person that works in the offices care about their residents and will do their best to go above and beyond to help each person that walks through the door. I would recommend any Knightvest property to anyone looking for a new apartment home or Knightvest as a company to anyone that will listen!

I have been trying to reach this company for a week now and no one answers. The apartments that they run are trash (Renata) and my A/C vent has been leaking since June. They have sent maintenance out 6 times and after every time thag they "fix" it, it starts to leak again. The management at Renata is very poor and they expect you to live in these conditions while paying full rent.

Don't bother calling the number listed for this management company. I've tried calling and speaking to someone for the last 2-3 months about an issue I've had at my apartment residence and not a single answer. You can leave a voicemail, call a million times, and even send a message through their website portal but expect nothing. At first I thought it was a leasing office issue, but its clear the management company hires people just like their management team. Unresponsive and absolutely no help.

Knightvest is a great company to work for. I have been in the industry for 20 years and by far this is one of my favorite jobs. They really focus on managing your team property versus bogging you down with reports and paperwork. They invest a lot of money in their communities and really care about the residents' well-being. They take input from their managers and listen to them. The people up top are easy to talk to and never make you feel like just a number. They have a ton of growth opportunities and like to promote from within.

I have an "Eviction" on my rental history with Knightvest Management. I have never been evicted in my life from anywhere but mysteriously an eviction has shown up on my rental background. This is hindering me from obtaining a home right now. I have called multiple times only to get a voicemail. To which no one has ever returned my calls to resolve this matter. We are the roofing vendor for Knightvest and they are extremely responsive and great to work with! They treat us a vendor very well and we can tell they care about the tenants who live their based on the urgency to get them taken care of!

I would like to let everyone know how I was denied...

I would like to let everyone know how I was denied by the regional manager at The Heights in Arlington TX. I went and spoke with Christopher whom was very nice . I applied for the townhome and was told I have a credit block on my credit report therefore I would have to verify my SSN, no problem I went and got the information needed he the tell me there's an apartment showing I owe them money, however he received verification from the apartment complex stating I dont owe them any money at all after doing a rental verification in whh he gave me a copy of, mind you this process has went on far beyond a week. Christopher emails me stating everything is good exceot I would need to bring him a money order for 300.00 because the payment didn't process, my friend and I took him the money order and asked him again is everything done he said yes and took me to view the townhouse again for measurements well I get an email stating the regional manager denied my application because of the same information that they got clearance on. I feel that they shouldn't have took my money if that was the case after telling me everything was a go, poor practices I will post the emails and take futher actions with the better jbusiness bureau. I also received the email at 7pm so no one was available to speak with me in reference to it. I called and spoke with the manager and she stated that the Regional Manager said the clearance they received from the property wasn't sufficient it would need to be removed from my report in order for her to approve me?? I've never had an issue at allo renting a place I felt being this issue was judged based on ethnicity, race etc, because once you have prove directly from the company there shouldn't be an issue. I have a friend that live in The Vinw another property managed by this company, she had an similar issue showing she owed money to a property they got verification from that property and she was approved with an extra deposit of 300.

I received a response to my post on my experience at the Heights, stating their criteria on leasing and the post stated they offered to give me my money back which is absolutely false!!! If that was the case I wouldn't have ever posted a review, what I actually recieved was an email from the manager through real page stating they denied my application on Jan 13th, however I received an email from Christoper stating on the 16th I needed to bring a money order for 300.00 to complete my approval emails I can attached to this posting. When I went into the office I'm still being told everything is fine I would receive a phone call shortly I was told the unit was removed from rentals and no one else could lease that unit, therefore I've contacted the utility company to set up transfer of service changed my rental insurance over to find out at 6pm that the Regional Manager didn't approve my application because it showed I owed an apartment complex that I didn't owe in which they received information showing that I didn't owe. I really don't like the fact that these companies feel that it's okay first to put erroneous information on people credit report and you as a consumer have to fight to get it off and once you've shown information stating it's false you're still held liable for it. I spent 3 days running back and forward based on the things Christopher told me I needed to do which took time from my day and all that time was in vain and wasted!!! I lost money dealing with this and then had to pay money at another property that had the same issue, however they received the same information showing I didn't owe money from the property and everything went perfectly fine. I feel that this issue wasn't based on the property because information was provided showing 0 balance. I would have left this alone however I was told everything is fine they have the information needed per the leasing agent. Sarah never offered my money back in which I want back!! My compliant alone with all the emails will be forwarded to the Better Business Bureau.

Everyone I meet within the company is friendly and welcoming and I've really appreciated how they've handled this year with the pandemic and all as well. I've been part of the KV team since 2015. I have been blessed to work with some of the best leaders and teams. 2020 has been a tough year for our industry due to the pandemic and I can say that the way Knightvest has handled it has made our company closer and stronger than ever.

Really poor leadership, management and customer experience. Would strongly recommend if you have choices, you choose to rent from another property mgmt company.

Never changed filters before new tenant. Completely black and hadn t been changed in years. Regional Manager, Nancy C reaches out on October 8th. Provided requested pictures of dirty, moldy AC. Never heard back. Left a vm at KV office - no response or appropriate resolution. KV, if you are going to post quotes from Maxwell about great leadership but not see that translate into a great experience for your customers, you are missing the point.

PLEASE TAKE THESE BAD REVIEWS SERIOUSLY.....I moved into. EVERWOOD APARTMENTS in Webster TX, March 2019. There were 2 weeks from the signing of the lease to the move it date. Upon the moving into the apartment it was very dirty. Being a Leasing manager for over 20 years in Nevada I knew that meant that no one did a make ready walk through to make sure the apartment was ready for move in. In the first week I submitted over 15 work orders, which is just lazy.
Now its June 2019 and I have been dealing with racoons or something in my ceiling/subflooring between my apartment and the upstairs unit. I brought it to managements attention the first week of May, then I learned my neighbors reported it in April. The critters are so loud from 4pm until 3am that I have not had decent sleep in over a month. My dogs bark through out the night and I'm sure waking my neighbors as Well. Well actually over the memorial day weekend I kenneled the dogs and got a hotel room for 2 days just to get some sleep. STILL PAYING RENT!!!!! Last night June 6th I went to bed at 7pm. My dogs barked at the ceiling vents at 11pm, 2pm and fro 3 til 5 am. I have videos of my dog going crazy from the critters in my ceiling.
The critters scurry around all night which send my dog into a rage. My dog barks throughout the night. They even have access to my closet ceiling and are chewing around the light fixture in my closet which drops drywall dust all over my clothes. My neighbors told me they have flea in their apartment but they don't have any pets. They said it comes from turning the air on when the critters are in the vents. So I have also not been able to use my A/C in a month. STILL PAYING RENT!!!!!
I have complained to the office several times but they have absolutely no follow up skills. Nothing has been done and if it has, I don't know what it is because its not working and no one has contacted me. Oh but I do get the emails about the F*&^%in food truck, and crawfish boil. As I sit here and write this review the critters are having a dance off or something above me. There has to be at least 10 up there.
During the last big storm a tree in front of my apartment fell down. It took over a week for them to get it off the car it fell on. The base of the tree is still sticking out of the ground and is a hazard for anyone that could fall in the hole. It has sharp jagged edges and needs to be grinded. Maintenance has been to my apartment at least 5 times since the tree fell yet no one reports the hazardous tree stump.
My plan was to stay here 2 years until we bought a house but I don't even think I'm going to be able to make it through this lease.

After living here for over 4 years, there's no doubt that Knightvest knows how to pick the right individuals to come work for their company. At first, it was Paulina & Nikki and now Ava & Salma are very attentive and very sweet. I am very grateful for everything that they have done to help me out!

Terrible management! Wyndsor Court Apartments NASTY and have ROACHES!!! Have had it treated 5 different times, still here! Tried to get out of lease as well as move to another site and NOTHING! Wasn t even here 2 months before we noticed roaches coming out in the kitchen! Staff rude and unprofessional! Have the nerve to get an attitude with me for inconveniencing me and my family and giving us roaches!! Worst decision ever to stay here a few months!

It s funny how it took y all over 2 weeks to respond and not to add you have not responded back to my email or call! It is just ridiculous that one moves into your property and receives pests that I did not bring in and everyone from management and the management company has not only NOT resolved the issue, but does not care nor do they rectify the situation!!!! Never again will I ever move into one of your facilities!!! Anyone else should be cautious!!!!

I have lived here 2 years now in a 1 bedroom. This property was just purchased by Knightvest. I enjoy that it is quiet community, the availability of living in townhome setting and the pool area...However as my lease is up I now need a 3 bedroom and I am having trouble getting returned phone calls or emails in regards to my supposedly new lease which should be in 3 weeks. I am afraid to hire movers only to be told my move in date has again been changed. They are not honoring a special they offered my roommate when he spoke with the leasing agent.
Just very disappointed they don't seem to care about keeping me as a customer.
I would like to stay here but all these negative remarks and no response from my email or them answering the phone has me very nervous.

In this time I have had the pleasure to meet and get to know all of the managers as well as the knightvest family of maintenance workers and vendors . I emailed them and they don't give a f. No reply even though I wrote about 2 pgs of complaint. That's probably be why. Poor customer service and there's no way to contact them.

(Updated) Well I sent the email on Aug 3rd. It has been exactly a week after the email but there was no reply no phone call nothing. This proves the fact that they don't give a darn thing like I said before. Stay away from this management company if you don't wanna regret your choice. They wouldn't care whatever situation you have. They only make comments on the google review apparently but that's it. They lied to me and they will do the same to you too. Don't give them your precious money.

I have never dealt with a property management team that is so disorganized, unprofessional, and takes absolutely no accountability for their short comes. The Property Manager is disrespectful and should not be managing a property this size with a lack of customer service, communication, or resolution skills. I contacted Adam (Property Manager) to discuss a referral credit that was never received and from the beginning of the conversation it began with a condescending tone up until the point where He began to blame me and the person I referred as being the reason for the credit not applying. He stated that I am the Emergency Contact but the original app didn t have my name as the referral. I also initially spoke with Michelle (Assistant Manager) at the time that the person I referred was applying, who advised that she manually put me down as the referral and after two months I would receive said promotion. Now 2 1/2 months later there is no document of said conversation and because the manager didn t like MY tone (though not disrespectful or vulgar) he decides to decline the referral credit as his way of exerting what little authority he has. When I first moved in me and my husband witnessed this same manager talking disrespectful to another former property employee (Debbie) and felt very uncomfortable but still decided to move here because of how pleasant Debbie was however, shortly after she relocated to another property. Couldn t blame her to be honest because if that s the tone and disrespect you show to your paying tenants I m sure it s worse behind doors in the office. I have contacted corporate and will post an update on the final resolution. Please do not be fooled with all the renovations that the property is undergoing as this of course is to get more people in the door. But, once you have ANY issues with the office personnel, you will HATE you ever signed that lease.

This is a long review, but i feel its worth the read if you are thinking of renting an apartment at this complex. My husband and I are currently renting an apartment in the Ashmore complex in Pasadena. I have never seen such incompetent contractors and housekeeping before in my life. They've paid more attention to renovating the tennis courts than the apartments for their so called "extreme makeover." We signed the lease paid the rent were handed the keys and told we could move in on Sunday since the appliances were being installed on Friday; show up on Sunday no appliances in the apartment, a non working AC, unfinished back splash and granite work, and exposed electrical wires where the dishwasher was supposed to be (the breaker for that area was still on) HUGE SAFETY ISSUE, also several other things that were unfinished. I call Sunday evening to leave a message; no one from the complex office returned my phone call on Monday morning so I had to physically go there Monday at lunch time to get answers. I am explaining our situation to one of the ladies that works in the office the maintenance manager was also standing there and he says to me "oh well the appliances are back ordered but they'll be here today and we'll get someone to your apartment to fix the AC." So I preceeded to tell him that some communication would have been nice. Monday passes AC got fixed but still no appliances, and non of the other issues addressed. So we go back to the office talk to someone else and at this point we were very annoyed and wanting to speak to a manager we were advised that she wasn't available so we continue talking with the agent that did our lease and explain our situation all over again and we tell her we have a small child that we need to keep food and milk cold. So she proceeds to talk to the maintenance manager and he says well everything will be fixed tomorrow. I was also told that this management company isnt responsible for the third party contractors and vendors that are working on these apartments. Which is the most absurd thing I have ever heard, yes you are indeed responsible for them I didn't rent the apartment from your third party contractors I rented the apartment from you. Since, they've had to enter the apartment twice to "fix everything" once unannounced and only the appliance issue was resolved, we later found out they were in our apartment an email stating all issues were resolved. Their idea of fixing something is putting paint over it and caulk around the edges. If you are trying to compete with the actual luxury apartments in this area like you claim to be, then I suggest hiring an actual quality department to oversea your "makeover" and hire all new contractors. This has been a horrible experience and we will not be renewing our lease. Lesson learned, next year I will be spending the couple extra hundred a month and renting a quality apartment.

Knightvest Residential recently took over management of my current apartment complex and this takeover has by far been the best and most smoothest one I have experienced! Immediately they reopened the office (the other company had it closed to the public), had brand new signage out on site, and had the landscapers out making our exteriors look beautiful again! I could not be more impressed with the way they handled this transitions and the new team on board is AMAZING! Knightvest is Awesome!

During my time with the company I worked with several employees who I now consider good friends. I have seen first hand how much work and effort they invest into their properties to ensure they are among the best around. They truly care about their employees and residents, and it shows. Casey, Nancy, and Lacy have done a great job as regionals, and Jessica Nassif has been awesome as a property manager. Keep up the good work!

Wow, where to start? it is incredibly discouraging going through the immense issues I am with Magnolia Ranch to get online and find how horrible this management company has treated previous and current tenants.
If you are looking for an apartment home, RUN as fast as you can away from this property and Knightvest. I had issues before I moved in but the temp guy in the office, Ryan, was so apologetic about everything I really thought it would be fine after moving in.
Unfortunately the foundation to the entire side of my apartment was cracked and the entire front wall of my apartment filled up with water every time it rained out side. I moved into the apartment in April. its now July and after 7 service request water still pours out of the LIGHT SOCKET in living room when it rains.
Now the management is so angry with me for consistently requesting that they do something about the issues they decided that what was on my patio was more important than a safe environment for my two young children. The first time I called emergency maintenance was June 10th about the leak in my apartment.
On July 8th I called emergency maintenance at 3:00pm and left two voice mails and chose the option for them to text me to inform me of confirmation (Saturday during business hours) to report water gushing out of my window seal, my light socket and the ceiling, I never heard from them. I also called the front office and left it multiple times on the voicemail, I never heard from them. I called Monday at noon, and finally was able to get the incident recorded. On July 12th the ticket was closed out and nothing had been done AGAIN. So I responded to that fact that nothing had been done in my apartment and that was promptly retaliated by management it the fact that i sat trash bad on my balcony. So i removed them, Mahogany in the office told me she would let me know when the apartment above me was sealed on that same ticket, its now the 19th and I have heard nothing. I sent an email inquiring about the concrete yesterday and when I got home I greeted by a paper citing me for violation of lease for having things on my patio, I removed every last bit of things off because apparently its too distracting to their job to have things on my patio. This morning at 7:30am there was another person yelling into my patio but nothing to be done about the leak, the concrete and the mold down that entire wall. After calling Knightvest with no answer and no way to leave a voicemail I guess this is the best way to let them know what is happening. It literally dose not take anything but common sense to figure out that if water is pouring down that wall since May that its probably filled with mold, but it just really makes these people mad that I have the audacity to ask them to check and fix MOLD that could potentially harm my family. So I documented everything and took pictures of the mold in the vent system and I sent a certified letter of intent this morning for violation of my lease agreements on a safe living environment.

I have lived in apartments for 10 years now and this by far is the most expensive one for the worst service. I also find it disturbing that you cannot post pictures on here so other people can see what its like. Completely horrible apartment community.

I live in the Indigo appartments in san antonio tx and i dont know what happened the management changed and everything went down hill. Ive lived here for 2 years and in the begining if you had a service request it got done fast i would call the office and the girls were so nice and helped me out with anything. Its taken over a month for a broken window to get fixed someone bearly came to check it out , last night i wanted to leave a message for the officer because i had a noise complaint and this wierd thing about call max came on it wasnt even the indigo voicemail which concerned me because, about 3 months ago my tiolet was over flowing and it was night time i tried calling the office to leave an emergency request and the phones wernt working! I started working with Knightvest 1.5 years ago and honestly, time has gone by so fast that it feels like I just started. I love being apart of the the Knightvest family. We work hard and rewarded for it. The benefits are AWESOME and just being able to live at the community I work at is a GOD send! Just went in and spoke with CLARISSA. I spoke with JULIE the so called MANAGER I spoke with HOLIDAY. I SPOKE with The ASST. MANAGER. who else can I speak to because this is unacceptable. This is ONE cabinet. I have 3 rotten from my master bathroom and kitchen. The NEW manager came into MY home and saw them personally. I still have not got a visit from maintenance or contractors for this. PATHETIC. I have been here since 2014. They wonder why in just my building multiple tenants have moved out in less than 2 months. Preston peak apartments.

This has been a nightmare dealing with everyone who works at the Preston Peak location. No one every calls back from the office. Our apartment flooded almost 3 weeks ago from an apparent clogged toilet upstairs. It took a week in a half to get someone to do repairs which weren't complete or done properly and there is mold growing in different spots. On top of that, I'm about to have a baby and I have a very weak immune system that can make me be hospitalized from being exposed to mold. Well our apartment flooded again today and management isn't doing anything. I'm suppose to have the baby in a few days and with the lack of communication and care from these people...I highly recommend everyone to stay far away from here. Looking to getting a lawyer and health department complaint asap!

UPDATE 1/4/2019 . After speaking with Brooke 11/27 I have still not heard back from her. She requested my info to further look into the situation. Upon requesting their specific rules set I have yet to hear back. I'll assume they aren't able to provide the requested information because a blanket policy have been set. Which I will now file a formal complaint for discrimination.

UPDATE 12/4/2018 . Up until now I haven't heard from them.

UPDATE: 11/27/2018 I contacted the email address as requested the same day, to only be told to reach out to any of their property's for the rental criteria. What a poor way to rectify the issue at hand. This is the reason for the reauest to be contacted by the owners. They refuse to give a contact number or talk to you. What a poor excuses for a company. This isnt the first time A tenant or a applicant has threatened this company with discrimination.

I need a call to explain the blanket policy set on the rental criteria.

According to Fair Housing & HUD laws you cannot have a blanket policy & refuse to rent to anyone with a criminal history.

The crime must be specific & must be evualted and considered based on 1. Type Of Offense 2.
Severity Of Offense 3. Length Of Time Since Offense, and if the safety of the tenants and their property will be at risk.

If a person was only arested but not charged or convicted that does not mean they are a risk therefore cannot be denied fair housing.

A broad policy to deny anyone with a criminal history is DISCRIMINATION.

Like mostly everyone else, if I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would. So far, I've called every day for a week trying to get a hold of this company and it's always straight to voicemail and no one responds to the voicemails I leave. I've left emails, facebook messages, and even a message on their website. Typical terrible management company; is there to collect your rent but won't provide any assistance when you need it. As a resident, be prepared, if you have an issue, I hope the on property staff will help you because the management company will not so if the staff aren't willing to help, which mine are not, then you're really in trouble. I can't wait to get a response to this review (as they do with all the other bad reviews) telling me how much the management actually cares about me and leaves me their email address telling me to contact them (even though I already have) so they can ignore that email too.

I have been a resident at Knightvest communities for almost 4 years now. Knightvest is the best apartment management company hands down!! I have nothing but great things to say about the company and their employees. Everyone who I have encountered at Knightvest has been so incredibly friendly and responsive. They truly care for their residents and employees!! Their outstanding customer service and hospitality is absolutely remarkable.
