I can honestly say that they care about every resident and employee equally and goes out of the way to help. As an employee you are challenged and trained for growth. Okay so when my apartment complex (Beckley formerly Beverly Wilshire)changed management things took a turn for the worst. Not happy with this management at all. From the beginning I noticed I was always given then run around. When I needed my carpet cleaned I kept getting a date to when the carpet cleaning guys would show and they never did. It took me 2 months to finally have someone come over. If I ever need to get ahold of someone on the phone it's hard to get a human being to talk to...I kept calling all week and nothing. I have sent various emails about my upstairs neighbors throwing wild parties and throwing trash weed and coke bags down my balcony. I have called the cops various times on them and they keep on. I can't sleep my kids can't sleep! I tried getting a transfer and the only one to tries to help me is Mrs. Shardae. Other than that nobody. I was told today that there is nothing to be done about them making noise. Have I called the cops already? Smhhhhh Plus those people aren't even on the lease. Its frustrating to not be able to sleep especially if you have little ones. Also, there is mold growing in here and its making me feel funny.....I have kids and this is a big nono. I can go on but it's too much to write...another reason why I want to transfer but I guess that's too much to ask.

In Regards to "The Aria" 2513 Summer Tree Cir, Arlington, TX 76006.

I first want to start of by saying that Emily, the "manager" responsible for fixing this disgusting and nasty leak in our wall is a liar she claimed that she would have someone sent on Friday morning to fix our wall it remains unrepaired. A few months ago when hurricane season started and it was raining a lot we noticed that our wall started to become soft and bubbly, escpecially in near the floor board area. What started as slight bubbling turned into a complete crack and the interior wall falling in due to so much water damage and leaking. It has caused extensive water damage to the wall and the floor board and we are left with a nasty, filthy, mildewy and potentially mold infested hole in our wall. I want something done about this. I have called the apartment manager, Emily of knighvest management and between the 2 nothing has been done. This company and the aria are pathetic and useless we pay too much money to be living with a nasty hole in the wall

I've been a Knightvest Team Member for almost 2 years. I can honestly say the owner sees our residents as "people" not just an apartment number and dollar sign. Being that I ve been in this industry for several years that s not something I have always experienced elsewhere. I m confident in my product, property, and team members. Knightvest does have high expectations but with that comes great rewards. I ve learned a lot in the 2 years I ve been employed with them. That comes from leadership, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction. Knightvest cares about their employees and is definitely a company you can grow with! Promoting within is something they truly strive for with their employees and communities.

I didn't know when I came to work for Knightvest that I would be inheriting an even larger more supportive team than I previously had. if i could rate this management team lower i would, THEY DONT CALL U BACK ALL U GET IS VOICEMAILS.. i don't see how these people earn a paycheck they don't work.. I live in Halston Apartments, and all the issues i have had i cannot wait till my lease is up I rather live in a Tent!!!! it makes no sense that when you call during work time hours the phone just rings, but when it comes time to pay rent their hands are definitely out!!!

They just bought the property that I currently live at in the Houston area, After the few times I have had to deal with their staff I must say I am NOT happy with the current management company, They are very rude and cold. The staff make me feel when like I don't belong there when I walk in. Its just not the same WELCOME feeling you get when you enter the doors like it used to. the old management always new my name from the minute i moved in, now i'm just asked what apt number is mine.

My first year here was great. In the last week the...

My first year here was great. In the last week they remodeled the apartment above me removing the carpet.

I understand being on the first floor some noises well people move around above. Now I hear every step the new people above me take, as they walk across there new apartment the cabinets in my kitchen shake causing my dishes to rattle.

I sent an email to the complex with my complaint. They replied back quickly and said that they have sent a noise violation to the people above and asked if I would like to transfer apartments.

First off, the people above are just walking thats not there fault they shouldn't have a violation. When I went to the office they said that I can not transfer for 6 months because I just signed a new lease the week before the people above moved in.

I live in Westcreek Ranch Apartment in McKinney TX, I relocated from St. Louis MO. This has been one crazy ordeal after another. From Roaches, my ceiling falling in on me and management advising maintenance not to do anything until Monday so me and my daughter had to do some patchwork to keep the birds and squirrels from getting in. Less than 4 weeks apart my apartment flooded twice and I didn t get any compensation my renters insurance may drop me because I ve filled these claims but the complex or property owners are not offering any solice. Oh the kicker I have to pay for trash service I don t receive. This has proved to be my nightmare on elm st. I don t have anyone over because sometimes my place reeks of a strong marijuana odor. Very Disappointed, I wish I had read the reviews 1st.

Don't be fooled by the person responding to poor r...

Don't be fooled by the person responding to poor reviews and instructing people to email the corporate office. I have sent multiple emails to that address that have been ignored. The last 10 months in one of their properties is the worst living experience that I have ever had, and I cannot find anyone (at the complex office or property management) that is the least bit concerned.

EDIT: my negative review got a next-day response, yet multiple emails have been ignored for over a month. This company is a joke.

Extremely unprofessional. Here's my story:

I applied at their complex Lakeside in HTX. They found a balance owed to an old place of residence. However this place had never heard of me, and I did not owe a balance. It's a long story but you can see my Lakeside review of it.

Basically, my application was sent up to knightvest, and I wanted to rectify things with them after getting a signed letterhead that I don't owe a balance.

I called numerous times. Once every other hour nearly. I emailed. I Facebook messaged - this is my LIFE and living situation. No one answered. Even today my email goes unanswered.

How can you just not answer the phone on a monday morning? It seems to me they screen calls and don't want to face the issues people may have with them.

It also should't be this much of a hassle to apply at an apartment complex.

they manage lavera at lakehighlands... and roght now 48 residents with children have been without electricity since yesterday. poor pamangwment company. over priced on apartments rhat were once projects and all they did was paint and add new appliances. 2 boiler rooms for hear but they say ita gas but the electricty is out and there is no hot water
they begin drilling 3 days ago and we had no notice until yesterday after the electricity line eas accidently cut. but ylu gave notice after the fact of such a lengthy project/well needed repair. most reisdents are paying mortgage prices 1350 + a month. the water bills run about $200 plus a month but wait there is a gas bill but everything in the aprtment is electric. a unit of 1200 plus sq ft should habe a large ac unit or 2 units but noooooo...if you have any cool air just be happy they will not fix it. just saying. not enough parking for residents as these were governmemt project apartmrnts that were purchased and no certified/ properly installed or inspected electric, caulking, flooring, plumbing and more. ......update as of yesterday all power has been restored but there are still concerns i have with this property and management company.

Called for help to Knight Vest management as no water in bathroom for seven days after raising the issue to the apartment Renata on Fredericksburg. The staff of the company said our manager will call you back. I am celebrating 3rd day after the call without any response from the manager. I suspect there is no manager for the company and they are in search of recruiting one to call me back. Knight Vest don t have staffs for service, spare parts for repair, manager for respond but have an account to collect rent and send for collections if residents fail to pay rent. WONDERFUL COMMUNITY! DO NOT RISK YOUR MONEY!

Adding Response here as Google Maps don't have options for me to answer: None contacted till date and I am without a bathroom faucet for 2 weeks. I think even if the amazon delivered the faucet walking from their head office, they might have reached Renata on Fredericksburg long back!!!!

Upper management as well as the property management and staff are very professional and customer oriented. The make it easy for contractors and subs to get the job done quickly and efficiently and coordinate together to keep the residents informed and happy throughout the construction process. We have seen first hand how Knightvest goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy.

I have been a resident here for over a year and also work in real estate. With that being said, I have never experienced such a low level of professionalism in my life. The property manager never seems to be in the office or available for that matter. I received a call that I was being falsely accused of writing cruel notes to neighbors with "multiple witnesses" from the manager WHILE I was out of state? I was also charged a $350 pet fee added to my rent one month with no notice and do not have a pet. The worst part is that my neighbor SHOT a dog not even l00 feet from my apartment. SHOT WITH A GUN. That was a while after his dogs were let off the leash and told to attack her dogs. There is so much riff raft here it is unbelievable. Cops are called to the complex at least once a month. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN CONSTANT CHAOS!

This is a great property. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. The office staff is very patient, informative and take the time to walk you through any problems you may have. The maintenance team are quick to get the work orders finished and completed with care. I ll live here forever.

Please whoever is trying to move to any of the Knightvest properties please don t they just want to take your money that s it that s all. i lived at bent tree park while it was under knightvest's ownership. Terrible company. Unscrupulous, to say the least.

These people sold my phone number to a debt collection company for a roommate that lived with us. I get calls daily from them and after threats of legal action, they still call.

so thanks, knightvest, for selling our information to whoever wants to buy it.

I am standing outside my complex waiting on the office to open. They make up their own hours. Saturday I left work early to make it here at 445PM and they closed early. Apartment should be open until 5pm. I have been in my apartment for 3years. I have normal wear and tear and I asked them to come fix my kitchen cabinets and nothing was done. I had a rat in my home and maintenance did a poor job and left holes in my wall with goop all around baseboards. They won t clean my carpet and it comes with lease renewal. They turn the play area in front of my door into a dog park. My kids can t even play. Why do we need two dog parks?

My primary is concern is cabinets in my home. Off track drawers. It s ridiculous. My oven doesn t work ,well only one of the eyes. I maintain my home. I even have monthly maid come but it s embarasing to see the condition of my home when rent continues to go up.

I called corporate and they don t call back.

Where to begin... This company is nothing but a joke. I recently moved out of a unit at Wyndsor Court in Allen, an experience that had it's ups and downs during our stay but nothing too major to mention before moving. The moment Knightvest bought out the previous company that owned the complex, that's when everything went downhill. Service requests would go unfulfilled, rules that were put into place never implemented, trash at the building built up like we lived on the landfill itself, need I continue. Now they have put the icing on the cake. We moved out after living there for 3 years and they hit us with a bill just making up reasons to take the security deposit. Charges for items that weren't returned, when we never had them in the first place. Carpet cleaning for no reason, nothing was stained or destroyed. Counter resurfacing for counter tops that I know a fact they are completely replacing to fit the new design they are going with. Yes I asked a friend to "go for a viewing" so I could see the new design of the upgraded units.

If you are considering moving to this complex think twice, maybe more than twice. If your complex is bought or owned by Knightvest run, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. The people they hire do nothing, literally nothing. Now to add to their poor work ethic they are liars looking to take money from people that were once loyal residents.

This company took over our apartment property at t...

This company took over our apartment property at the end of last year. The staff is difficult and defensive. They made deceptive renewal offers by not acknowledging the changes in billing. They refused to provide the lease terms in a physical copy for our review, and insisted on using the online portal. Certain portions of the rent terms, such as the changes in billing, were conveniently unavailable until the last moment. When we called for clarification, they gave us incorrect information. When we started receiving extra rent charges without explanation, the office advised it was for water. They then sent us our first allocated bill for over $65 for one month in a two bedroom apartment without a yard, which is ludicrous. It took several emails and eventual threats of reaching out to the BBB before someone would send us itemized charges, but only for rent, trash, etc. No explanation of the water, or clarification that tenants aren't being charged for property sprinkler use. It was at this point I discovered they'd been charging us for a pet (we don't have a pet).

In summation:
This company engages in deceptive practices, offers poor property management, and refuses to assist their tenants until threatened. Even then, assistance was lacking. Do yourself a favor and do not rent at any of their properties under any circumstances.

I have been employed by Knightvest Residential going on almost 3yrs and the amount of team meetings focused on resident support is unparalleled to any that I have witnessed in this particular industry.
We had our maintenance team in record breaking 118deg weather for the last 60+ days. We were not only pushed to our limits by our environment, but asked to give more to our residents during this pandemic by Senior staff and professional mentors. Some of us had to quarantine as the rest of the team picked up the slack. We were short staffed and the rest of the team picked up the slack. Knightvest Residential poured resources into our community to ensure the highest customer service possible during these trying times. Our residents not only met us halfway, but they went above and beyond in embracing our team with understanding and patience when we fell short.
I cannot speak for others, but it is with great pride when I look back to this last summer. I love how we came together as a community and built new relationships between our maintenance staff and residents. I absolutely love working here, because we work to serve our most valued asset; the relationships that we forge with our residents. We thank our residents for the opportunity in allowing us to continually serve you. Thank you, Knightvest Residential for the continuing support in resources, mentorship, opportunities for growth and most important, keeping us focused on what is most important; our residents.

Where do I begin??! I would like to start off with...

Where do I begin??! I would like to start off with I ve been living here for not even two years and the property manger has changed three times. The first one was just a blooming idiot and the second one didn t know how to speak to someone in an email let alone in person, but the third just doesn t speak at all. I wonder how nice it is to sit in an office making $$$ and NEVER get up to attend to your residences or help your staff with issues. Then there is the property. Do you like to swim? If not, then this place is for you. They have two pools on the property and have had the excellent goal of keeping it green on BOTH through both summers I ve lived here, but you can charge me for using property amenities no problem. Both mail boxes have been broken into and instead of the property manager doing her job and sending emails to her residences, they let you wait to go see that mail has not ben delivered for two weeks and you have to go talk to them In person for them to tell you it is out of their hands. Such a kind staff, company, place to live I happen to live right by the office and due to the gate being broken and the staff NEVER knowing when anything will be fixed, I get to drive all the way around the property to get to my apartment. Last year right before Thanksgiving I had the honor of having the upstairs neighbor come downstairs to threaten me and then throw money at me due to, they felt as if I complained so much and $100 was enough hush money. Not only were they loud, rude, played loud music almost every night around 3 am, but they were your local meth dealers. The woman was not on the lease and a different car and person was in and out that place. I placed 21 calls to officers on property and the front office staff had the audacity to tell me that nothing could be done due to there was no physical proof. Once I called Baytown PD and they were involved the persons were removed within a week. Our water bill is always messed up and is a different amount every month. Since I moved in and they continue to tell me that I m two months behind from moving in and that is normal. Well when my bill states three different amounts coming out on one payment then that makes me the crazy one. The issues in the apartment are never resolved and it took my boyfriend and I to hire someone to fix what the apartment is paid to do. All listed above just adds up and today I had the final thing to blow me out of the water. I put in my 60-day notice in July and had an email sent for a payment due in September. I call the office and the same girl that helped me on my garage and screwed that up as well, states I NEVER put in my notice. She then processed to put me on hold like always for 15 mins and then comes back to say she will investigate it. I was lucky they even picked up the phone because that is a nonexciting thing for them. I then hung up to wait and I get a call back with a different person (NOT THE MANAGER) to tell me she never got the email for the notice. I m sorry, but If you never got an email back for a signature for something that important, wouldn t any normal person contact you back and resolve the issue. NOPE!!! I get the blame and then me raising my voice because THEY messed up, she processed to tell me to calm down and its not just our stuff she is working on but ten other things at the same time. I then state, Well if you had a manager doing her job then you wouldn t be over your head in stuff and blaming the resident. Not only am I getting ripped off with the water and amenities, but also for me to even move out of the apartment all together. I have contact corporate and if no action is taken on the staff or refunding or even taking half of the move out cost off, I will seek further help for all that I have endured living at this HELL HOLE.

I live in Waterside Apartments and I would like to update my experience since I lived here for almost two years. There are a lot of issues in this residence. Firstly, the manager of Waterside apartments is slow in replying when I send her a crucial message by email. Secondly, I have signed a contract here because the safety of this residence was high, but recently the gate is always open which is not safe at all. Although I informed Samantha (Waterside's manager) about it, the gate is still open. Thirdly, I have joined this community because there was a gym, but recently the gym became the leasing office. Even though the management provided a discounted price for a gym that is outside Waterside, this is not what I signed for when I joined this community. Finally, I have faced and still facing a lot of issues to get my security deposit back since I am traveling outside the US after my lease finishes. I have talked to Casey Board who is the regional property manager of Knightvest Management to inquire about how to get my security deposit back after I travel. She was so rude to the point that she needs to be fired. I am amazed how she still has her job. As a result, my experience was really bad with the Waterside management and Knightvest Management. Therefore, I really recommend not to live here no matter what the cost is.

Recently moved out of Copper Lodge Apartments in Houston TX and I was told by the apartment manager that they don't have any information stating I had or paid a deposit. Which it clearly states on the lease how much I paid and when. I was told I would have to contact the apartment owner. I have been trying to reach Knightvest to deal with them directly and can not get anyone to respond to my many emails or seem to get anyone on the phone when I call. I will have to now take legal actions.

Been calling the corporate office for weeks now and no one ever answers the phone, I always get the voicemail! Even when you leave a voicemail you never get a call back! Sad excuse for a management company, customer service does not exists if even at the corporate office you never get an answer! For a company who is relatively new, I d say it s a poor business decision to have such horrible customer service both onsite and in the corporate office! Beware do not lease at any of their properties, as you are just a number not a customer!

Objectively the worst property management with whom I've dealt. After a series of complaints (some regarded legal violations on the part of Knightvest), no one was willing to help me. I found Vicki Hibdon to be the least professional person I've ever met, and after I emailed Kellie Russell found that regional management was more interested in protecting Vicky than... um...you know... complying with the law.

I later corresponded with Kodi Damjanic, who cared more about covering for Vicky and Kellie's behavior than resolving things like TDLR and property code violations. During this time, I also email KC Kronbach and David Moore, who didn't bother to respond.

After seeing 50+ similar complaints with the Better Business Bureau and hundreds of complaints on various other places online (including major news outlets), I realized that I was not alone in my experience. I'm willing to use my unique set of skills to warn the public about this company even if that means having to fight this unethical company in court.

By now, I'm sure MBL law is told you who I am. I look forward to seeing you follow thru with the liable suit you so boldly threatened. You will do nothing but prove the kind of company you are, one who hides behind the perception of law even when in the wrong.

At least you follow that old saying: "Want to sue someone for liable over true statements. Find a lawyer who specializes in real estate."

Are you going to sue me or not? Your attorney was very bold for almost 48 hours and then disappeared. I have several places that want to cover the story of a property management company suing a former tenet over a website making fun of the bad property management. So I'd like an answer. Thanks!

So, Knightvest still hasn't sued me. But apparently, the fine folks at Knightvest did get sued in 2018 due to the actions of KC Kronbach & Vicki Hibdon. Shocked that even with Kronbach's departure, no one has cleaned house and hired competent property management and leasing agents.

I have work for KV for nearly 5 years and I can honestly say that the companies culture is amazing. Not only do the owners and management team take care of their residents they also take care of their employees and vendors. Communication especially through the hard times has been beyond exceptional. The leadership team not only stayed in constant communication but also made site visits to see where they could help so that we could ensure our teams and residents were taken care of. I am very thankful to be a part of such an amazing company and hope to continue my career with KV for many years to come.

Horrible company to work for. They DO NOT care about their employees and the issues they have with management and supervisors. I was having a sexual harassment issue with the manager, went to the supervisor but nothing was done because they were "friends". Got fired for retaliation over something they claim I did wrong but had no proof. I had to move out of my home, find another job and they withheld $2800 of commissions from that previous month that I worked SO HARD FOR!! Worst company ever.

The worst apartment to live in is Equinox. I have a flea problem in my apartment. They've said, they have walk it and and treated it and couldn't find any. So I took it upon myself and took picture and videos. I have not yet get a response back from the property manager. Yeah, go figure. It's has come to the point that I am no longer living there and I still have to pay for my vacant apt. So if i could rate this property it would be zero stars.

Knight Vest has currently purchased Sandstone Apt. and since the purchase within
a few months the property is going down. We live in a very nice community. Middle upper class and the management has come in and destroyed valuable shrubs from our windows exposing us making it easier for people to have access to enter thru our windows. We had officers that lived on the property. They are no longer here. Also since there takeover. We have had vehicles robbed. Money stolen out of the apartments by contractors they hired. They did install upgrades but left a mess on the floors in the sinks and in the tubs. Also leaving holes in our ceilings due to the fixtures they replaced. Not caulking the exposed holes. Its a mess here. Nothing like Sandstone. They make promises that they do not stand behind.

I love the variety of properties that Knightvest Manages. I lived at the Madison and now I live at the Everton. The leasing staff for Bellmar/Madison, Everton, Waterfall, Riverfall are amazing. I have never been more impressed with a management...

I have never been more impressed with a management company. While consistently focused on business and revenue, the company 100% looks at people before investment. Employees and Residents are treated as family, which in turn is the first investment given towards succeeding for many years to come. I have never experienced such a solid support system with knowledge and heart to back everything up! Very impressed!

Corporate office doesn't answer any calls in regards to a billing complaint their general manager Moises Soto could not handle correctly.

Don't rent with them at any costs guys!!!

Review in regards to their property Meyer Forest in Houston, TX:

The most accurate way to describe dealing with the leasing staff and management team would be like delving into the pits of hell and being pulled out by your teeth.

To say their staff is incompetent would be a compliment. My car was towed because the property had conflicting signage posted across the back fences indicating it was visitor parking when actuality the property changed their parking policy and just decided not to remove the signs.

The assistant manager Alexus and general manger Moises walked the property and called to inform me due to the discrepancies and inconsistency in their policy and signage that I would be due a refund.
They asked for my receipt and "sent an invoice to corporate". My guess is the regional and district managers confronted Moises inadequacies, as he clearly did not do a property walk after the visitor parking policy change, so he decided not to issue the refund as to not lose the company any money or assert fault. I'm sure asserting this fault would have lead to numerous more complaints.

After admitting they were wrong, A MONTH LATER, Moises decides to email me saying they are no longer refunding me the tow charges.

Anyways, long story short I'm having to file in civil court because

PS: be prepared to call at least 35 times, CORPORATE level as well, before you get an answer :)

I have lived in my current home since March 2019 and in the 3 months that I have been a tenant, I have put in 9 separate work orders for the same issue: my air condition. And in those 3 months, the issue is still present. My a/c has been temporarily fixed but the maintenance team has not found a satisfactory solution. They offered to replace my a/c unit in hopes of having a more permanent solution but that has not happened yet. I would like to know what steps are going to be taken to rectify this situation so that I can ensure that my stay with this company is an enjoyable one.
