Large facility that has many, many cabins and is great for large groups. Not much cell phone service helps get the focus off your routine life for a while.
I attended the Becoming an Outdoors Woman camp this past weekend and was impressed with the facilities at Rock Springs. I had attended camp there decades ago as a child and was surprised that everything was still well maintained. The Henson cabins were clean and had a nice common area with comfortable couches. The public bathrooms at the dining hall and education building were clean. The dining hall had wonderful staff and the food was good. As a vegetarian, I was able to find enough to eat every meal. So glad this place has not gone downhill!
I had my wedding and reception at Rock Springs last night. Absolutely amazing staff! They patrolled the grounds and helped direct lost people, catered an amazing dinner and overall made our night memorable, enjoyable and most importantly worry free in regards to the venue. Also, our photographer had a blast with all the photo opportunities due to the beautiful locations at the center. Thank you so much Rock Springs for everything!
