Great staff and warm friendly greeting...I'll review service after I get my vehicle back, but do far so good! Friendly and professional.
Great staff and warm friendly greeting...I'll review service after I get my vehicle back, but do far so good! Friendly and professional.
Long waiting time for service appointment. Waited total 20 min with no help. Nissan has to improve customer service to retain loyalty
Nissan upheld its commitment and that was excellent
Excellent personal service, outstanding experience.
Adam Bazille is the rarest of all things, a no pressure, detail oriented, follow through on every request, and text, personable car dealer. Met my every need, and even put on my license plates himself. 2nd lease with Adam, highly recommended. 5 Star Experience. Earned my business and loyalty, shopped every other Nissan dealer in the Twin Cities, Adam is the very best.
I recently bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue. Love the vehicle. During the process the staff was super friendly and helpful. My 2 star rating is for the treatment after I signed. About a week later I noticed the AC is blowing luke warm air vs cold, and I am pretty sure it just needs to be recharged. I called up the dealership, and spoke with the gentleman that sold me the vehicle. I was then told that it would cost me $99 to $120 to get this looked at and since I just got the car maybe they could work something out with me. I mean talk about poor customer service. I would completely understand if I was calling up months after my purchase, but a week. I ended up cancelling my appt because I have no desire to go back there. Customer service should go beyond point of sale. Like I said wonderful while I was in the processing of buying, I love the vehicle, and if it wasn't for the AC I would be rating 5 stars. I feel like the vehicle wasn't looked at properly and that's ok we are all human, but fix your errors and make it right.
We had a wonderful experience buying our Nissan Sentra from Adam Bazille at Kline Nissan! He made the car buying process stress free!
To expensive for a tune up and an oil change - 500.00 dollars and most of that was in labor I'm going to have to find someone else to service my vehicle
Be aware when leasing from Kline Nissan that they do NOT disclose that you WILL owe Nissan Motor money after returning your leased vehicle. A disposition fee will be billed to you from Nissan Motor unless, of course, you have purchased a car or leased another. Kline Nissan told me multiple times that NO money was owed upon the return of the car. NOT TRUE, they withheld that bit of information.
I am only giving it one star because no star is not an option. Brought my car in for a diagnostic, car is shaky when driving over small cracks and bumps on the road, car dies 5-10 minute after starting first thing in the morning, and engine light is on. My boyfriend set up an appointment online for 5:30pm, got there and was inform they don't do diagnostic after 4pm and that the website should've informed us or someone should've called to let us know. Ok, not a big deal, they gave us a rental; 2017 Rogue, smaller than my Murano but I figured it'll be ok since it will be just for a day. We ended up getting a quote back the next day with the diagnostic; cam shaft sensor $567.80, reprograming the ecu $153, axles $1081.38, alignment $130, outer tie rods $339.42, rear pads $380, and just to run the diagnostic $119.95 all for a grand total of $2,749.47. My boyfriend did talk down the price to $1,975. We picked up the car on Monday after work, engine light still on but was told it will go away after a few days or so and car is still a little shaky. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and left. The next morning the car died before I even left for work. Both me and my boyfriend had tried several times to contact someone and the front desk guy to bring our car back in. We were put on hold and left vm with no return call. Finally got a reach of someone at about 12:40pm just to be told they would talk to the tech who worked on my car and give us a call back. No call back so we called back at 5pm just to be told that the tech had left for the day and would hear back the next day. Today, my car died while making a turn at a busy intersection! Now they want us to bring the car back in tomorrow at 6pm and another diagnostic would be done free of charge and then go from there. On top of everything they can only offer a Rogue because that's their biggest rental. The rogue doesn't not fit 3 small kids all in car seat! How do I drive 3 small kids around when the car seat can not even be secured in with the hooks and the oldest one can not even be buckled in because the buckle now is stuck behind the other car seat?! I just spent almost $2,000 for nothing to be fixed and all they can tell me is they will run another diagnostic and go from there. I will never buy a Nissan again or go to this dealership! And would never recommend it to anyone. I wanted the pathfinder and had planned to start looking for one at the end of the year but looks like I will be bringing my service else where.
Great experience here. Worked with Pedro Cruz for a salesman who was awesome. No pushing and shoving. Everyone is all smiles and works with you to find the best vehicle for you. I am very happy with Kline Nissan and will continue coming here in the future!
Worst place I will never recommend anyone to buy car from them. I tried to talk with finincial advisor for two months I went there more then 40 times they keep saying they are busy. I call finincial center no one respond. Never buy car. If I knew my friends going to buy car from them I will not recommend them. I don t know why I bought car from them
Tristan was great! Excellent communication and helpful. The problem with the car has returned, but he told me that could possibly happen and they will fix it.
Kline has been great at every turn.
Chris at Kline is hands down the best sales person I have ever met. He s extremely nice, thoughtful, and informative. There s absolutely no pressure at all, and he made the whole buying process fun! If you ever go to Kline, just ask for Chris!
I have worked with multiple people in the service department, but I always like to personally work with Ivan, he is always professional, goes beyond my expectations when it comes to service work for my car. I can definitely trust his judgment!
No other way to explain it or sugar coat it, they're crooks! I saw the story last night about the extended warranty offered from Signet through Kline Nissan (and other dealerships) on KARE 11; and I can 100% agree and identify with it. This is no accident! I bought a brand new car from Kline Nissan over 10 years and I got caught up in this exact same scam! The warranty guy was pushing me to sign an extended warranty and absolutely sold it to me as a win / win situation. If my car broke down during the lifetime of the warranty they'd pay for it; if it didn't, I get the entire warranty amount paid back to me; so no risk to me I was good either way. Needless to say, I never used the warranty and when I tried to call the insurance company, they said the proper paperwork wasn't filled out by the dealership. When I confronted Kline Nissan in person, they first played dumb but then eventually admitted they fired that warranty salesperson a couple of years earlier for this exact reason and there's nothing they could or would do for me. So this fraud is no accident, they've been doing this for years and years!!! Kline absolutely knew and knows about what's going on, and they flat out don't care. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that isn't there to screw their customers!!! You definitely can't trust them. But I can so one good or positive thing, thanks to Kline Nissan, I've never bought a warranty or extended warranty on another product. So I guess they saved me money over the years.
Adam Bazille is and always has been more than accommodating to our needs.
Awesome staff, friendly knowledgeable and good deals.
After (13) Chevrolet vehicles, one oldsmobile, one GMC Truck, and one Buick, I went to Kline Nissan in Maplewood to look at a new vehicle. Great experience, great people, excellent sales person- Christian. If you are in the market for a new vehicle...stop in and see Christian. He knows his stuff!
Absolutely nothing! Adam, my sales representative, was outstanding!
Went to Kline Nissan in White Bear for maintenance. Picked up and paid cash for my car same day. Received a call a week later questioning if I paid my bill and if I have documentation . When said yes I was still questioned. Very insulting. Not my fault you can't handle your paperwork!
I appreciate the help and honesty from joe he was amazing answered everything for me and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.
Parts Department.... Knowledgeable staff... Open late... Half the price of jobber parts.
I'm a repeat customer! Their service is exceptional, from sales staff to service advisors. The best!
Pleasant people, give correct expectations, chill atmosphere
My car purchasing went through smoothly. No issues.
I called this dealership to set up a service appointment for the airbag recall and was given an appointment time for the next Saturday. They didn't take down my contact info and I thought that was strange. When I called the next week to confirm the appointment our name wasn't even on the list of service appointments.
I then gave them all of the information and VIN number and they said they would call us back after ordering the parts. That was 3 weeks ago. I called and left a message last week with no return call.
I just called them today and none of our information was in their system and no parts were ordered. How can you verify the VIN number info the last time we talked and took down our phone number and now we don't exist in your system? They thought I may have talked to the Parts Department and they didn't have us in the system either.
I'm done trying to contact them to get an appointment to get this important recall notice done. How can you constantly lose a new customers information in your system? It's been almost a month now of trying to get this recall resolved. How can you run your business if you can't get parts and set an appointment for someone?
I'm going to another dealership who can keep track of my information and efficiently run their business.
Terrible service rep, rude and condinsending when I only wanted to check battery. He thought I should pay $119, to determine condition of battery. He got mad at me when I did not have time for high priced analysis. I will never go back to this dealer for anything.
I have owned several Nissan's in my life and have never been treated like that before.
Ryan Mickelson went way beyond expectations to deliver a 21 day license extension to me while I was waiting for tabs to arrive!
Really love Kline Nissan! Been with them for about 3 years, keep coming back! Good service department, good people. They take care of my Rogue!
I took an out-of-town trip to Kline Nissan to purchase a specific vehicle I spent weeks looking for. My experience with them could not have been better. I worked with Brad Moehlman who provided excellent throughout the entire process. Rob the finance manager also worked diligently to find an interest rate that was better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
I took my truck in to have a HVAC issue looked at on Wednesday. They said it would be 1.5 to 2 hours. At 1.5 hours I asked for an update. Was told they were looking at it. I went for a walk around the building and there was my truck sitting out back. It hadn't even been brought into they bay. I went inside and was told they had to look at someone else's car. I insisted on a rental and went home. They called me at the end of the day and was told they couldn't find the problem.
On Thursday they called me at the end of the day and was told that they still couldn't find the problem and they'd be going home in 10 minuets so I couldn't get my truck that day.
Friday came and no calls. I called and left a message as to the progress and never heard from them.
Saturday morning a finally got a call that I could come pick up my truck. When I arrived they told me I would be $119. I said I had an extended warranty so there shouldn't be a charge and asked what they did to correct the issue. They told me that they couldn't figure out the problem so it was a diagnostic fee. I told them that they hadn't diagnosed anything and I had gone without my truck for 3 days with almost no communication. They then said that If I wanted my truck back I was going to have to pay or they wouldn't allow me to take it.
I called the service manager, Brian, and left a message. He did not call me back. I had to call again to get a hold of him. I told him of my experience and that I'd like to have some consideration on my bill. I explained the situation and that I'd been bringing my '04 Titan there since it was new until I replaced it with my '14 Titan that I had purchased there. He said just because their communication was lacking and they found nothing, they wouldn't refund me any money for my inconvenience. I told him I had been a costumer for 12 years and asked if he was willing to loose my business. He just said that if that's what I had to do then he's ok with it. They have lost my business.
Very professional dealership. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to buy. They were very accommodating, my appointment was late Thursday evening and they ensured satisfaction from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off. I live 30 minutes away in Edina and have many dealerships in my area but I am very happy I went with Kline.
service to my car was done in the time promised. I do not have any complaints.
Great place to deal for car. Salesman Randy was helpful and was fair.
After routine service, I noticed some scratches on the back of my car, which I suspected were caused by a magnet left on the car going through a car wash. I brought the car into Kline, and they explained that they wash cars by hand, so the scratches must have have been caused by something else. Nevertheless, they voluntarily buffed out the scratches and even went so far as to detail the rest of the car, all free of charge. I was highly impressed.
Everything was fine, but I ve been surprised that both times I ve come in for an oil change and tire rotation, no one ever puts air in my tires. 3 tires are at 40 and 1 at 37. I know I have one tire with an incredibly slow leak and it was lower than the others both times and remained that way as I was driving away. That concerns me because I m wondering what else are they not checking for fluid levels? I would think the multi point inspection would include tire pressure and fluid levels???
Nice staff, Coffee and water available at store, no longer waiting time.
Great place! Good coffee and waiting area while they service my car. They have small little play area for kids as well!
Sales staff extremely knowledgeable and not pushy
Listened to our needs and helped us find our perfect car...
Excellent service without an aggressive push to sell additional goods and services than the ones buyer wants
Tristin always takes great care of my car! I won t go anywhere else to service my Maxima
Tristan was great to work with. He explained everything and got it done in a timely manner.
Chris Little was an amazing sales rep! I would recommend Chris to any of my friends, colleagues, or family members.
Cheers
Kevin
I had a great experience at Kline Nissan. It was my first new car purchase, and they made it an enjoyable experience. Cheng Yang was my sales rep, and he was a knowledgable professional with a great attitude and no-pressure approach. He kept things moving, kept in communication when my car was in having aftermarket leather seats and seat heat done, and when the best day for me to pick the car up happened to be his day off, he came in on his day off to make sure everything was taken care of. Great service all around, I definitely give these guys my recommendation. Best of all, I love my new Rogue!
Was disappointed that they did not have a Nissan kicking with all the bells and whistles,if u are trying to sell it you should have it on hand.and the salesman was not to noligable on that car
If I could rate Kline Nissan a zero I would. My vehicle was under warranty and my radio was deemed to be replaced since February. They failed to replace it for multiple reasons/excuses and after multiple tries Ivan Lacount promised to replace it. I brought it in for service, heard nothing for a full day, I ended up calling and that s when I finally got a call back only to be told that it was NOT replaced because they had a new update that fixed the problem, however, they had already done that once before and the issue did get better but it was not fixed. I asked them to please replace the radio as I was promised but they refused to do it because Kline would take a $5000 hit and they were not going to do that. I regret ever bringing my business to them. Do yourself a favor and avoid the inconvenience/head ache.
Ryan really took care of me. This experience was easy and as smooth as one could hope for!! He was professional and so nice! I highly recommend coming in and checking him out!! I love my car and I don't think I've ever had a better car buying experience!!
When I called to schedule the recall service, I was told it would take about an hour, so I built my day around that, with a little buffer. When I arrived, I was told that work takes 1.5-1.75 hours. It took just over 1.5 hours before Dana came and got me.
Usually, the estimate is good. Not sure why this was a problem, but it required changes to my schedule due to the incorrect estimate originally.
Great Experience. Pedro was fantastic to work with, he was on point with every step of the process. He was very thorough with everything. I will definitely work with him again in the future.
Adam Bazille helped me buy a car at Kline. Would highly recommend using him if you are interested in buying or leasing a car.
We brought in our 2012 LEAF for a brake job and tire rotation. Tristan was great. Professional and courteous. He called to give us a quote, and when we picked up the car, the cost was less than the quote because they could reuse the brake pads. I appreciated that they kept their social distance, so it was comfortable to be there. We are big fans of Kline Nissan.
Adam B. takes great pride in what he does: making happy customers! His smile is genuine and his outgoing personality shines through, which makes him easy for people to talk to and trust. You won't encounter high pressure sales tactics from this top-notch salesman. Adam was very helpful and prompt when my husband and I were comparison shopping for a new vehicle. (We were very impressed with the Nissan Rogue.) Although we chose to buy from another dealership, we will not hesitate to contact Adam when we are ready to buy again!
Tristan is the best service advisor in the building
Is not a good place , if you are starting to grow.
I had the best customer service from the staff. I was able to trade in my old Altima for a new one. Thank you to Juan and Krystal for making it so smooth to get my brand new car! You guys were so sweet and made sure everything was perfect! Highly recommend this place!
Last week we bought a Nissan Murano. Love it! Loved the entire experience. Jerry was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. Highly recommend this vehicle and dealership.
Chris Little took his time to make us feel welcome and to understand what we were looking for in a vehicle. There was also no pressure selling which makes me happy
I have been a long time customer of Kline Nissan. Adam Bazille and the service department have always took care of all my vehicle's needs. I highly recommend seeing Adam for your next vehicle purchase. I know I will!
Exceptional customer service by Pedro and Brett and they stand behind the Kline name. They don't stop working for you just because the sale is final and you have signed on the dotted line. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance. We highly recommend.
I was looking for a new car in 2015 and ended up leasing with Kline Nissan because their Sales Rep Chris Little was so great to work with. This guy has excellent Customer Service skills (not something you find everywhere you go these days).
Every time I went to the dealership for oil changes and tire rotations I got great service, there was never a crabby apple in the bunch!
I recently received a call to change up my lease and I took advantage. I walked right in, spoke to my guy Chris and was able to walk out that day with a brand new lease with even better perks than the first one.
I really enjoy the team at Kline Nissan and as long as Chris Little is there I will be a continual repeat customer.
My car had been making some concerning sounds. I took it to Kline Nissan, where we have purchased our last two vehicles. Not only did it take ALL DAY, but they charged me for $1,200 of car repairs, none of which resolved either of my problems! After following up with them about this, I was completely ignored (once by email, and again after their service manager emailed me asking for feedback on my service. I let him know of my disappointing experience, and he never followed up. I emailed him again, and that also went unanswered).
I was disheartened and upset about this, so I decided to take my car to a locally loved family auto place called Tuan's. They allowed me to schedule via text (and were super responsive to my texts throughout the process), and FIXED both problems for $60!!! Needless to say, I'll never go back to Kline Nissan.
Bought a used car there for over 10k. Sales man assured me there was no transmission issues. Transmission went out 3 month later. Very disappointed and dont trust them!!! Buyer be aware!
I enjoyed talking to Ivan he was very welcoming guy and well manner, I could say 10/10
Never buy a car from this dealership. Actually thinking about buying a second new Nissan (now not from Kline)! We love our Nissan but that's a Nissan thing, not a Kline Nissan thing. The service department is dishonest and rude. I purchased extra services when the car was bought and now I'm stuck with having to take it there to have these services completed. Furthermore, they refuse to confirm to me what the services I bought are and what I have used. Today's story: Service department said we could schedule an oil change and purchase a new car key which needs to be programmed, and it would be done in one hour. My husband arrived and was told the key takes 2 hours, oil change 75 minutes. My husband was on his lunch break so he could not stay two hours as the appointment was for one hour. I texted with the service "advisor" after he texted me and he basically didn't believe me that I was told an hour and doesn't know "who could have told you that". And then implied it was my husband's fault because he couldn't stay for two hours. When I replied that my husband has a job and can not just stay two hours when one was promised, he stopped communicating with me. So much for customer service! Also, in a previous experience I showed up, walked in and there are a bunch of guys on the phone who ignored me. You're not sure if you're just supposed to stand there or..? Go into the car sales area? No one greets you or gives you a nod so you know you've been seen, no place to sit and wait. Just stand there for several minutes in front of all of them until they decide to deal with you. In addition (in the past), we were told that we must give perfect scores on the survey Nissan sends or their job is on the line. Does corporate Nissan know that they pressure perfect scores from customers? A little courtesy would go a long way. Challenging me in texts (and then refusing to continue to communicate) and blaming my husband is not good business. Why would I make this issue up? And then refusing to continue to communicate just seals the deal that they don't care one ounce. They took a bad situation and escalated it to much worse. I waited to send this review but they refuse to communicate with me so no need to wait.
I had a great experience buying my car here! Pedro helped me feel valued as a customer, and was very friendly and knowledgeable! It was a clean and friendly environment!
Great car buying experience here. Adam Bazille worked with me and he was awesome! He was super laid back and it was very low stress. It was my first time buying a car and I felt very comfortable by the end of the process. Thanks again!
In and out in abt an hour, drove away in our new used car.
Horrible service! Car was WORSE after the FIXED my leaky power steering hose! And it took 2.5 hours! I waited 30 min AFTER I payed my bill for my car! Had to ask 2x! Never going back ever.
GREAT experience bringing my car into the this car service center. I worked with Tristan Feeney who was excellent. He went on a test drive with me when I got there because I had an ongoing noise issue under my car, and he made sure one of their top techs fixed my car. Now after months of hearing that noise, I hear no noise. This is THE place to go for car repair!!!! :)
I have thought long and hard about this review. I m not the type of person to just react and spew hurtful comments. Reviews effect business and should be taken seriously. With that being said, I must warn anyone thinking about having service/repair work done at this dealership. I d also have to say, that if I m honest, buying my car wasn t the experience I would have expected from a dealership.
The day I bought my car the gentleman who had sold it to me wasn t present. I was rushed into finance, signed my life away, and then given a set of keys. Nobody did a final run through of the vehicle with me. I didn t know how to use all the buttons and when I got home realized the wrong owners manual was given to me. Should have known then that this was a warning sign.
I purchased a Nissan Certified vehicle and along with that came $10 oil changes. Great!! Well that was never the case. Every time I came in it was at least 50$ because they don t tell you about all the other maintenance add on s they force you to do. The oil changes took hours each time and every time I came in I felt like an inconvenience. I stopped doing the oil changes and just paid normal prices to go to Valvoline. At least they re friendly.
My most recent experience was the last straw. My car broke down and I had it towed to the dealership. I purchased the creme de la creme of extended warranties. I m a single female and just wanted the peace of mind in knowing that if a problem were to arise I d be covered. No issues, no hassles, no typical auto mechanic BS. Not the case here at all!!
After multiple days of waiting for just a diagnosis, jumping through hoops over the warranty, and then being given a huge hassle over a rental car (which was free and included with the terms of my warranty) my car was finally determined to have a failed fuel pump. The lack of organization and emotional intelligence during this experience was horrific. I get my car back finally and think the problem is fixed.
A week later I get a message on my dash telling me that the fuel cap is loose. I check and it isn t. I call. Tell them what is happening and that I m still smelling raw fuel. (They had spilled gas on the interior when changing the pump). I m dismissed and told that it s the cold weather the light will go off.
The light did go off and then a new one came on. I called. It went off. Came back on. I called. The whole time expressing concern over the fuel smell. I brought the car in.
I m now dealing with a guy named Billy who is the epitome of a good ol boy chauvinist. He tells me they have looked at my car, the codes are all coming back that it s safe to drive, there is something wrong, but he s not willing to invest anymore man hours into chasing the problem. I leave feeling completely defeated.
Four days ago I spend 3 hours stuck in my car during traffic and snow. Am so sick from the fumes by the time I get home that I spend the evening vomiting. Go in my garage the next morning and the smell of gas is overwhelming. Pull my car out, put a piece of paper in the puddle on the floor and take a lighter to it. Guess what?! Flame!! The type of flame you get from gas. Whoosh!
I immediately call the Luther Nissan in Inver Grove. They get me in quickly and diagnose and fix the problem within 24hrs. Kline had put a dirty Oring in my car when they fixed the fuel pump. I had been leaking gas the entire time. I went to Kline yesterday to get the money needed to pay Luther and not once was an apology given! Not once! Nothing!
Long story short, go to Luther. The experience is night and day. I felt obligated to have my car serviced at Kline because that s where I had bought it. The Luther folks are kind, patient, efficient, and you ll actually experience what it means to have your car serviced at a dealership!
Overall an amazing and exciting experience purchasing my first car and I will definitely come back and recommend this to anyone.Chris, Pedro, Brett and Krystal were all amazing in helping me along the way. I'm beyond happy with my purchase.
I can't describe how terrible the sales department of Kline Nissan is. Especially Tom Walsh. Don't buy your car from there!!!! They are professionals lied in front of your face.
Don't buy your car from Tom Walsh!
Electricity. EV charging kind. Really needed it. Thanks!
The fixed the main reason for this visit.
However, my Armada has a chronic issue with the doors locking when I step out of the vehicle for a few seconds. You have not fixed that issue yet.
Randy in the sales department at Kline Nissan was extremely knowledgeable in all the Nissan's that we looked at. He truly knows his stuff.
Emmanuel O. was awesome! answered all my questions, the purchase experience was seamless and quick. will definitely recommend him to future buyers.
I had the best experience with Chris Little! He is just a great guy to work with! He always takes care of me:) and such a friendly staff!
It was amazing. We has looked at other cars/dealers prior and our salesperson exceeded our prior experience and expectations. They listened to what we wanted, gave us privacy to make our decisions, and even though we knew it may be a slight obstacle with financing, they made it happen. We are so thrilled with our Rogue. Thank you so much Adam and Kline team. We couldn't be happier we stopped by.
Chris is very helpful and understanding of our needs especially in this time of Covid-19! And everyone else we worked with did a great job!
The service rep was awesome as usual thank you Tristan Feeney and Klein Nissan
Aaron sold me a used frontier and I would buy from him again. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and wasnt pushy at all. They had put new tires and brakes on the truck before sale and their detailers did an outstanding and very fast job getting the truck ready for me while the payment was being worked out. They gave me a nice deal with my trade in after I had tried to negotiate. I had a couple small issues getting a check engine light fixed which ended in me getting the truck fixed at a mechanic closer to home. Kline paid most of that repair bill and I was very pleased and confident that they will make sure you are taken care of.
It was enjoyable, interesting and informative.Besides this our salesman, Chris was fabulous in explaining all that he needed to. We still will see him after he gets back.Geri and George
