The people atthe Kline Nissan dealership in Maplewood are all ways very helpful. I do have to extend an extra thanks to Ryan in the service department for going out of his way last summer by calling me up on his own personal time to check in with me, to confirm that I was able to remedy the problem I was experiencing with one of my tire valves which had started leaking after leaving the dealership for repairs on the very same problem. Thanks Ryan for taking the time and going out of the scope of your job requirements to ensure the customer service and wellbeing had been successfully taken care of.

Awesome staff and service. Second car that we have bought from Kline and will continue to go back. Please seek out Pedro Cruz for a friendly sales rep.
The salesman was not pushy at all. He didn't ride along when we test drive the car. They allow dogs in and even have a water dish for them. Highly recommend.
Showed me the 27 point inspection sheet as I left the lot after receiving service, and as I made it to the frontage road my tire pressure lights popped on reading the same psi as before when they claimed to have filled my tires. I was very disappointed with my service appointment.
Bought a certified preowned 2013 Pathfinder almost a year ago. From the drive home it smelled like antifreeze and I was told it was from fluids being topped off and needed to burn off. Have brought it in more than once and kept getting told smell is there but not sure why. Hooked up our boat trailer and running lights didn t work. Brought it in and was told it was fine and must be our trailer. Accepted that and ended up buying another trailer and shockingly the running lights didn t work on that one. Had a friend hook up both trailers and lights worked. Just brought pathfinder in again and now they acknowledge a fuse is out. Finally, the back hatch had a recall within the first months we owned it (it quit working and when we brought it in we learned it was recalled and covered.) they fixed it and it since made a popping sound. On my list but not high priority to follow up on since we live almost an hour away. Every time it s been in for an oil change we bring up issues and they don t get fixed. Now the back hatch opens and immediately closes with decent force. It actually hit me in the head while I was loading groceries last week with my two year old son. My head had a small bump and small amount of blood. I m not saying it killed me but if I was a child I think more damage could have occurred. When we had it in for the same repeat issues and mentioned the back hatch they said they would fix it. Now they said it isn t covered but they can send it to the body shop. We have never bumped it on anything or hit anything. They said we had to bring it back in 30 days if purchase to be covered. Pick a time we brought it in. We also purchased a platinum extended bumper to bumper warranty that apparently doesn t cover that either. The staff is nice and every time I talk to them I do feel hopeful they will fix things. But now almost a year later I have lost confidence and am thinking we bought a lemon and they will not stand by their guarantee of quality. Hoping it works out better but thought I d share before anyone decides to buy a used vehicle from them as my husband was also reminded by the staff that we did buy a used vehicle...(3x,xxxx miles on it).
I purchased a 2016 corvette from Kline a week ago and it s already in the shop at my local Chevy dealer. The car is jumpy at cruising speeds and my Chevy dealer says there s moisture in the transmission fluid and needs to be flushed. I have a 2,000 mile warranty when I bought the car and also purchased an extended warranty for $3,800 and Kline won t cover the service which is only $500. I talked to the used car manager Bret and he just couldn t figure out why I brought it in for service, I told him nobody brings their car in for service for the fun of it, I brought it in because it isn t running properly. Bret was extremely rude and kept pointing the finger at me and the authorized Chevy dealer where I brought the car for service. I also talked to Ivan at Kline who is the service manager and he actually said a Chevy dealer should be working on it not Kline Nissan. Bret couldn t understand my side of customer service that the car had the issue when I bought it. Don t buy a used car from Kline, they don t care once you re off the lot!!!!!!!!!! I m not one of those people that are unhappy with things, I m very easy going and it takes a lot for me to do things like this but I need to notify others looking to buy from Kline of my issues. Cornerstone Chevrolet in Monticello is handling the service on my car.
This was my third time leasing with Kline Nissan and my experience is always wonderful! The entire process is smooth and easy (which is hard to say in this industry). Chris Little is the BEST in the business. Not only is he professional but he's kind, truly cares and is real. He's become a friend to my family and that is incredibly important to maintain future business for the dealership. I just can't say enough amazing things about Chris and the Kline staff! Thank you!
Pretty good service, fast and helpful, however when I brought in my car for service they never called me when they were finished with repairs. Ended up having to call in to check.
My son turned in a leased Nissan Altima for a new Nissan Altima and the salesman, manager, and finance guy all approved the deal and he drove away. Five months later he got a letter from a collection agency stating he owed money on his old lease. We went to Kline Nissan and met with the general manager (Pam), who would not do a darn thing to correct the situation. Worst management person ever. We are now dealing with Nissan Corporate do try to fix the situation. At Kline a deal is never really a deal I guess. Don't trust them - you've been warned!
Adam was very helpful, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us to buy. He trusted us to do a test drive without him, I don't think I've ever had a dealership allow us to do that, earned my trust in him and this dealership right away.
I called Kline Nissan on Thursday the 28th of December to make an appointment to meet me a salesperson to look at Midsize suvs. I was directed to Pedro Cruz and he asked me what I was looking for in a car. I told him and we were to meet on Saturday. He called me this morning as I was on my way to see if I was still interested in coming and I said I m on my way. He told me to take my time as the weather was bad. I met him and from start to finish he was professional as was Tim the financial manager. I purchased a 2017 Rogue Sport with the necessities I wanted. Tim had told me that he heard me talking about God and how I was so humble to be blessed! The whole staff was really great in making me, my sister, and brother comfortable until the very end. I will recommend anyone and everyone as I was to come to friendly Kline Nissan !!! Thank you all and God bless and a Happy New Year!!!!
The Kline establishments have been family to me for a very long time. So when it came time for a vehicle of course I chose Kline! I've never been disappointed by them and they all work so hard to get you exactly what you want!! Plus the maintenance dude is AWESOME!!!
My buying experience at Kline when I purchased my LEAF from Adam Bazille was the best car buying experience I've had. And I've bought a few cars over my lifetime. I highly recommend Kline and Adam when looking for your next vehicle. And if you are looking at a LEAF (Which I highly recommend as well) Adam is your guy!
Great place! Clean environment, friendly staff, fast / on time service. So happy I bought my car from them as they have the best customer service around!
Our salesperson Ryan Dukatz was extremely competent and attentive to our needs. Always smiling, and never hard-selling, he gave credibility by explaining his many years in the business. I test drove two Nissan Rogues and drove away with the second one. The second test drive they let me actually take it out by myself for a few hours which gave me a chance to take it to where my wife was at that time. I was very impressed with him and wouldn't hesitate to take business to him again.
Randy Wimer is the BEST! Kline Nissan went out of their way to make this car buying experience the best. Randy was helpful, attentive, but NOT pushy. After we left on the day of the test drive, my wife and I looked at each other and said, "That was a great experience. If we pick a Nissan, we are going back to Randy." We decided on a Juke, and followed up with Randy the next week, and got a GREAT deal! The owner was really flexible, understanding, and helped us feel great about our purchase, putting us in contact with the right people. Can't say enough great things about Kline Nissan.
Wouldnt recommend this dealer to anyone. They will return your calls only if everythings easy for them. I applied for credit there and got NO return call even after calling them twice! Typical car dealer, horrible customer service!! I still have no clue the status of my loan and now it doesnt matter because I wouldnt buy anything crom them. If you like to feel like a valued customer, go elsewhere.
Pedro helped me find the best SUV for me with all the options that I wanted and with 0% financing and explained the benefits of the purchase and how to operate the tech features.
Ivan, in the Service Department, did a great job expressing the needed maintenance of our vehicle to me and husband. Ivan also provided exceptional service to cover our needs in the longer wait time of the service by allowing us a rental car. Thank you
Drove from Iowa to see a particular car. Chris Little arranged to meet us at a time and had everything ready to go. Well thought out test drive to see how car handled on different roads. Very respectful and pleasant to work with. Cars are more involved than they used to be. Very informative on all the options. Navigation, blind spot monitoring, bluetooth etc. Lots to learn !! Chirs Little made the car buying experience easier.
My father and I went in to look at new vehicles over Black Friday. We worked with Jerry who made sure all of our needs were taken care of. If you need a new vehicle I recommend working with Jerry. He's new but he works hard to earn your business and make sure all your needs are met.
I had an excellent experience at Kline. I had worked with Alex during my search for a used vehicle. Alex was very professional, sincere, courteous, and went above and beyond expectations. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a car salesperson. Highly recommend.
watch out for the use car sales men, make sure you read al paper work, they got My girl for 29% interest on a 2012 Nissan it should be a law they should have to tell you what you are getting in to ?????
Tristan was very nice and knowledgeable about my issue and took the time and showed me the problem on my car. A beginning burnt out turn signal. Service was done quickly within the time Frame I was given, and Thanks for the car wash.
I'm in the industry and deal with a lot of different dealers and just had my first experience with Kline. Every person I met, from the salesman to the managers to the detailers, was super helpful and had a great attitude. Especially with sales consultants, usually if they don't see a chance for a sale, they aren't very helpful. In this case, I have to believe that if they were this good with me, the customers must get above-and-beyond treatment. Great group!
Employees are very friendly, and most importantly- very helpful. Hit a little bump while doing paperwork, but that s no biggie. They were able to assist us then and there with no problems.
Ryan was terrific - got me all set-up quickly and efficiently for service. Took great care of the problem with my truck and we were able to add a oil change since the vehicle was there. Always appreciate the great service!
I ve known this is the dealership to stay away from for over 30 years. I owned one Nissan and had it serviced there. Worst servicing experience ever. Constantly up selling. Constantly being shown their employees hate working here. Even management. Buy a Toyota or a Honda or go across town to your local Nissan dealership stay away from this place
Sue W. in sales was extremely friendly and personable. She made the experience of buying a car very pleasant. Lee in finance did an awesome job of working numbers and getting me where I wanted to be. Bottom line is, I told them where I wanted to be for payment, and they made it happen with great friendly service along the process. One of the best dealerships I have ever been to and one of the best car buying experiences ever. This is after I had been to 3 other dealerships in the metro area. None of them compared to the service I got at Kline Nissan.
My experience at Kline has been absolutely horrible. I inquired about a 2013 Nissan coupe probably at the end of September/early October of 2015. I received an email back from Sales Consultant Brad M. We corresponded back and forth until I was able to come in and look at it. Since it was a Certified Pre-owned vehicle I was informed that the price would not be dropped (in order to be competitive with other 2013 Nissan coupes) until November 1st, because they could only sell so many Certified Pre-owned vehicles per month. Upom setting up an appointment to come test drive the car, I all of a sudden was informed by Brad that there was an out-of-state buyer looking to purchase the car sight unseen for the new full asking price November 1st. The seemed a tad fishy to me seeing that Brad and I have been emailing for about a month and then all of a sudden there was interest in this car from another buyer. This car was on their lot since the previous winter...and NOW there was a demand for it? Fast forward here...I decide to purchase the car but asked if I could have the scratches buffed out. It was a black car with 5,500 miles on it and so any scratches I'd like gone. Brad offered to buff the scratches out by hand himself. When I asked if the body shop could do it he stated that that costs money and he could do it himself. When I left that day I looked up on Kline's website the cost of buffing out scratches. Prices started at $39.99 and since there were just a few, I'd gather it wouldn't have cost them too much. I emailed Brad to state the price to professionally buff out scratches from Kline Nissan and upon approval from the Used Car Sales Manager, it was done. The fact that Brad didn't even check with their service department to begin with was ridiculous. The horrible service continues with being promised to have a few different bank's interest rates emailed to me so that when I came back on Monday to purchase the car I'd have had a chance to decide with whom I'd be getting an auto loan from. Monday rolled around and got nothing. I called. Cal, in finance, stated that he left Krystal, the lady I had originally spoken with, a message to email me the rates. Got nothing. Called Brad and let him know when coming in to sign papers I'd like to just deal with the Finance Manager. Came in Monday night to sign papers to purchase the car with Jon Kopp, the finance manager. Everything went fine until we got to the Gap Insurance. I let Jon know upfront that I was unsure and would sign up for it, but that he may be getting a phone call back Tuesday (the next day), after I could speak with my insurance agent and another person more knowledgeable about Gap Insurance than I. I ended up calling Jon back Tuesday to ancel Gap Insurance with Nissan to which he immediately went off stating that Nissan's coverage was better (before he even knew who I chose to get Gap Insurance with instead). Because of my cancellation of Nissan's Gap Insurance I needed to sign new paperwork. Before I could ask Jon about this he hung up on me. I immediately called back and he did not answer. Another stellar customer service interaction.
I don't think this purchase could have went any worse than it did. As you read this you may ask why I purchased from them after all of that?! Well, I searched high and low for a coupe and a 2013 certified pre-owned with 5,500 miles is hard to find. Believe me, I won't be back. I am actually sitting at Coon Rapids Nissan writing this review as I wait for them to look at the flaking small bit of paint seal on my car that Kline couldn't care less about (I called them first and to no avail they were extremely unhelpful).
