He listened carefully to our wishlist, showed us multiple S60s, answered every little question, and gave us time and space to make the best decision for us, with zero pressure. Melissa made paperwork quick and easy once we made our choice. Chris Little is an absolute joy to work with! He is laid back and easy to talk to, yet professional and very informative! He followed up with me to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Him and the finance manager treated me very kindly after I requested a change to the warranty (after I had already signed paperwork). They could have been frustrated with me, but instead assisted me through the process with the utmost respect! I will return to their dealership when I decide to trade in. Great customer service!

Our sales specialist was Ryan Mickelson and his non-pressure sales approach was a relief from the normal high pressure sales pitch car salesman are branded with. Bryce and the finance team helped us with a loan that fit our budget and got us into the exact car we wanted. I would definitely buy another car from Ryan Mickelson and from Kline Nissan. Great car buying experience from a great dealership. Oh, and the Nissan Rogue we bought ROCKS!!

Plain and simple: he knows his trade, he will help, and he isnt the greedy manipulative type that some of us have had the misfortune of encountering at dealerships.

If you have or are interested in having an electric car, do yourself a favor and talk to adam bazille.

(Though unimportant to read, this was my experience)
You know that rotten feeling you get when someone takes advantage of you for their own personal gain, while displaying the disingenuous "this is for you, not me" act? That was my experience from the extended warranty guy when im bought my Leaf at Wayzata Nissan. I shouldn't have allowed myself to be hustled, and after my 10th no, I should have just walked out so that my answer was accepted. But I did not, and that is on me. So that rotten feeling is my deserved reward for not standing up for myself.

Since then, I've been reluctant to reach out to Nissan dealerships at all. I know that it isn't fair to Nissan or all dealerships, but my negative experience there, in conjunction with my calls to that dealership prior to buying the car, and an awkward charging experience at the Burnsville dealership, had left me more willing to avoid dealerships than willing to risk trying in hopes of a positive experience.

Over a year ago, I was charging at Kline Nissan, knowing little about my car, having only owned it for a few weeks at the time. I saw Adam helping a customer in the space next to my car and when he was done, I asked him if he could help me with a few questions. I told him outright that I bought from Wayzata Nissan, so he knew that it wasn't from Kline, I didn't have an appointment, it was cold as hell outside, and so as far as I could tell, he had no incentive to help me. Not only did he teach me plenty in those few minutes, but he gave me his card and said if I ever have more questions. You might be thinking, sales tactic...

Then a few days ago my car dies for the first time. Extreme cold temperatures brought my car from having 2 bars, parked and turned off for a full day, to not being able to unlock at all without the manual key, much less start.

I searched online, Nissan's disassembly pdf's, youtube videos, nissan forums, leaf forums, EV expert blogs, all while calling Nissan roadside assistance (prompts 2 and 4, while friendly, are rather limited per Nissans liability protections, but its worth a try) to no avail. Only costs first, answers later. This lasted a day and a half.

I finally went into my contacts list looking for anything nissan related. I called and left a message with a nissan leaf technician that serviced my car months ago, no return call. Then I saw Adam's number saved from way back, and honestly I expected nothing positive, but at this point my reluctance was trumped by my desire not to be towed. Maybe he would be busy, disinterested in helping out a customer that wasn't making him money, or unwilling. After Wayzata, these were my concerns even despite Adam being so helpful long ago.

Well, I couldnt have been further off. He answered, listened, helped me, and literally answered more than I asked to provide me with additional information that I didn't even know I needed, but absolutely do. No sales tactic, no "who is this and what's in it for me." Just genuine help. No BS. And he offered that I follow up with him if, once again, I ever needed help. Are you kidding me. Give this guy a prize.

In my opinion, more of this is needed - not just from Nissan, but customer service in general.

So from someone who has had an unlucky go with car related things this winter, I say thank you. Hopefully this helps you as it is the least you deserve.

That being said I was helped by Tyler Woinarowicz and man did he do a great job Tyler had a great attitude and was very easy to get along with he helped me by telling me about all the features and other info I would like to know about while also being very polite to my opinions. I came in skeptical and not originally planning to work with Kline Maplewood because of some past service experiences.. but nonetheless I got connected with Adam after my chat session on the Nissan website. He wasn t even working the day he responded to me. I sent him a list of must haves , he told me he d get back to me. The next day he sent me a window sticker with a perfect vehicle. After some checking around at other dealers and some back and forth with Adam, I am now the owner of the vehicle he originally picked out. Great experience, Adam was very helpful and responsive. I purchased a used 2012 juke and it is mostly great. Some CV JOINT issues early on. Service and pricing at Kline is great, but had a bad customer service experience recently - Billy was the person helping me and updating me with info from my scheduled services (tire patch and oil change) and he failed to mention before I picked uo my vehicle that they decided not to patch my tire because I was going to get new tires soon anyways. They DID fill it with air but that won't last. Their decision was disappointing but not a big deal, but I think the way Billy handled it was unprofessional. Once I showed up to pick up my car he told me the news, and did so very condescendingly, like he was upset I didn't buy tires on a whim from him instead. Billy was too pushy for the job, and then was rude to me when I declined to buy new tires and left me with a wheel that still needed to be fixed without mentioning it to me until I was ready to pick it up, thinking I wouldn't have to worry about it.

Just got my 3rd Lease with Kline. Randy is so helpful and friendly . I am extremely happy with all my cars. I just get bored with the same car so leasing is great option for me. Also very happy to have added the extended wear and tear protection cause the 1st Murano I turned in had 4500. Of damage covered. And my last car also will have some covered. Saves on claiming it on my insurance. Highly recommend this place!

Brought my Roque in for a safety recall, when I made the appointment they indicated it would take approx 1 hour. They kept their promise, and much, much, much more.
Wonderful good size waiting room, comfy reclining chairs, plenty of beverages to choose from, everyone so pleasant.

When they informed me my vehicle was ready (under 1 hour), they also indicated they had washed and vacummed out my interior. NO OTHER dealership ever has done this, even when you paid for the service.

This place is a scam... I called on a Thursday night about a van talked to a salesperson they told me all about the van. I take 5 kids in car seats at 730 am to be there by 9 when they open to test drive and buy a new van. I call them at 901 at the gas station to ask them to pull it up, only to find out they have it listed on their website but it's not really there, they did a dealer trade and it's sold but not even one the lot although they are advertising for it... Waited 96 hours and it's still on their website....

I have been purchasing vehicles from Kline since 2003; eight in total over that time. I keep coming back to Kline for several reasons. Sure, they have a great selection and helpful website, but for me, it comes down to the people you deal with. On the front end, Adam Bazille has been my sales guy. On a number of purchases, we didn't know what we really wanted and Adam patiently showed us the various vehicle options and payments that made me confident we purchased the right vehicle in the end. The service department is great, too. I often work with Bob Helgeson who does an outstanding job walking me through what needs to be done and why. When you deal with these guys as often as I have, you know they are not only good at their jobs but people of high integrity; something often missing in the car buying/maintenance process.

Had a problem with my sunroof not operating correctly & was out of warranty by 300 miles & 11 months. Nissan approved covering 90%.
Ivan, the service rep at Kline & Steve the technician were fantastic in coordinating the repair & should be commended. The cost ended up being less than projected. The only reason for the 8 rating, is this is the third issue with my Rogue, so the quality of the vehicle itself not the best

You guys get me EVERY SINGLE time! You always turn off my lights but I don't notice it until I'm driving at night and someone flashes their lights at me, or I'm unable to see something. I'm used to leaving them on Auto, and I forget from one appointment to the next that you turn them off. Ughhh. Is that a rule with routine service? I just wish you wouldn't turn them off.

I got a Nissan Murano in 2014 from Kline Nissan, On Saturday(5/30/2015) my car did not start and i found it unusual. I had just got low fuel warning other day and drove half a mile to my garage which should not cause any problems and should not drain my battery completely. So i decided to call Kline Nissan on 5/30/2015 since i felt there was something unsual.First time i called the lady operator picked up and said she will transfer me to the service department, the lady in the service department picked up call and as soon as i told my problem she said we are busy can i put on hold for a MOMENT, i was on hold for about for a MOMENT (10 Minutes) and then call got cut, then i tried again and operator again transferred me to the service department and the service department hung up immediately without even picking the call, so i called again and this time operator would not pick and put me on hold just by seeing my number i guess. After trying for several times operator picked up and told we are busy and cant help, if you want leave your phone number service manager will reach you out in sometime and hung up the call, i had to call back again to check if she had got the right number, she was very rude and took down my number again. This was on Saturday and still i have not call from Kline Nissan (6/1/2015). Never do any business with them, unprofessional bunch of people

I'm having recall work done on my Suburu Versa. The Service Department has been great. However, the cashier is cold and seems unapproachable just for change. Such a shame considering that I am in the market for another vehicle in February. All it takes is one bad egg to turn me off on a business. I give it 3 STAR'S for now. To be continued... they finished my vehicle at the given time and all is well. I looked around at their vehicles as I will be in the market in February, and am considering buying from this Dealer based on my interaction with Ivan. Very nice young man. I bought a certified pre-owned Nissan from Kline in November of 2019 and had a great experience. The sales staff were helpful and knowledgeable and I didn't feel pressured at any point. I did find a small ding on a door the day after buying the vehicle, but the staff at Kline took care of it and got it in and out of the body shop in a few days. Overall it was as good a vehicle-buying experience as I've had anywhere, and I'll be back for my next purchase.

Tristan in the servicing department took great care of me from start to finish. I called as soon as the shop opened and he got my car in and before I knew it it was done! Tristan kept me informed every step of the way. Aaron Bertsinger who was my sales person when I purchased my vehicle also made sure to follow up with me and communicate with Tristan what 30k mile inspections were needed. Pedro was quick to help us & made us feel very comfortable right away. We are expecting a baby in 2 months so we were looking for a newer, safer car & he found us our dream car! The sales person was great but after that everything went down hill. I had the same experience that Jodi C. described. When I was negotiating the purchase I asked for a trailer hitch to be include but I was willing to pay something for it, they agreed and all was fine. Once I got to the final document process the person was so rude because I wasn't financing anything and didn't want the extended maintenance. He became rude, insulting and acted like I was imposing on his time. I want to thank Jodi for writing those comments because I went back the next day and read the reviews and decided I should look closer at the detailed bill, sure enough they charged me not only the agreed price including the hitch but they also charged me full retail again for the same hitch, $500. I called and with the help of the sales person I did finally get a check for the $500. This is not the first car I bought from Kline but it will be my last. I love the Nissan product but this deal needs to clean its act up. BTW, I'm still waiting on the hitch and it's been almost 2 weeks since we agreed to the purchase.

We got our Armada serviced here for years. They have a place for the kids to play, beverages and a decent waiting area. They hassled us for months to sell them the Armada. Took a long time and too much effort on my part but we did end up buying a new car from them. I don't recommend the process but we do like the new car. Took 2+ hours for the quote 30 min effort to get the roof rack installed.

Had an amazing experience with Kline Nissan while finding my new vehicle. Of the many dealerships I was contacting in the Twin Cities area, Adam Bazille of Kline Nissan was far above the others. Great communication, easy going, professional and not overbearing. I went in on a Friday for a test drive, chatted a little about trade-in and sales price and didn't receive any pressure to finish the deal that day. After some more research and looking around the next morning, I ended up back at Kline to complete my purchase of a new Nissan Rogue with Adam. I would highly recommend Adam and Kline Nissan on your next vehicle search.

Even while wandering around the showroom and the lot, everyone was eager to help (I know its a car dealership) but they weren't aggressive. Again, a great car shopping experience thanks to Adam and Kline Nissan. Thank you!

She was knowledgeable and if she didn't know the answer, was quick to find it. Her manager, Liz, was very flexible and easy to work with our requests. I bought a 2015 nissan versa brand new. 2.5 years and 30,000 miles later my tires (continental) are worn out, i called to see if there was any kind of warranty on them. Frank went on about about its only on defective tires because tread has many variables blah blah blah. Then decide he needed to make a remark. You sure wore through them fast. Very rude in my opinion. I drive normal, don t do burnouts, race, do doughnuts, turn fast and sharp. They are worn evenly across the board inside to outside and front to back seeing how i have gotten every oil change there and rotated then every time. I am very disappointed in the way he talked to a customer that spent more than half of my take home annual income on one product. I didn t want to just get some free tires out of them in fact I never take anything free other than a bottle of water once or twice while i waited for my car. I just wanted info. Speaking of oil change, i just got one and they didn t mention anything about needing new tires probably because I shouldn t yet. Now I am wondering if there is something more fishy going on like maybe the put some used tires on there. No proof of that but i am wondering. I was really looking forward to upgrading to the Rogue but they will never get my business again. Can t trust them anymore which sucks because I purchased their extended 84mo warranty but I won t be using it. More money down the drain. Guess I will have to try Jeep.

We were basically greeted with what are you doing here. Randy had emailed us so we asked for him. Unfortunately we came in on a Friday at the end of the day. The salesmen had a push up contest while we were there. The finance department and Randy couldn't get us out fast enough when they saw we would be financing three vehicles. IF they would have told us to trade one in we would have come back on Saturday with it. No, they just wanted us to leave. Lucky for us, there was a dealership down the road that got us financed with negative equity and made our experience wonderful and....the vehicle was identical!!! Thank you for giving us an awful experience so we could appreciate what we got!! And no, I don't want to talk to someone at your dealership, including the general manager to talk about this. It is done and over.
