Chris Little, and also Christian Pierfelice, who I worked with when I stopped in a couple of times, made the process of buying a new vehicle fun and hassle free. I felt valued, respected and never pressured. This is my second vehicle that I have purchased from Kline Nissan and I am sure will not be my last. I am loving my new Rogue, but it really was the fantastic customer services that sealed the deal on my decision to purchase a vehicle with Kline again. I can't thank everyone enough for all your patience and assistance with the process!

First of all,I came for the price. I went to Walser Nissan, Morries Nissan and finally Kline made my day. It was cheaper than all other Nissan dealerships. I got a rogue. Also, most importantly. I like a sales consultant named Maya, She is informative, kind and explaining thoroughly. I would recommend her to every new buyer.

Bought my car here a few months ago. The sales crew was OK, seemed a little rushed. Just came in for my first servicing appointment. The man who helped me was super nice. Even gave me a free cars wash. Recommend this place for serving if nothing else at the least!!!

Adam Bazille was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, fair, kind, fun & made the entire experience positive. It is the best experience we have ever had at a dealership. Highly recommend Adam as someone you can trust.

Had my 2015 Rogue in for service. The service agent kept me apprised of the progress and also let me know of a minor issue that was the reason for a rattling I had been hearing recently (in my sunroof, but was for bolts on the heat shield on the bottom of the car...go figure) and got that fixed. I was in and out in 2 hrs given that minor work plus the oil change and tire rotation. Very reasonable time.

Given the Covid-era is still ongoing - they've designed their waiting area well as I have always felt like I have ample room to spread out to do work or read while I wait. Good dealership to deal with when purchasing as well.

Place is a bit cramped but got a way better deal than from other dealer.
Edit: had to drop 3 stars for their absolutely horrible service department. Windshield washer fluid doesn't spray in below 0 F temperatures. Answer: Nissan is not very good for cold climates. Issues with USB. Answer: we will talk to Nissan engineers (that was almost 2 years ago and no response). I will not go there.

I had a wonderful experience with the help of Jen Maguire and Johnny the Leaf tech! They really went out of their way to keep my costs down and in helping me understand how my 2015 Leaf works. I will use their service dept. again when I need to do my maintence items. I also Love my Leaf! Thanks again guys, Cynthia Cincoski

I'm new to Nissan and I've absolutely-positively fallen in love with my 2018 Nissan Rogue!
Kline Nissan taught me how to use the fantastic technology so I could really enjoy my driving experience and I do!
Attentive to MY wants and needs, not theirs.
Exceptional customer service following the sale, too, insuring that I'm completely comfortable with my new Rogue.
I'll definately buy/lease from Kline Nissan again.

I got great service from Chris Little throughout my 2017 Altima transaction. Never put me under any pressure, and I felt like he did the best he could to get me a good deal. Friendly guy, no bullshit. I'd recommend him to anyone.

HORRIBLE service. And I mean HORRIBLE. Purchased a used vehicle (2015), had to bring it back for RUST in the first week of owning it, tires are SO bad but they refuse to do anything about it, never called to tell me my weathertech mats were in, and now they promised i'd have my car back two days ago & it still isn't done.
Aside from all of that, every time I have been there it has been a constant run-around, no one can answer questions, they send me to this person and that person sends me back to the original person, it's a total nightmare.
When I was there for the first time, test driving cars; service was good...but now that they have my money, it's like they don't care anymore. I would NOT recommend this dealer to anyone I know, or strangers. Seriously people, do NOT buy from here. I did, and have realized I only got myself into a nightmare and a constant headache trying to deal with this place. Ugh.

The service delivered at Kline Nissan in Maplewood is unmatched! Our salesman Pedro Cruz was everything! He made sure that our wants were heard and worked very hard with our dedicated finance Rep, Rob Brown to make sure that my husband and I drove away happy with the purchase that we made. We would most certainly recommend this place and Pedro to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I love my NEW Nissan Rogue!

I went to Maplewood Toyota first to look at a Tacoma, then I went from there straight to Kline Nissan where I had a much better shopping experience. Kline was MUCH more respectful of my time. They got me into a test drive in minutes, quickly quoted a price, were more willing to deal on price, set a trade-in value, did the silly "manager approval" dance, all in about an hour. In two hours (with lots of waiting) at Toyota, we never did get a valuation on our trade-in. We walked out and told them to text it to us, which they never did. Now I drive a Nissan. Kline even gave me a trailer hitch kit I paused to consider when buying optional add-ons. I found that when I got home. Little things like that really shows customer appreciation.

I recently moved to the area and received a flyer ...

I recently moved to the area and received a flyer in the mail from nearby KlineNissan that had coupons. My husband and I had recently purchased a Nissan used minivan, in SC before we moved here. We needed to get a second key made, so I made a service appointment. On the phone, a friendly female service person made the appt, told me it would take an hour, and told me that all service cars get a free hand wash and vacuum, so I made a mental not to get all my kid's toys out beforehand. On the day of, I cleaned out the toys and loaded up my toddler. I brought the car in for the key programming and asked if they would honor the expired oil change coupon that I received in the mail from Kline Nissan. They refused to honor the coupon because it expired two weeks prior. The key programming service was about $290. The coupon was for a $10 oil change. The refusal to honor the coupon struck me as so asinine because after going to the trouble to send me a coupon at my home--only to refuse it when I came in for service--left me less satisfied then I would if I would've never received a coupon at all. So what they ACTUALLY did when sending the "marketing flyer" was guarantee that I would seek any service that wasn't absolutely necessary to be Nissan at ANY other place. And if I need Nissan service, to drive a little further for a different dealership. Not the smartest. But I digress. After refusing my coupon, they told me that since there was an active recall on my car, and the appt would now take 2 hours. My son and I returned after 2 hours and they told me actually it would take another hour. 30 minutes later, they called me and said it was done. By this point my toddler is very ready for a nap. I get us loaded into the car, and it DEFINITELY hasn't been washed or vacuumed. This was such an unsatisfactory experience. Never going back.

Did not have a friendly experience here. The lady at the parts counter was not friendly, poor customer service in addressing clients/customers. The Service department Reps can t get their diagnostic pricing nor schedule together, I received 2 different price and 2 different days of when they could actually look at my vehicle. If I knew the day was not Friday anymore and I had to wait till Monday (vehicle was dropped off Wed night) I could ve looked elsewhere to take my vehicle. They need to get it together. I felt like I was being forced to get my vehicle fixed there because they ran into an issue and could not get pass that point according to the technician but thank goodness I stood my grounds and decline the unexpected service being offered when I have that particular part under warranty. The service guy did not seem happy when I decline the service. This is not how you handle situations like this. You should be understanding and making suggestions in a respectful kind way as these services are not just $50, we are talking about at least a thousand dollars or more repair job. Also it was not the issue why I brought my car there in the first place. The service guy I spoke with was not friendly and was not understanding, only aggressively suggesting what I need to get done before the service dept can move forward on diagnosing my vehicle. So I was looking at $1000.00 already plus the diagnostic fee and not even knowing what more is wrong with the vehicle. Yeah I m not paying an arm and leg to get something fixed for your own convenience when that particular part is under warranty. A big unexpected car job is not to take on lightly and would decided what s best for that customer s financial needs but apparently Kline Nissan doesn t care about that. This is the field women are taken advantage of when dealing with their vehicle. I won t be back to this Kline Nissan dealership! I recommend Morrie s Nissan in Brooklyn Park, worth the drive for better service overall where I will be taking my vehicle.

Sales team was not very knowledgeable about the cars that they sell. Also, they are very willing to sell a car from underneath your feet. Oh, and they won't even do you the common courtesy of calling you after they have done so.

The employee i talked to at the service counter walked away every time he was done with what he had to say and i was about to ask a question. He also told me that he had to speak to another customer when i had to find him to ask him a question. He was extremely disrespectful to me a young woman and i watched him be very nice to older men. And it was very upsetting to be told that my air bags still wouldnt deploy in a ceash but he wouldnt tell me any further information just walked away.

The sales department is good, but the service department is way overpriced and not good communicators. My Nissan Sentra broke down at only 10,000 miles and after having it towed to the dealership it took a full day for them even to look at it, and they kept handing me off to different employees when I called for an update. The service representative could have allayed my frustrations with a few kind words - it doesn't take much people! - but he was like talking to a robot. Just a word of advice - make "sorry" a part of your vocabulary if you are dealing with upset customers. I've been with this dealership for 10 years, but seriously thinking about going somewhere else next time I lease a car.

I was recently in the market for a vehicle, and I ...

I was recently in the market for a vehicle, and I had narrowed down my choices to a 370z and a John Cooper Works spec Mini. I had already test driven the Mini, so I went looking to test drive the Nissan. Feldman Nissan was closest to me, so I paid them a visit. They treated me well and answered my questions, but they didn't stock the 370 and pointed me to Kline Nissan. Now it's worth mentioning that I'm a younger guy in my early twenties, but I have a good job that gives me the means to pay for a new vehicle. When I got to the dealership, it took me a long time to get any service at all. I caught the eye of several sales workers at their desks (without any customers) but none seemed interested in helping me. After standing around for a while, I went up to one of the salesmen to ask for help. When I said I was interested in test driving a 370, he hesitated and said something about having to go check if there were any in stock. I thought that was odd since there were a pair sitting out front, but I thought maybe they were sold or something. The salesman then went and got his manager. The manager (his name might have been Jeff?) came out, sort of looked me over, then told me that they did not give test drives of the 370 without a down payment on the car first. I have never heard of a policy like that, and I realized that they didn't want to give me a test drive because they didn't trust me. I went into the dealership expecting to try out, and possibly purchase a (not inexpensive) car, and instead I felt judged and was turned away. This was several months ago, and I have since purchased the Mini from Motorwerks, where I am treated like a customer, not a delinquent. A word of advice to Kline Nissan; profiling your customers is a poor business strategy.

I had a great experience here. I was interested in a car I found online and they had it ready right away for me to test drive even though I didn't set up an appointment. Chris Little was awesome and very helpful through the process. I'm really happy with the car so far. Thanks!

When I leased my car I was told that I will only have to pay $9.95 for oil change every 6 months. I got the service around 6 months ago and I called today for schedule another appt, but a lady from service department told me that I have to pay $29 for oil change because I am not a VIP member and she cannot give me the discount. I tried to contact the customer service through the webpage to file a complaint, but another officer from the web called me to solve the issue. I had a great buying experience with Juan and other sellers and people from service team were very kind and helpful before, but it seems that some workers are not good at all. Something to improve, I guess

The service was great! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was in and out within 45 minutes. I wasn't pressured at all to have additional services done to my vehicle. Best of all I was able to bring along my dog Vinny to hang out with while I waited!

Had a great buying experience with Adam Bazille, true professional. I found the car on the Internet and Adam followed up with my lead. Adam had the best price of the other five dealers I contacted. He had the car ready Filled with gas. Is exactly what he said so I bought it, the whole process took 45 minutes

Buying experience was easy. Juan was nice and helpful.
The finance guy was also awesome and suggested I purchase the warranty on the car and thank goodness I did. My a/c went out on my car.
Service: I showed up the morning of my appt. And Tristan came out and welcomed me. From that point on, Tristan has been friendly, helpful, and explained everything that was happening with the a/c. His customer service is the best I have seen in years. He cares and it's genuine. Because of that, what is usually a frustrating situation(car repairs), has been a positive experience.

I bought a brand-new Juke from Kline Nissan a few ...

I bought a brand-new Juke from Kline Nissan a few years ago, there was a recall placed a while back regarding the timing chain, so I made an appt to take my car in. They said it would take all day, giving me a rental for the day--great, thanks! My car was working perfectly fine upon bringing it in, when I left the dealership and was driving home I realized the traction control light was lit up and not turning off. I called Kline immediately and made them aware of the issue. They acknowledged that NO lights or errors were on when I brought my car in, the person in customer service said there was nothing he could do. I then asked to talk with a manager. He tells me that sometimes when they do work on cars and when they "reset" the engine--lights that "should've been on due to an error" come on when they reconnect the car....or something along those lines. He then says that it would be $150 just to look at it, more if there was something wrong and they could fix it. I decided I would wait to see if the light resolved, just upset that the situation was handled poorly. No apology, no accommodating, nothing. I was frustrated and decided not to be a squeaky wheel and move on.

Flash to recently when I needed an oil change and figured I would give them another go (mind you the traction light is STILL on about a year later--although I partially waited as I was told this light "may" resolve itself, well it didnt) I call to schedule and was told there is another recall and was asked if I wanted that taken care of. I hesitate due to the last issue I had--she asks my what my concerns were. I fill her in on what happened prior. She apologizes and tells me that the manager I spoke to (she looks up the past issue with my car) is no longer there (she made mention of this several times) and he gave me mis-information. I did appreciate the apology...However, she says that they would've looked at my car and if it was found to be related to the work with the recall, there would've been no charge. She cannot offer me anything at this time, but will "note it" in my record. I was frustrated, but again, arg....I decide to bring it in.

My husband brings the car in, he asks about the light and was told by service (without looking at it) that there is NO way it had anything to do with the work they did and they can offer us $20 off the $150 fee to "diagnose it". He declines, frustrated with the lack of customer service. They state it was "lucky timing" that the light came on right as they were working on it!?!?!

Planning on taking it somewhere else to be looked at, feeling stubborn for waiting this long and frustrated with the lack customer service. They admit I was given mis-information. I was not and am NOT looking for a FREE fix to my car. I would've appreciated an immediate "I'm sorry, that shouldn't have happened". Sometimes places need to make an extra effort to cover a situation that went wrong. It would've great if they could've said, "you know what, we will take a look for free because of the circumstance, however, when we find out what's wrong, you will have to pay for that". I would have GLADLY paid for the fix. I think this is the least that could've happened.

Sad part is, we have outgrown our Juke. I love that car. We are looking for a new, larger vehicle. We will be choosing other dealerships to shop at due to this frustrating situation and no longer coming back for service.

I hope the new management can take this information and change the way they deal with these issues in the future.

I had been searching for a very specific Nissan Altima to lease and had been to a bunch of other Nissan dealers around MN. They all could get the one I wanted, but they were back and forth on pricing wanting to just beat each others offers. I don't like to do business that way, as I just want everyone's best offer and choose from there. I was referred to Adam Bazille at Kline Nissan in Maplewood and had a top notch experience from day 1. Not only did he have the exact Altima I wanted, but he showed me his best offer without discussing beating the others. I drove my Altima off the lot that night. Even though my lease ended and I am driving another vehicle, I will be calling on Adam and Kline Nissan first for my next one.

I was NOT looking forward to the drive & wait. I live an hour north of the cities, and I work overnights, so I was pretty tired. The coffee was very good, the waiting area was very comfortable, and my service advisor Ivan was AWESOME! The minute I walked in he had a smile on his face, was warm & welcoming, and made my overall experience very pleasant. I was quoted 1.5 hours for all the company vehicle work I needed, and it took about an hour.

Ivan and Joe both really show they care about Kline's customers. I felt they both went above and beyond expectations for service excellence. I will continue to have service work done at Kline Nissan thanks to the service team, who continue to show they care and that our business truly means something to them.

The mechanics tried to cheat me out of several hundreds of dollars worth of parts and labor when they never so much as got my car started. After much debate a manager in the rental office corrected the matter and charged me nothing but one day rental when I used the car for 3. I give the rental office 5 stars but the shop -1.

Easy to communicate with them. I called on the phone and they helped immediately. I could not find some of my car information and they did for me. I was able to bring my car the same day. The provided a rental car for me to have during the time my car was in the shop. A day later my car was ready. They are friendly, respectful and easy to talk and work with. Great place. (Plus, they are dog friendly)

I bought my versa here. Very friendly staff and servicing is always very convenient. Pricing for service is a little spendy but that's to be expected with dealerships nowadays. The lobby is nice for waiting in however as they have plenty of snacks and drinks. Always feel relaxed in the lobby. Good selection of cars too and salesmen aren't too pushy

Bought a vehicle from this dealership with roughly 45,000 miles, had issues with the vehicle from day 1.

brakes squeak loudly and uncontrollably, Heater is very loud and noisy, only blows lukewarm air, takes a good 20 minutes on high to warm up if you want to get into a semi warm car in the winter. Basically doesn't work.

Now the service engine light is on and not accelerating right which now is more than just a problem but also a safety issue. Dealership refuses to do anything. NONE of my friends or family will be buying a vehicle here. Not only do they not care about word of mouth sales or customer retention, but they don't care about their safety as well. Also the sales rep was rude during my first interaction in trying to get the issues resolved. Unbelievable.
