Nou Chee Khang Review of Kline Nissan

I am only giving it one star because no star is not an option. Brought my car in for a diagnostic, car is shaky when driving over small cracks and bumps on the road, car dies 5-10 minute after starting first thing in the morning, and engine light is on. My boyfriend set up an appointment online for 5:30pm, got there and was inform they don't do diagnostic after 4pm and that the website should've informed us or someone should've called to let us know. Ok, not a big deal, they gave us a rental; 2017 Rogue, smaller than my Murano but I figured it'll be ok since it will be just for a day. We ended up getting a quote back the next day with the diagnostic; cam shaft sensor $567.80, reprograming the ecu $153, axles $1081.38, alignment $130, outer tie rods $339.42, rear pads $380, and just to run the diagnostic $119.95 all for a grand total of $2,749.47. My boyfriend did talk down the price to $1,975. We picked up the car on Monday after work, engine light still on but was told it will go away after a few days or so and car is still a little shaky. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and left. The next morning the car died before I even left for work. Both me and my boyfriend had tried several times to contact someone and the front desk guy to bring our car back in. We were put on hold and left vm with no return call. Finally got a reach of someone at about 12:40pm just to be told they would talk to the tech who worked on my car and give us a call back. No call back so we called back at 5pm just to be told that the tech had left for the day and would hear back the next day. Today, my car died while making a turn at a busy intersection! Now they want us to bring the car back in tomorrow at 6pm and another diagnostic would be done free of charge and then go from there. On top of everything they can only offer a Rogue because that's their biggest rental. The rogue doesn't not fit 3 small kids all in car seat! How do I drive 3 small kids around when the car seat can not even be secured in with the hooks and the oldest one can not even be buckled in because the buckle now is stuck behind the other car seat?! I just spent almost $2,000 for nothing to be fixed and all they can tell me is they will run another diagnostic and go from there. I will never buy a Nissan again or go to this dealership! And would never recommend it to anyone. I wanted the pathfinder and had planned to start looking for one at the end of the year but looks like I will be bringing my service else where.
