Didn't accomplish what I went for.Two issues to drop off for a cleaning under warranty. Was told I need a appointment to do so. The next available agent was 3 hours. I live 20 miles from store and didn't have time to wait 3 hrs. Next wanted to get service on my appliance that is under warranty. The store couldn't find any purchase information. Even with my name, phone number, address and credit card. I bought the refrigerator with warranty. At the same store with my credit card. And they delivered it. But Best Buy could not find any information on my purchase 3 1/2 years a go (extended warranty). So after 2 failed attempts of not getting done for what there for. I'm not happy. I went home to look at the serial number on my refrigerator. To call Best Buy for service repair. It turns out that they finally figured it out that Pacific Sales handles the repairs. Why couldn't Best Buy tell me all this right of way??? I value time at my age and not Happy with the my issues were handed. Sorry Best Buy after all these I look up at you as my favorite store. In one day you ruined that for me. ROBERT RYAN

The majority of the people that work there are very friendly and know what they're talking about as well as being helpful. Got a better deal they're on my new phone then I did at my mobile carrier. Plus they were hands down better qualified then the people at my carrier store.

Bought an automatic car starter. Couldn t get anyone to assist in that department. The people at the sales desk unable to answer my question to my satisfaction. When you call the store to talk to the installation department, no one answers-tried 2 days in a row and waited 10 minutes each time. I have no idea how they stay in business. Very poor customer service.

Bought a computer with anti virus software that was worthless. Within 24 hours it had viruses. They wanted me to buy a protection plan to remove the viruses for $99.99. They do not stand behind their products! I will never buy anything from them again

I purchased a 75 tv online on Black Friday, the website said If I purchased the tv from the store located in Wyomissing PA, I was able to pick it up the same day.
I made the payment and the website said Best Buy was processing my purchase, I waited for notification to be able to pick up the Item I already paid for.
I did not receive the notification to pick up the Item on Black Friday 2020. The next day I call the store and they had too many calls, the automatic machine told me to try later, I call the 888 number, the sales rep. Hang up on me twice, around 3:45 I made a very log line to see a customer service rep, who never apologized for the inconvenient and gave me two options, to cancel the purchase or to wait until Wednesday the following week. I asked to speak with the store manager because I couldn t believe the bad experience I was having . There was a lady who said she was the store manager who didn t do any better, she didn t care about my problem and rush me to cancel my purchase.

Large selection. Their workers aren't just salespeople, they have a large amount of product knowledge and can help guide you to the best choice for you. Even on black Friday they had wonderful customer service. I have never had an issue with anything I've bought there. From tv's to computers to firesticks and so on...no issues.

Good place to go for most types of electronics. They sell a wide variety of TVs, phones, DVD/Blu-ray players, computers, video game systems and games/accessories, music CDs and appliances. The staff are very friendly and helpful, I always found what I was looking for when I came in.

DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY IN WYOMIISSNG,PA! I purchased almost 6K worth of appliances and the "system" lost my order. My order was supposed to be delivered Monday, July 15 between 12-6pm. It took me over an hour to get a hold of an associate for her to tell me the "system" lost my order. I was told someone would call me Tuesday to fix the issue. NO ONE CALLED ME! I had to call Wednesday at 1:30pm and the associate told me "Oh, I was just getting to your order." What? How was my order not taken care of on Tuesday and if I didn't call were they going to "handle" my order? Someone called me back to tell me "Your order will arrive July 22." I told them absolutely not! I placed my order July 6, 2019. I was then told a manger would call me and no one called me, I had to call for another manger to tell me it wasn't the stores fault but the delivery team and she has to look into the issue. The manager on right now 7/17/2019 at 5pm told me the trucks are already loaded so you're not getting your "stuff" tomorrow. I have spoken with over 6 different employees not including the sales agent and no one has an answer for me. In the mean time I have moved into my new home with NO APPLIANCES with my small children. I am absolutely disgusted with the situation and I hope no one else has to go through this nightmare.

Well, where do I begin. I go to look at the tv i purchased online for pick up, and they don't have it on display. Val at the pick up counter packs my stuff up for me to load into the car, then proceeds to tell me that if I want it loaded then I need to pull on to the curb. As I am leaving to pull my car to the curb, i get told thank you come again. Well, don't think I will be shopping that store anymore. I spent a decent amount of money there and left feeling like I shouldn't have. Was on the verge of returning everything and walking away. Horrid customer attention and service.

Avoid on Black Friday. Waited an hour and a half in line, and the line only moved up one tenth of the way to the cashiers just to find out management did a terrible job designating different lines. Apparently that was the line for people checking out with TVs, but none of the employees knew and several employees talked to us (advertising their credit card, offering to find products, etc.) Definitely not the employees fault, I praise the employee for working on Thanksgiving, but management and corporate dropped the ball. We weren't the only ones confused by the lines, half the people in our line didn't have TV's, some customers got so angry at waiting they left. Not good for business. The people behind me who I made friends with claimed they would never go to Best Buy again regardless of the day of year. They almost left too. Terrible experience. I've been a Black Friday shopper for a decade+, I understand there will be long lines, it's Black Friday/Thanksgiving. But it was poorly organized this year. Previous years weren't all that bad, I've been there every year, but this year . . .

Decent Best Buy location but the Cell Phone service store there is usually Very Busy with quite a wait and also has some reps that aren't the most knowledgeable on cell plans and services.
I have received more knowledgeable and quicker service at other Best Buys.

There was a line outside to enter store , but went quickly. The employee upon entering helped guide me in the direction of item I was looking for and offered help if needed. Had to stop an employee for help, he answered my questions and have advise. I selected my item and checked out. My encounter with the employees were pleasant and helpful, especially searching for tech item.

The store is great... Has everything! The problem is to find someone that knows what you want. I can never find anyone from the right department to answer my questions so then someone from another area thinks they can help but they can't. Then they try to second guess... Not a good situation!!

Needed either a longer VGA cord for my monitor or a short extension. The VGA cord was the same length I already had and the extender cord was 10' when I only needed 4'. Obviously I paid a little more than I wanted, but at least Best Buy had it.

We bought a refrigerator in August and cannot believe the horrible customer service. they have been out 3 times to fix the broken door and all 3 times they came with the wrong door. It is a joke and just horrible. What a great product but just poor customer service and follow up. We have called multiple times and it is just a hassle. Maybe a bad review will get them to step up but from the looks of it I may end up just having to order the correct parts myself and fixing it. To pay a few thousand dollars for a top notch refrigerator and get zero service is just hard to handle.

People aren't that well educated. They can talk you up a bit but it's one of those jobs they have to do it. Prices are stupid high I'm surprised they haven't closed out like RadioShack or the other chain one.. Guess their price match helps sometimes.

I like Best Buy but the last time I was there I had horrible service. I called to see if they had a product I needed and the employee who answered the phone told me know. When I asked it is something I had to order online because it's showing they sell it she asked me to hold, when she returned to the phone she said yes we have it. She should have checked the first time instead of being lazy.

Great
