Crowed, and the sales person was very unfriendly, actually seemed perturbed to be waiting on me. Lost a sale because of his attitude. I realize it was a slamming day but his attitude was uncalled for.

Still one of the best stores for the latest electronics and home appliances. Staff is cross trained, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. They are always willing to help you. Many times you will find Assisted Sales Reps who are super knowledgeable in the products they are featuring like: Samsung, Epson, H.P., Apple, Garmin, Fitbit.

Best place to find the electronic devices and appliances that you're looking for. The store has an inviting atmosphere. There's always an associate ready to help you with whatever you're looking for.

I once had trouble with a camera battery that I had purchased that wasn't working and I was helped by people who saw what the problem was and swiftly helped me resolve the issue.

As for the products themselves, I've only ever bought quality products from this store. Whether that be camera equipment or headphones, they've always been the best of quality.

I paid extra to buy a camera expecting that they would show me the basics, since that's what the salesperson told me. When I asked for this to be done they told me I had to sign up for a course that would cost $40. I told them if I hadn't wanted the help I could have gotten it online as a package for a lesser price. No one tried to rectify the problem. They said if I wasn't happy I could return it- so I did. Won't be shopping there anymore!

I have had an overall good experience here but one time one of the managers did not allow me to get 20% off the sale price of a video game with the Gamers club card, which was still active. I had always received the 20% off even on games that were on sale before. The sale price was online and they have always matched it and even later adjusted the 20% off as well. I am not sure why he only gave me the better deal of the two if this is what has always been the case. It was inconsistent. It was as if I was doing something wrong. I didn't feel as comfortable going there afterwards.

These five stars go to Thomas Rosselli, sales consultant who provided outstanding customer service. He was very informative and very thorough about Total Tech Support. Although he knew my husband and I were not ready to make a purchase, he still provided the quality service. Unlike one of the specialists who saw me standing there who did not acknowledge me at all. It is my hope, this young man receives the recognition he deserves.

Purchased a computer there years ago. I paid for extended warranty and "in home" geek squad service. Hard drive went bad, called, they first acted like they never sold me the computer and the head of the Geek Squad department was "extremely" rude. He then said I had to bring it in for any service. What could I do but take it there? I showed my contract and they apologized for denied in home service. I did not accept the apology because by that time I was too P O ed from the hassle they put me through. They replaced the drive but "never" offered to deliver the computer even after I proved I had "paid" for in home service. I said then I would never buy anything from them again, I have not 9 years later and I never will. Circuit City went out of business, Sears will too, Why? Like this store they forgot about who and why they unlock the doors in the first place---The Customer.

Hours of waiting to speak to someone about buying at ATT phone lead to my wife and I just leaving and going to the ATT store to finish our business. Guess that's two new IPhone's they didn't need to sell as we watched employee's wrap up with customers and walk away to God knows where while we got no service.

The things I have ordered for store pick up have been ready quickly though and the dish washer purchase I made was easy as well. I'll be back, just not to their mobile department. I don't have that kind of time to lose again.

Helpful sales associates, pleasant and usually friendly. I've never had a truly bad experience, but have been disappointed with the degree of help I received on rare occasions.

Went to HHGregg during their "going out of business sale" to find a soundbar. I found one on the floor with no pricing and also looked it up online on Best Buy's website to compare. The people at the desk said the price was $50 more than what I found it at online at Best Buy. When I showed them my phone, they said "then go to Best Buy." I did and bought it there and that is why HHGregg is going out of business.

I was looking for a computer and Sharon demonstrated to have a great expertise regarding computers and that was really what I was looking for, somebody that explained things to me like I was a five years old looking for a computer and believed me! I was very pleased!
