This office is very inadequate.. Their facility lacks the basics, microwave, coffee, and a fridge to store lunches for companies that are here for the week/s at a time. Staff at the front desk may decide to greet you. Not sure how they get the business they do!
Well, the rooms for training are nice, the temperature is regulated and not always in your favor, lol
Beautiful building. I went there for a 3 day training. Everything inside is very nice including the stairway and bathrooms. The only problem we had was that the temperature wasn't monitored very well. It was either warm or cold and no nice in between.
We have rented a room and held several training sessions here. Good location for people coming from out of town and the space works well.
It's great! they are very helpful for selling your house like mine.

Absolute worst experience of my life. After being forced to mediation when sellers failed to disclose zoning and deed restrictions we were told attorneys and realtors would not be involved in the mediation process. Since these are the rules that are clearly stated we didn't bring our attorney or realtor hoping to solve this matter with the sellers without council in their ear. After several complaints to the mediator as opposing council ran the mediation we came to no resolution. Tried to place a complaint with the association and phone calls were not returned. They claim mediation will save you money, we paid another $80 to be intimidated and belittled by opposing council.
