Way better than I hoped for. No line to get in a few days before Christmas. checked in at entrance. Went to Laptop area. waited maybe 5 min and was helped. Soft sold on addition services / accessories which i declined. only 1 unit of laptop i wanted in stock, but it was located in minutes. soft sold on their credit program at checkout. maybe 15 minutes total in store total. great deal on the laptop.

I was sitting on the floor trying to make an educated decision about my purchase. I watched as the staff stood around having conversations with themselves instead of wandering around to help customers. I even went live on facebook and recorded it. I had to wander the store then to get an employee with a key to open the rack lock. One star is generous, poor customer service

If you're going to buy Electronics you don't have many choices if you want a big box stores tell my opinion Best Buy desert right most time service is great and they have great product choices salespeople are typically knowledgeable it's a particular salesperson you working with does not healthy answers that you need if someone else are we there that can answer the questions as you know in electronic world
Technologies are always changing you can do research online but it's always nice to have a knowledgeable sales professional answer your questions

The few times I have actually gone into this place I always feel like being discriminated against they treat all the other costumers that aren't of color so much nicer and with smiles on there faces it's honestly ashame i try to be nice converse with them but they just don't treat everyone equally no matter how nice you are to them they still make it seem like your a nuisance.

There was a representative from the company there and she helped me find many of the things I was looking for. I was also surprised that they had so much I had gone to other big box stores. And couldn't find what I was looking for. I was very pleased.

Most were wireless alarm clock chargers for your phone to me it's over priced. We went to Best Buy to buy a TV because they have professional sales personnel and they know their products.
They are not commissioned and they are most helpful.
It was a very good experience. I recommend this to anyone looking for something that Best Buy sells.

This place is a joke. Wanted to send my laptop out to get screen fixed and geek squad member said it would be about a $120 fix. Send it out and paid the fee to do so and after talking with the repair headquarters they say it's a $400 fix. I said no and ordered it back thinking I would get the $36 I spent to have it sent out. I get to geek squad to pick it up and nicely explained what happened and the guy at the desk was completely rude. Said there was no way we could give the $36 back. I asked for the manager and he was worse. We asked if we could at least use the $36 into buying a new laptop and he completely refused and was completely rude and thoughtless to my family and I. These people are selfish. I will never go back to this Best Buy again and I hope no one else does as well. Lucky if I ever go to a Best Buy again.

Bought a fridge, microwave, range, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Scheduled my delivery a week in advance to ensure my 8am-noon delivery time. At 11:16 I got a call that they would be late and wouldn t be there until 1-1:30pm. That screwed me up since i had to pick my son up at 1pm for an ortho appt. I was able to get the appt moved to 3:30. At2pm I called Bc my delivery still wasn t there. Best Buy couldn t get a hold of the driver and I was told they would call me as soon as they heard from him. At 2:42 I got a call saying he was 4 minutes away. They didn t show up until 3:47p. My wife had to leave work and pick my son up from school Bc we told him I would be picking him up and not to get on the bus. If I wasn t closing on the house tomorrow I would have told them to keep the stuff. Horrible horrible experience. This is the second time they have been late. At least this time they did offer a $75 gift card for my trouble. Unless you are willing to waste your day for $75 I would purchase from somewhere else!!!!

All I wanted to do was buy two new computer monitors but apparently since I didn't have a man with me I wasnt worth helping. Watched two guys and one couple get helped before I finally asked what the hell was going on. The apologized and said they assumed I was waiting on someone. If you're a women make sure to bring a man with you if you want any service.

Nice staff, plenty of parking and as far as prices go, about what you would really expect for Best Buy. Not really bad but not terrific prices. But best buy is always a fun visit to just wander and look at all the new tech too.!

Had to get a laptop for college. Sharon helped me and had a lot of knowledge. I walked in not knowing anything but we had a lot of fun and made the experience go a lot smoother than anticipated. She listened to what my purpose for the purchase was and didn't try and sell me something that I didn't need. I walked out feeling good about my purchase and with a laptop in hand!!

Their associates are always no where to be found or talking together and never acknowledge the customers. Terrible service when I come here. White halls Best Buy is way better!! Totally driving the extra miles to go there instead.

If I could put 0 stars I would, never again will I purchase anything from Best Buy. This last week has been the worst experience I've ever had with Best Buy. Our refrigerator died unexpectedly on August 18th, we immediately went to Best Buy as we had an open account with them. We picked the fridge we wanted that would fit, ordered all the extras like an extended warranty and a water tap installation. We were told that our new fridge would be there by August 22nd( at that point were already out of a fridge for 4 days). We told the gentlemen who checked us out ( and was probably due to get a comission) that the driver of the delivery service would have to contact us upon delivery because the GPS does not take you to the right address, doesn't even put you on the right street( our property is big). He asked how close it would be, we said about 2 mins. We said that's fine, they'll find it and never made a note for the logistics company.

Thursday rolls around. The driver called and left a voicemail that could not be understood and was about 10 seconds long. Finally the logistics company calls, we called back not even 10 minutes later and our entire delivery had been cancelled for the day and we were told that we wouldn't receive our fridge until August 31st( almost 2 weeks without a fridge at that point)! We told them that was completely unacceptable and they needed to figure out how to get it to us sooner or we were cancelling the entire order and going to a business that actually cares. They call us back and tell us that they will be delivering it to us Saturday, August 24th. Seemed reasonable as it was only another day and a half to wait.

Saturday rolls around. We receive a text from the logistics company about 10:30 am saying the delivery was confirmed for that day between 12 and 3 pm. We patiently waited until 3pm, and finally called the logistics company as we had not heard anything from them since 10:30. We get on the phone and they tell us they can't find our account, finally after a few minutes they did and we were told that our delivery would not be happening today because the unit was severely damaged and they couldn't bring it. ( How did you have it available Thursday? But somehow by Saturday it was severely damaged?) The logistics company said someone was supposed to call us at 9:30 to inform us that our delivery wouldn't be happening today ( never got a call but got a confirmation text after they realized it was damaged?)!After hours on the phone with the logistics company and assurance we would get a call back as soon as they figured things out(which for the 6th time we never recieved a call back)!!!! Infuriated we called Best Buy back since we orginally purchased from them. Irritated we told them we would in for a full refund because this entire experience has been unacceptable for a business or your stature. The guy Mike, who originally helped us purchase, told us didn't have to come in, we could cancel it over the phone. We instructed him to do immediately and with no real surprise all of a sudden they couldn't even cancel the order.

We spent almost $1,500 on a 900 some dollar fridge with all the extras and the delivery charge for one of the worst experiences ever. I recommend that no one ever purchase appliances that need to be delivered from Best Buy, the logistics company they use is a joke and this entire experience doesn't speak much for Best Buys ability to make sure they're customers are happy.
