I personally experienced a great customer service great people

Went to buy a charging cord for my phone. Needless to say shelves were empty. Had to order. Coming USPS. Scary they are a disaster as well. Ordered 2 cords. Not arriving same time. Will come 2 days apart. Very disappointed.

Great advice! They really took their time to help me make a good decision and this continues to be one of my favorite stores

I purchase products frequently from this Best Buy store. Primarily because of convenience, excellent product selection, very competitive prices and knowledgeable staff members.

The worst place to buy computers and not to mention the horrible service

95% of the times I've been here had good experiences. Overall good clean well organized store.

Curbside pick up worked OK. Took about 20 minutes, so if you are in a hurry, keep that in mind

There is a young man in the Samsung section that ALWAYS helps me no matter what the issue. I would give him 5 stars!

Great place to find quality electronics at bargain prices

Went in today just to get an idea on what laptop I should get for college which I could also use to do a bit of gaming in my down time. Aaron was very knowledgeable in the questions I had about differences in processors and what exactly I should be looking for. Overall had a very good experience and walked out with a lot of knowledge.

Took my computer in to have someone look at the fuse and power supply and replace them. What a joke ! They have no standard power supply on hand, no fuses and no tech to work on them on site. All repairs are sent out to a 3rd party for estimates (2 week turn around on the estimate), then 2 week repair and return shipping ! You could end up spending upwards of 300 dollars for a 5 dollar fuse and 40 dollar power supply. Oddly enough, their website lists all those parts for sale individually for the public to buy. But none in the store! On top of all that, you need to make an appointment just to speak to someone in the repair dept. at the store. Thankfully, the H/P rep was in the store and got me a deal on a new computer. Also told me to ship the old one to H/P for repairs NO CHARGE !!! GEEK SQUAD is a joke !!

Bought a TV, sales rep didn't push anything and was very knowledgeable answering all my questions.

I had to return a TV cause it was too big for my dorm room. Lost the receipt, but customer service was excellent and let me exchange it for a smaller TV no problem.

love the technology, irritates me when I'm constantly asked if I need help, if I'm finding everything... I know the folks have a job to do, but there could be a better system.

Google Fi directed me here for a SIM card. Best Buy cell phone guy says they never heard of this. And rudely, too

I went to buy a Motorola cell phone for my Consumer Cellular account. Although the salesman was friendly ,& helpful he sold me a Motorola phone that was incompatible with my server (Consumer Cellular). It has never worked. Too many problems to list. But thinking I am the computer dummy, I kept going back for help @ Best Buy & calling Consumer Cellular. I finally found out on Sunday that there is a particular model of Motorola for Consumer Cellular. Best Buy is a designated dealer for CC & should have known or checked which model to sell me. So now despite my many visits & inquiries, they can't trade mine in or find a work around and I'm screwed. You'll never find their location on my map again!

A great place to buy Electronics and DVDs and video games and computer stuff

It's a big store, carry a lot of items. They do run some pretty good sales. But before you buy check online because they have online sales that are not in store, and bestbuy will price match. They do have a lot of help to try to answer any questions. Samsung and apple reps are also in store

He was super helpful and was able to help me find the perfect laptop with great specs within my price range (which was't much, i was looking for a cheap one)

Staff is very knowledgeable, good place to buy a TV, always go see a TV before you buy it. Don't buy online!

Looking for a cover for a Samsung phone and cords to hook up a Bose speaker. No cover for the phone and couldn't get anyone to wait on us for the cord. Very disappointing as we usually have great service here.

I purchased a dryer over the weekend. FAST and EASY! Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I have no qualms recommending Best Buy. I've purchased many things from them...they are my go to if I don't buy it on Amazon.

Took our computer there, covered on a warranty and found out we had to make an appointment. So had to drive home 14 miles just to do that .the geek fuy said we could come back later today, ridiculous. He wasn't even busy

Clueless people working here I swear. I asked this guy for help with the car stereos and he didn t know anything about stereos. I asked if he can get someone for me and said no one in the store knows anything about that. Smh

It's a pretty big store. One thing is it's so hard to get help at Best buy, not just this one but all of them. I don't want to be swarmed when I come in, but please someone help me lol. Always a clean environment and staff is friendly when they finally do talk to you. Prices are about the same as the online giants, so if you need your product now, I'd recommend going here.

The staff is helpful and efficient. Online pickup is really fast.

Their protection plans used to be good but now they are worthless. Had some Nintendo switch controllers break on the plan after 6 months. They replaced them but kept the money for the plan. I was 6 months into a 2 year plan. Oh and the best part when checking out if I wanted to purchase a plan on the replacement they raised the pricing. What a joke. Will shop other retailers with a decent protection plan as best buy no longer has one.

Was my first gaming monitor purchase, and the young customer service rep was beyond helpful. Explained the ins and out thoroughly, and if he didnt have an answer to a question, found it out! Will return for future purchases!

The is one of the better Best Buy's I've visited in a while, the staff knows what their talking about and got many helpful tips about a computer I was planning to buy. (Microsoft surface Pro) and it was awesome. This is one of my favorite places to come and visit when ever i'm in Reading with my family.
