We bought a refrigerator in August and cannot believe the horrible customer service. they have been out 3 times to fix the broken door and all 3 times they came with the wrong door. It is a joke and just horrible. What a great product but just poor customer service and follow up. We have called multiple times and it is just a hassle. Maybe a bad review will get them to step up but from the looks of it I may end up just having to order the correct parts myself and fixing it. To pay a few thousand dollars for a top notch refrigerator and get zero service is just hard to handle.
