Ordered the product online said it was available in stock to be picked up within an hour. Then received an email saying it would not be available for 7 days. Went to the store and it was out of stock. Had to purchase a different product and cancel the original order.

Was just left on hold for 30 minutes from 835pm to 855pm, all i had was a question. Seems like the employees there are robbing best buy. Im sure they are paid until store hours close until 9 pm. Very sad, i will not be shopping at bestbuy anymore after this horrible experience.

They have everything you could need and want for electronics and the customer service is on point. I regularly shop there for games and computer accessories. If they dont know something, they always find out for you.
Side note: Black friday is ungodly busy there and security is better this year with armed guards and police there (seems like the story anywhere now a days.)so bring your patience and not kill people over a TV lol

We found it, but it was missing battery, cables, lens cap, manuals and box !! They quoted a price equivalent of a new one. Seriously! They need to hire people who know stuff !!

I was approved for a $12,000 bank loan through them but only Joe the Big Manager was very helpfull through the whole process every time I had to go at Wyomissing location there was two employess there that was suppose to help me and one quit and other I was told never showed for work on one of the days I was there But I saw her car there so this location CAN NOT BE TRUSTED BY THE EMPLOYESS THERE in my Eye.

Bought a dryer on July 15th. Earliest they could have it delivered was July 22nd between the hours of 12:00-6:00. Had to take a day of work. Delivery day comes and I get an email in the morning stating they would arrive at 12:30. Nobody shows up all day. 5:00 I get an email to call customer service to reschedule my delivery for the following week. Are you kidding? I took the whole day off and sat around my home all day waiting, just to have a no-show and now they want me to wait another week, and take another day off from work. Not even an apology, no words of any kind of sincerity.....nothing! Had they apologized and said, "we'll guarantee first delivery of the day next week" I may have stuck with them, but their customer service showed no sincerity at all. I cancelled my order and asked for a refund.

This place is ASSSSSSS! I swear to God, I have purchased a laptop and tripod from here. Both of course are now dysfunctional...and they only started showing issues outside the return date! The stuff sold hold is ridiculous, because it holds up until you can no longer return it! They probably do this on purpose so you by more of their stuff, but I should not have to do that. I am done with this store as it has been nothing but unpleasant experiences here!

If you call store and ask if they have a particular item, I suggest just going there and look for yourself. Their inventory is not well maintained in their computer system. The people working in the specific department know better. Good job workers!

I've been shopping at Best Buy for years, at various locations. This one, like the others, has courteous, helpful associates who go out of their way to satisfy my inquiries and requests. Most recently, they exchanged an iPad 3 for me even though it was a few days past the 30 Day Return Policy window. The manager on duty was extremely helpful and the saleslady who waited on us was pleasant and professional and very well trained and accommodating to our needs and requests. Due to our extremely satisfying experiences with Best Buy over the years of our doing business with them, we not only guarantee our loyalty as customers, but promise to promote our customer satisfaction to those we know will be doing business with Best Buy!

I bought a cell phone on line late one evening last week and used their "pick up in store" feature. By 10am the next day I had received my email that it was ready to be picked up. I went to Best Buy and waited maybe five minutes in the pickup line, and sure enough, my new cell phone was there waiting for me. From the pickup line, I went to the cell phone activation area and was put into a que so that I could wait my turn to be helped. I waited maybe 12 minutes and Sarah called my name. I kid you not - I was walking out of that store within 5 minutes with my cell phone completely set up, all my contacts and pictures transferred over, all my apps, all my documents, everything! I was very impressed. Great job Sarah!!! It was very, very busy there that day and I was prepared for a really long wait. I am happy to say that everyone that I dealt with there that day was very proficient and super-speedy! And to top it off, I got my $500 phone for only $240! What's not to love about that!?!

I went into Best Buy for one particular item that I saw was on sale through the website. When I found what I was looking for it was not on sale and considerably higher in price. I grabbed the the item and went to the cashier thinking the price would adjust once it was swiped...Nope, same price. I told the cashier about the sale price that I found on the Best Buy site and she told me to hang tight while she looked for this item. She found the item and the difference in price..So this gal left with a smile because she honored the online sales price. Thank you! You made my day.
