Friendly staff, non commission, lots of great gift ideas!

I went there to ask a question about my Galaxy Note 9's camera issue. I did not even buy the phone from here. Sales associate spent 15-20 minutes with me and went out of his way to help me. Best customer service experience.

Great place for great deals! Employees are nice and helpful. Cash registers accept Apple and Android Pay; allowing easier payments. Rewards program is great, and you can earn points very easily. They also offer amazing financing. They sell everything from accessories to some food items (mostly drinks like Monster.) The great thing is that you can return mostly anything! And if you are a Elite Plus Member then you get up to 45 days to return or exchange anything you don't want! Overall, great experience and helpful workers.

Never had a issue shopping but I only go maybe twice a year
