I purchased a 75 tv online on Black Friday, the website said If I purchased the tv from the store located in Wyomissing PA, I was able to pick it up the same day.
I made the payment and the website said Best Buy was processing my purchase, I waited for notification to be able to pick up the Item I already paid for.
I did not receive the notification to pick up the Item on Black Friday 2020. The next day I call the store and they had too many calls, the automatic machine told me to try later, I call the 888 number, the sales rep. Hang up on me twice, around 3:45 I made a very log line to see a customer service rep, who never apologized for the inconvenient and gave me two options, to cancel the purchase or to wait until Wednesday the following week. I asked to speak with the store manager because I couldn t believe the bad experience I was having . There was a lady who said she was the store manager who didn t do any better, she didn t care about my problem and rush me to cancel my purchase.
