Louis was great as a sales advisor and it was refreshing to work a purchase at a dealer that was a no presaure environment. It was great that Louis and the manager allowed me to have the used vehicle inspected by a trusted mechanic that I knew, especially since I was not from MA. Very reassuring that Kelly Ford deals in quality used vehicles.
