We came to MA from Havelock NC for a funeral. We had to drive back home on sat. My truck was refusing to come out of park? I googled ford dealers and called the Danvers ford. I explained my situation and was informed that they would not be able to help me until the middle of next week. They recommended Kelly ford. Thank goodness they did!!!! I called explained my situation again and Melvin was amazing. He told me to bring it in right away. Melvin even used his own personal phone to text me with what was wrong, what it would cost to fix eerything. He was awesome!!! Thank you so much for everything. You guys are awesome!!! This was an extremly stressfull situation and Melvin made it so less stressfull. Again Thank you!!
