A big shout out to Stephanie in Service Dept for taking us in when we were stranded w/our truck broken down @1500 from home. Although not as quick as we would have liked, other dealers in the area would not take us for weeks! Also got a good rate for a rental car thru Kelly Ford for the 12 days stranded waiting for our truck to be repaired. All was not perfect but in hindsight, it was a positive experience. I would recommend these folks... see Stephanie for great customer service!
