Worst experience EVER buying a truck. If you want to pay the MOST MONEY and LESS on a trade, and think you are getting a deal, then go here! Otherwise, check out Muzzi Ford. Worth the travel time.
After spending 2 and 1/2 hours with the sales rep, Bruno, who said he would beat another dealer initially, he did not. Also was offering me 2500 less than Muzzi for my trade in. Oddly enough, while I was driving to Muzzi 2 days later, I get an email from Bruno that they will come down in price to match Muzzi and will do better on my trade. (Wow, that tells me they could have come down about $3500 on the first visit. Why did not do that in the first place???) In all fairness, Bruno did not seem to make any decisions at all. He had to go to the sales mgr on every question I had pertaining to $$. As I was walking out the door, The sales manager was a jerk and tried to pressure me into a deal "today" as he says the sale will be over in a few days. He should be FIRED for pressuring people like that.
Why do we all have to pay different prices and negotiate with these jerks! Honestly, compare different dealer prices. Don't be pressured to buy anything.
