Coming through New York our F350 started to violen...

Coming through New York our F350 started to violently shake when it hit a bump causing us to reduce speed to zero to stop it. You can imagine how scared we were to almost come to a complete stop on NY's busy highways hauling a 44' RV!! Looking ahead to our next camping stop we found Kelly Ford not far away. While still on the road we called their service department and got to speak with Branden. He understood our concern and the fact that we would only be in town for three days. He got us an appoint for service for first thing the next morning and began to analyze the possible problems. Always concerned for our safety, our time frame and even our pocket book, Branden was thorough, professional and reassuring and did get our truck fixed by working Friday and Saturday to get us back on the road on schedule and most importantly, safely! We truly want to thank them and I highly recommend Branden and Brian and the professional service technicians at Kelly Ford. I wish we lived closer to them as I would love to have them for full time service on my vehicle.
