They lost a customer today. I had the best experience when I bought my 2017 rav4. Someone called me last week about their loyalty program and told me that I could upgrade to a new 2019 rav4 for the same payment or even lower. What a joke! The first time he came out with numbers it was $300 more a month!! He came back again with $200 more a month. I literally got up and walked out. So frustrated that my time was wasted!! I will not be back.
