Unfortunate technical service, if you need to use the technical service go directly to an apple store. Change the battery of my iPhone 6 here and since then loses coverage constantly. I was treated by one Alberto on both occasions telling me that it would be a coincidence that they, with the change of batteries, do not touch the antenna in a very arrogant way. I discovered it by chance. I took it to another technical service and I had left the antenna half damaged by improperly mounting the battery. I have already put a claim to you because in it another technical service has charged me what you have not wanted to assume here. I guess it happens to use commercials as technicians. I even called Apple and they told me that it is better not to go to Ktuin for these issues since they receive these types of complaints every day.

I want to thank the person who answered me on the phone on Thursday afternoon 26, I do not remember the name but it was a girl. It solved the problem that I had, to which they did not give me a solution or the Apple care from the US (2 calls), nor from Madrid, nor the English Court of Castellana, where I had bought the terminal less than a week ago. K-TUIN = FRAUD. I bought a Macbook Air over the internet and the day after I received it and I didn't like the color, I decided to change it in store for another color. They told me that they did not change it for having been "unsealed" (if I do not open it as I know if it works or if the color is correct?). Although they say they are Apple, they are not Apple since they do not apply the same policies of the apple brand, although Apple believes that they do. I went to the Official Apple store in Puerta del Sol and they told me that if I had bought it with them they would have changed it. I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN ON K-TUIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE DO SO. The technician who attended me, sent me to the Universo mac Technical Service, to solve the problem, as if it were a fault. On some other occasion, I have come to that technician to help me with something that, given my computer skills, I was not able to achieve. And he always attended me without sending me to the fault repair center. What has changed in KTuin so that a customer is dispatched so happily once the sale of a team is finished without attending to something that the shop technicians would have solved in a "pas pas"?

Disappointing shopping experience. I bought an iPad Pro on May 5 with a delivery date between May 17 and 22 (because in the store they had no inventory and they told me it would be much faster online). Today I ask K-tuin customer service where my iPad is, and they tell me that it has not arrived. That delivery is now sometime next week. If I don't ask, nobody informs me. Of course, the excuse that the situation of the Covid-19 makes the processes more complex always comes out as a solution to everything "the fault is not ours, it is the Covid-19", but if you want to buy it at Mediamarkt they deliver it to you in 2 days and in Apple.es in 10 days (it must be the one that Covid-19 does not affect them), and the best, I call the K-tuin store in Orense and if they have inventory to buy it physically. In short, a disaster. I don't know why people buy in K-tuin if there is Apple.es or other more serious stores (Mediamarkt, El Corte Ingles, Amazon, etc).
