I took my iphone to fix for an electrical problem; I've been waiting for more than ten days and they still haven't given me the terminal. At the time I handed over the mobile, I signed a contract where it was clearly stated that they provided you with a replacement terminal, but when trying to obtain it, they told me that they do not have that service implemented yet, but apparently they have already put it in the contract.

Nothing recommended, they never answer questions either by phone or email.

I would not buy from that store again. Much more advisable to go directly to Apple, nothing to see the after sales service.
