Fatal service !!!

Fatal service !!!
I have bought several times here for not having another apple official store nearby and they never look after me at the moment, the average wait is 20 minutes or half an hour with luck. They are chatting all the time, talking on the mobile disguising in the final area of the store and even two attending a customer. Two work and two outside. Pathetic everything.
