Nefarious experience. I took a Macbook Pro to repair and they told me it was from the kernel, which would be about 29 euros. The next day they call me to say that in the end it is not that, that they have to change the hard drive and that would cost me about 500 euros. As I did not trust myself, I picked up the laptop and they kept 25 euros for the budget, when at no time did they inform me that I could have a problem other than the kernel, nor did they tell me that they charged by budget.
Finally, I took it to another store and they fixed it without having to change the hard drive.
