K-TUIN = FRAUD. I bought a Macbook Air over the internet and the day after I received it and I didn't like the color, I decided to change it in store for another color. They told me that they did not change it for having been "unsealed" (if I do not open it as I know if it works or if the color is correct?). Although they say they are Apple, they are not Apple since they do not apply the same policies of the apple brand, although Apple believes that they do. I went to the Official Apple store in Puerta del Sol and they told me that if I had bought it with them they would have changed it. I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN ON K-TUIN AND I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE DO SO. In the end to save a few (if you take advantage of any K-TUIN offer) you lose all the guarantees and protection that the Official Apple Store would give you.
