I have a Mac Book purchased at Tuin Orense, in February of this year. A few days ago I went to that store to get rid of the Mac Keeper attack problem, offering to "immediately cure" the system of my computer that was badly damaged. The technician who attended me, sent me to the Universo mac Technical Service, to solve the problem, as if it were a fault. On some other occasion, I have come to that technician to help me with something that, given my computer skills, I was not able to achieve. And he always attended me without sending me to the fault repair center. What has changed in KTuin so that a customer is dispatched so happily once the sale of a team is finished without attending to something that the shop technicians would have solved in a "pas pas"?
