Disappointment: I am a regular customer of the store, I have always received excellent treatment but today I have to express my disappointment at the response from the customer service center. 18 days ago I bought some accessories and today I wanted to make a change for other accessories (we are talking about 40). The return policy does not allow changes after 14 days, so I cannot claim anything, I am not within my rights, but I expected a brand like K-tuin to have some flexibility and be more customer focused. I repeat, I cannot claim anything, but I can feel very disappointed.
